La posizione è ottima: molto vicino alla metro, comodissima per spostarsi, e circondato da negozi e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e ben organizzato, ideale sia per un breve soggiorno che per più giorni. Anche la comunicazione con il proprietario è stata semplice e piacevole. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

• Daniela (6/5): Breve soggiorno studio - La vicinanza con la metro e la zona ben servita. Appartamento pulito. Non ho apprezzato il supplemento richiesto per il check-in in tarda ora, soprattutto considerando che si trattava di un self check-in e non di un’accoglienza in presenza. Ritengo che il costo aggiuntivo non sia giustificato in questo caso. Un altro aspetto scomodo riguarda l’accesso al portone: l’appartamento è dotato di chiavi sia per la porta principale che per il cancello, ma quest’ultimo si apre esclusivamente con la chiave. Al momento del check-out, dopo aver lasciato le chiavi all’interno come richiesto, non è stato possibile uscire autonomamente, creando una situazione poco pratica e piuttosto fastidiosa. Inoltre, ho trovato le tovaglie della doccia troppo piccole e quindi poco confortevoli nell’utilizzo. Il phon aveva la presa schuko rotta appena acceso abbiamo notato il mal funzionamento . In bagno mancava il cestino, il che ci ha costretti a doverci spostare in cucina ogni volta per gettare la spazzatura, risultando poco pratico. Infine,ma quest ultima rimane un appunto mio personale,segnalo che i comodini sono molto bassi rispetto all’altezza del letto, rendendo scomodo appoggiare o prendere oggetti mentre si è sdraiati. Suggerirei di rivedere questi dettagli per migliorare l’esperienza degli ospiti.

Ci è piaciuto tutto: l’appartamento è curato, accogliente, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, perfetto per sentirsi subito a casa anche lontano da casa. La posizione è semplicemente ideale, comodissima per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e allo stesso tempo situata in una zona tranquilla e piacevole da vivere. Muoversi è stato facilissimo e questo ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassante. Un grande complimento ai proprietari per l’attenzione ai dettagli e per la qualità dell’ospitalità. Si vede davvero la passione e l’impegno nel rendere l’esperienza degli ospiti speciale. Continuate così, perché state facendo un lavoro eccellente! Se dovessimo tornare a Roma, non avremo dubbi: sceglieremo di nuovo questo appartamento. Grazie di tutto! 🌟
• Panacci (10/5): Consigliato - Appartamento grande, pulito e con tutti comfort. Posizione ottima vicino al Bambin Gesù. Host gentili e disponibili.
• Fiore (8/5): Tutto perfetto - Casa molto grande, pulita, con ottima posizione. Si arriva alla metro a piedi in due minuti. Host disponibili, accesso tramite self check-in. C'era acqua in frigo, cosa che apprezzo molto. Piccolo problema con l'acqua calda il secondo giorno, ma niente di grave.

• Farah Aisyah (10/5): A pleasant stay!! - It was located in a strategic location! There’s a kitchen that you can use to cook and also a washing machine, which is a great deal for me I hope there will be a small rack in the shower room, so I can put the soap and shampoo while I used them
• Rowena Antonietta (1/5): Unrested - Location The owner did not disclosed that there is a construction/ refurbishment going on next door, the drilling and loud noise starts early in the morning. We have not even one single morning with good rest in our 3 nights stay. I wanted to look for another place to stay.

• Maciej (9/5): - Duże i przestronne mieszkanie, świetna lokalizacja (5 minut do metra B, 15 minut do Koloseum), wygodne łóżko w sypialni, dostawione łóżeczko dla dziecka, pralka, zmywarka, żelazko na miejscu Brak możliwości otwarcia jednego skrzydła drzwi wejściowych co utrudniało dostep z wózkiem dziecięcym do mieszkania, nietrudno było znaleźć miejsca które nie były dobrze posprzątane

• Antonio (10/5): - Tutto perfetto. L'"Appartamento è in quartiere dotato di tutti i servizi e vicinissimo alla metro. Chech-in facile e veloce. Casa pulita. Per le giornate più calde sarebbe preferibile avere il condizionatore, i ventilatori funzionano ma non danno il giusto comfort.

• Aiman (10/5): Exceptional - the location is very close to metro there is a lot of cafes, shops and pharmacies nearby it is a bit cold inside and the floors are cold as well so i advice to bring indoor slappers, otherwise everything was perfect
• Ibrahim (10/5): Super luck - I like the location and also the apartment clean and isolated of noisy streets even there were no conditioner but the fan were smooth and cool, sometimes I stop the fan or make them on low speed, you will be near from supermarket also some of Mini markets who visit Rome for the beach and near from center this is perfect , I hope next time I will find this apartment free again Nothing related to this apartment

There were no napkins, dishwashing liquid or sponges. Small things that should be used in the kitchen. deep plates

There was a persistent smell of mold in the apartment; The dishes were dirty, the washing machine was non-functional, full of dirt and mold; The boiler from the bathroom was only enough for one shower in the morning and one in the evening - as we are a family with 2 children, it was impossible to wash all of us on the same day; The beds, pillows and mattresses smelled bad

• Lucrezia (9/5): Superb - The promptness of the host was so convenient and made the entire process more efficient. The place was clean and well equipped. I liked the location, although not central like others would probably prefer, it was right next to the metro which made getting around to the spots we wanted to go so easy and quick without being in the congestion. Also the area surrounding had plenty of food and shop options. I suppose a bigger water heater, but being used to USA living everything here is smaller. Just need to be aware of shower time but other than that it was nothing to complain about.
