We also had daily cleaning included. The beds are comfortable, each room had it’s own bathroom plus another one for everybody. They also have storage luggage. Everything was smooth. It wasn’t

• PATRICIA (4/5): - Apartamento grande y cómodo para dos familias y bien ubicado, pero dos de las habitaciones y parte del pasillo tenían un olor nauseabundo. El mal olor de la mitad de la casa. Si todos los días la limpian cómo es posible que no lo supieran. Además una de las partes de una mampara de ducha que era de plástico estaba rota cuando llegamos, al irnos lo dijimos y nos contestaron que estaba intacta cuando nos entregaron las llaves.

• MARCELA (10/5): - TODO! es tu mejor opción en Roma; Cocina súper amplia, habitaciones aunque no muy grandes si son muy cómodas y cada una con su baño también muy agradables, cómodos. Algunos comentarios hablan de falta de living pero realmente para nosotros no fue nada que extrañáramos, compartíamos en la estancia de la cocina y del resto saliamos a recorrer Roma, a escasos pasos estás en una vía principal con acceso a bus, taxi y a unos 400 metros estás en una estación de metro. Nos encantó todo, la comunicación con Mauro fue constante y fácil. Gracias por todo! Las estancias son iguales a las de las fotos de la publicación Todo estuvo genial y acorde a nuestras necesidades.

We were two families with children, and we loved the kitchen and all of its appliances. All the rooms (four bedrooms) were ensuites and had big shower rooms each. That we couldn't stay more... 😉

Well appointed with everything one needs for a week’s stay. We only cooked one meal but the kitchen had everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. The space is beautiful and very spacious for our family of 5. Everyone had their own room with an en suite bathroom. We also had daily housekeeping cleaning which made us feel like we were in a hotel with the perks of all being in one space. I couldn't recommend this place more, we will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Rome!

We selected Residenza Italia because we wanted to return to Monti while in Rome. The hosts were extremely hospitable and even coordinated our airport transfers for departure.
