• Diana (6/5): Не зупинилась би ще - Гарне розташування. Близько супермаркет В усій квартирі дивний неприємний рибний запах. На кухні навіть не було губки, щоб мити посуд. Відсутня пральна машина. Дуже темно і волого в приміщенні. Крісла і стільці брудні з плямами.

Wygodne łóżko w sypialni, cisza, blisko do sklepów i komunikacji Apartament wynajęłam dla 3 osób a był przygotowany dla 2. Na szcżęście dodatkową pościel i ręczniki znaleźliśmy w szafie. Pokój tzw. dzienny nie ma okna, więc jest ciemny i dość ponury. W mieszkaniu jest rudno i wszystko jest mocno zużyte. Rozķładana sofa jest wystarczająca do spania dla jednej osoby. Dla dwóch byłaby z pewnością niewygodna.
• juan pedro (8/5): Cumplió las expectativas. - La ubicación perfecta, a 200 metros del vaticano y fácil llegar a pie en unos minutos. Es espacioso y hay un supermercado junto al apartamento. Muchos autobuses y tren están cerca. El sofá cama es muy incómodo, para niños bien pero si es para adultos no valdría . El proceso de entrada digital con el móvil, muy moderno, pero malo xq después de todo el día por Roma es posible que llegues sin batería y no habrá manera de entrar, creo que debería haber otra opción para entrar. Y si el roaming no te funciona? No entras. El plato de ducha diminuto. Algunas persianas no funcionan.

• johnny (6/5): Appartamento anonimo in zona centrale - Posizione. Vicino alla stazione e a San Pietro Puzza di cucinato fastidiosa in tutta la casa e serranda rotta. Può capitare che si rompa e mi hanno chiesto se potevano venire a ripararla il giorno dopo. La sera dopo era ancora rotta ed ho dormito per due notti senza avere la possibilità di chiudere la casa costringendomi a portare con me le cose di valore.

• Lila (8/5): Great location (right behind the Vatican), cozy and budget-friendly! - Great location, behind the Vatican, right next to the train station San Pietro. Very convenient to go around the main touristic sites using the bus (bus stop in front of the train station) or directly the train. The apartment itself thought next to the train station was super calm, cozy, big enough for 3-4 persons (bigger than the average size for that price). We very much enjoyed our stay there and I could well imagine myself coming back there. The check-in procedure was a bit complex but manageable (the "smart lock" was offline on the second day so we had to use the "SOS keys" to get into the apartment, but the host was very reactive, so it wasn't such a big deal). Minor/negligible negative points: 1) a bit more tableware would have been appreciated (2-3 glasses only); 2) I asked specifically before arriving whether there were shampoo, shower gel, detergent to wash the dishes, etc. I was told that this was the case, but in the end we were provided with 3 mini shampoo-gel samples and 2 mini soaps the first day only - not enough for 3 persons/4 nights. Fortunately a supermarket was right at the angle of our building, so we could buy whatever was missing (very handy to have a supermarket close by).

• Cengiz (9/5): Nice apartment in very good location. - Very good location, near Vatikan. The supermarket is on the ground floor of the next building. There are many restaurants nearby. The train station is very close (but unfortunately the railway network in Rome is not very good). It even has its own garden. It is a very nice place for the price. I just didn't like the beds very much, they were not very comfortable for me.
• Guilherme (7/5): Good - The access to the apartment was too stressfull. You receive a link, wich suposelly lets you open the door with a touch on your phone, but the this "smart lock" was offline, and by what the neighboors told us, it is common to happen. We had to send an email asking for help, wich is also a stressfull way of comunicating when you re in a foreign country with the perspective of having no place to sleep. After that, they manage to guide us to a physical key (don t know why this isn't the first method of access to the appartment, if exists...), and after that, all was great. The location is awesome and the appartment really clean and cozy The access to the appartment, It was really stressfull and confuse

Could only have been someone within the building as there is no way to get in due to high walls. The owners response to this was concerning and seemed like no surprise

• Meditas (7/5): Good - The location was very good The apartment should have mugs on the kitchen for example. They also should provide more towels in case of a long stay and not only one set
• Jiantong (6/5): Pleasant - I like the fully automatic check-in experience. The facilities are complete. The location is not convenient enough to travel in Rome, but it's acceptable considering its relatively low price. The biggest problem was that during our stay, the neighbors were renovating and moving things from morning till night, and there was almost no soundproofing, so it was very, very noisy and it was completely impossible to rest well in the mornings and evenings.
• Lim (9/5): It was lovely, and we felt very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much ☺️ - Good value for money! We had the whole apartment to ourselves ☺️ it was easy to check in since everything was automated. It was nearer to the Vatican City site, which takes awhile to where the main tourist attractions were at. Although it was still worth it as it was quiet and peaceful.
• Amy (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent, and the bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Access was easy with the phone code. The ‘sofa bed’ was extremely uncomfortable, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for travelers who want 2 beds. The shower drain was clogged and drained extremely slowly so we could only turn on the water for a minute or so without it overflowing the shower pan. Standing covered in soap waiting for the drain wasn’t fun. The staff/owner were slow to respond when I reached out about the problem, and it was not resolved during our stay.

• Borislava (8/5): Recommend for families. - Good location, very nice apartment, good for families, spacious. Bathroom faceut needs to be changed, very hard to handle, and adjust warm water for shower.
• Marina (8/5): A great stay in Rome, we will definitely come back and stay again in the lovely apartment! - The location is amazing, the super fast Wi-Fi (we worked perfectly for a week), well equipped small kitchen (we bought dish washing liquid and olive oil, utensils were sufficient for cooking pasta), heating worked very well, the big bed (160 cm wide) was comfortable. The terrace looked nice and spacious too, but it was rainy and we didn’t get to use it. The lock of the door of the building is hard to unlock (we had an issue one of the evenings, waited for an hour outside as some neighbours didn’t open it for us; finally a neighbour agreed to let us in; later that evening an apartment representative came to exchange the keys). Apart from this, it was okay.
• Dandrzro (8/5): Good deal. Very close to everything. - Excelent location near to Vatican and within walking distance to major attractions. Large comfortable terrace. Everything you need is very close. Some improvements needed. Old apartment with old items like door lockers, shower, equipment. All manageable.
• Michelle (8/5): Helped to make our trip unforgettable. - Great location, Elena was wonderful, perfect for our trip. it was listed as a non-smoking property but we clearly smelled cigarette smoke every time we entered the apartment.
• Emo (9/5): Superb - The location is great - all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. The terrace is a nice feature - you can gather for a dinner, or coffee in the morning, outside in the open. The place is in a very quiet neighbourhood. A supermarket and a grocery store is literary meters away. Although the kitchen is well equipped with everything necessary, I would recommend adding a microwave and a toaster.
