• Nalan (2/5): Bizim için konfosuz kötü bir deneyim oldu.Fiyat performans açısından düşük. - Konumu güzeldi.Gezilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Temizlik yetersizdi.Mutfak araç gereçleri çok eski ve kullanılmayacak durumdaydı bazıları.Çok az araç gereç vardı.Mutfakta bulaşık süngeri bez deterjan vs yoktu.Bulaşık makinesi de olmadığından mutfağı kullanamadık.Yataklar rahatsızdı.Çarşaflar yorganlara takılı kılıf değildi.Küçük bir sabun ve küçük tek kullanımlık şampuan çok yetersizdi 4 gün için.Tuvalet kağıdı da öyle yetersizdi.Banyo çok eski ve duşun içinde sabun şampuan askılığı yoktu.Temizlik malzemeleri çok azdı kısaca.

• Raymond (10/5): Absolute bargain - After host Weronika provided me with the intimidating-looking-but-actually-simple mobile app checkin, I entered a cozy appartement with many amenities like stove, cutlery, washing machine, microwave etc., along with enough soap, detergent, and garbage bags, and could easily hold 4-5 people. The aircon worked like a charm, which was huge in blazing 33c heat. Nice detail: the sockets are compatible with the two-pin "Europlugs" (Type C and F), so most Euro travellers won't need an adapter. The location was exceptional. So many things are in walking distance, such as the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, many shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc. You have a bus station 20m away, for longer travels to St Peter's/Vatican, Villa Borghese or the Termini train station. It is quiet and peaceful at night, you can go to a midnight stroll to the Colosseum and back and grab a nice street pizza, ice cream, or wine - or pay 100+ euros for fantastic fish at the Rinaldi restaurant next door, if you are into that. To top it off, Weronika is a nice "virtual" host who proactively gives useful info, and answers questions quickly. Some minor nitpicks: the shower had low water pressure, beds had weird multi layered blankets (=get tangled every night), and an actual safe would be nice.

(7/5): Dispositivo complicado - Me gustó q está céntrico y limpio no me gustó el dispositivo de abrir la puerta, muy complicado ,y se quedó trabado en una ocasión q regresamos cansadas y tuvimos q llamar para q lo arreglaran ,nos atendieron por WhatsApp y luego mandaron a una chica para activar el dispositivo. Mejoraría el sofá cama ,muy incómodo y duro

Diğer 2 kişi salondaki açılır kanepede yattı, bu yatak çok ince idi ve altında da yatağın açılmasını sağlayan metal mekanizma vardı. Yattığınızda bu mekanizma belinize batıyordu. Eşim bu yatak uç kısmına kıvrılarak yattı. Ben yandaki küçük açılır kanepe yattım. Ev sahibi bu yatakta 1 gece yatarsa ne demek istediğimi anlayacaktır

• Maite (7/5): Muy bien ubicado y limpio - Está muy bien ubicado. Hay muchas líneas de autobuses justo delante, para ir a la estación etc. Es pequeño si sois 5 adultos creo que debe ser incomodo, pero con niños estaba bien. Nos dejaron el último día dejar la maleta hasta tarde cuando ya teníamos que ir al aeropuerto! Muy agradecidos! También se nos fue la luz y nos atendieron al momento telefónicamente :) El fuego de la cocina tarda muchísimo y está todo el material (sartenes, cucharas etc) viejito, pero para un par de días sobrevives. El sofá cama tiene un cochon muy fino, no hay prácticamente luz natural

• Carmen (5/5): El apartamento es ideal para 2 personas, pero no apto para alojar a más adultos. - La ubicación muy cómoda para ir andando a zonas de interés El apartamento no es cómodo para 5 personas. Sólo tiene una cama, los otros tres adultos tienen que dormir, 2 en un sofá-cama incómodo y el tercero en una especie de sillón abatible.
• Elena (5/5): Roma - Estaba bien ubicado Las camas. Era un apartamento para 5 personas y solo estaba bien la cama de matrimonio de la habitación. La cama individual te clavabas los hierros literalmente y el sofá cama prácticamente lo mismo. Super incomodo

Pulizia, lasciate anche scopa/aspirapolvere puliti (no mocho puzz…), soprattutto se i clienti stanno 4/5 notti. Divani letti scomodissimi!!!

• JACEK (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt, również dzięki odległości od mieszkania do najważniejszych punktów: np.Koloseum - Idealne miejsce do zwiedzania Rzymu. Do każdego istotnego punktu na mapie zwiedzania można dotrzeć pieszo. Przez trzy dni nie korzystaliśmy w ogóle z komunikacji. Tylko po przylocie żeby dotrzeć do Rzymu na Dworzec kolejowy Termini i w drodze na lotnisko też z tego dworca. Polecam transport: pociąg z/do Ciampino i stamtąd autobus Airlink na lotnisko. Łączny koszt w jedną stronę 2,70 euro/os. Stylowo urządzone mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone.

• Zwara (8/5): - Lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, Coloseum, fontanna di trevi w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Wyposażenie kuchni też dobre. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Za ciasno jak na 5 osób dorosłych. Daliśmy radę i nie popsuło nam to pobytu, ale apartament powinien być wynajmowany dla maksymalnie 4 dorosłych osób. Przypadło by się odkurzyć żyrandol.

Es gab mehre Busverbindungen in der Nähe, ganz viele Geschäfte und das Kolloseum war zu Fuß nur ca 10 Minuten entfernt Das was uns nicht gefallen hat ist die Schlafcouch die war extrem unbequem und uns wurde für 2 Nächte 4 Personen 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier gestellt

• Debarjun (9/5): It delivers exactly what it promises - The apartment is perfectly located near all the main attractions in Rome — almost every point of interest is within walking distance. It was clean and had a touch of elegance. Check-in was smooth with Weronika's help, and she was always available whenever we needed assistance. There was a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, but Weronika resolved it quickly. The only thing that could be improved is the limited natural light in the apartment — but the excellent central location more than makes up for it.

• Loilyn (8/5): Central Location - I love how the apartment was so close to attractions that I wanted to go to. Colosseum and Trevi Fountain were both about 10 to 15 minutes away by foot. Restaurants and shopping were right in the corner. My family was so excited that we walked from Roma Termini to the apartment and took us about 30 minutes. The place was comfortable for 4 of us. Saw a used facial tissue in one of the drawers in the bedroom. The stove was outdated. Utensils, plates and cups were not presentable and ideal to use. First time to see them in different colors. Did nit use any of them. A better lighting in the bathroom and a soap holder should have been a plus.

The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful place, the owners are constantly available if you need anything they react and respond immediately. The apartment was clean and cozy for a 4 day stay. I recommend it for your stay. Nothing

There is a co-op/supermarket just down the street. plenty of places to eat out locally. We had no complaints about the property. it’s big for a central city location. The property was clean and the shower worked fine!
