• Róbert (10/5): - A lakás tágas, jól felszerelt, tiszta és klimatizált. A háló részeken biztosítva van a privát szféra is. A konyhában mindent megtalálni, a nap indításához bőséges reggeli ételek rendelkezésre állnak. A szállás nagyon sok látványossághoz közel van, a Kolosszeum is csak 5-6 perc séta! A tulajdonos Andrea rendkívül segítőkész, már az utazás előtt is rendelkezésre állt a felmerült kérdések megválaszolására. Érkezéskor teljeskörű tájékoztatást adott a lakásról, és a környékről legyen az étterem, vagy közlekedés. Gondos házigazdaként hozzájárult ahhoz, hogy kiválóra sikerüljön a Római tartózkodásunk! Ezúton is köszönjük! Nem tudok ilyet mondani!

• Jan Verschoor (10/5): Ruim, schoon en zeer complete accommodatie, op een fantastische locatie. - Ruim, schoon en zeer complete accommodatie, op een fantastische locatie. Goede slaapkamers, goede badkamer en heerlijke leefruimte en keuken. Heel fijn dat de slaapkamers afgescheiden zijn/kunnen worden van de leefruimte. De 2 balkons zijn ook heel prettig, niet heel groot, maar toch de mogelijkheid om even buiten te staan of zitten. Ontbijtmogelijkheden zijn zeer goed, veel voorraad en variatie in brood, crackers, beleg, koffie, thee, melk, sappen en yoghurt. De keuken is verder zeer compleet, ook als je zelf iets zou willen klaarmaken. Ligging is fantastisch. Midden in de stad, 5 minuten lopen van het Colosseum (dus ook de metro). Rondom heel veel horeca en toch in een heel stil straatje. Verder ook veel winkels rondom, ook een mooie grote nette supermarkt (Elite) op 5 minuten lopen, Via Cavour, met een uitgebreid assortiment. De host, Andrea, doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Dit start al vooraf. Hij vraagt netjes of je tips wil. Als je dit wil word je overladen met informatie; Hoe kom je er, veel tips over horeca, winkels, vervoer, bezienswaardigheden etc. Maar ook als je in Rome bent wil hij blijven helpen en zorgen dat je niets te kort komt.

To prawdziwa oaza spokoju, ukryta w samym sercu historycznej metropolii. Przede wszystkim chcemy podkreślić wyjątkowy komfort mieszkania. Było ono przestronne (idealne dla naszej czwórki) i urządzone tak, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Lokalizacja jest bezkonkurencyjna – wszystko, co chcieliśmy zobaczyć, było na wyciągnięcie ręki. Zdecydowanie rekomendujemy to miejsce i z niecierpliwością czekamy na kolejną okazję, by tu wrócić. Wielkie podziękowania dla Andrei za jego niezmordowaną gościnność!"

• Jan (10/5): Vynikající ubytování s ochotným a přátelským hostitelem - Komunikace s hostitelem byla skvělá. Byl velice nápomocný a poskytl nám dobré typy v okolí i na výlety. Apartmán byl perfektně připraven s veškerým potřebným vybavením. Zásoby jídla v apartmánu nám velice pomohly při plánování snídaní. Apartmán je umístěn v centru, v pěší vzdálenosti od mnoha památek. Zároveň stanice metra je jen pár minut chůze a doprava na letiště je velice snadná. Určitě se doporučujeme a rádi se vrátíme při příští návštěvě Říma.

• ΒΙΚΗ ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΟΥ (10/5): - Our stay at Domus Colosseum was exceptional. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Colosseum, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and all major attractions. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the host, Andrea. He is, without question, the best host we have ever experienced. Extremely kind, professional, and well-organized, he provided us with all the information we could possibly need, often before we even realized we needed it. Andrea was always available, responsive, and genuinely attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was smooth and stress-free. His hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Domus Colosseum and would absolutely choose it again for a future visit to Rome!
• Nathalia (10/5): Great stay in Rome - Everything about the property was great! Location was excellent, super close to the Colosseum and few minutes walking from the main touristic points. Metro station also located a few steps away. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Andrea, the host, was absolutely lovely and made sure to meet us in person at our arrival and show us around. It was such a nice touch and made us really feel at home. We had a baby in the family and Andrea made sure that we had everything we needed for them in the apartment. I cannot recommend this property enough! Will definitely staying there again if I go back to Rome!

The bed situation was flexible. The kitchen is stocked better than any private rental I've ever used- beyond dishes our host provided a small amount of breakfast materials. The location can't be beat. Literally across the street from the colusseum and forum ruins. Good restaurants in the area and a metro station very close. I can't say enough good about what an excellent host Andrea was. He walked us through using the metro; arranged shuttles from the cruise ship port and to the airport; made excellent restaurant recommendations; he really set the bar high for future hosts. It made our time in Rome much smoother and relieved a great deal of anxiety.

• Victoria (10/5): Great experience - The property is very cosy apartment. All the electrical appliances work w/o issues. Apartment and water heating systems were great . All the appliances in the kitchen available and working. Apartment looks exactly as on pictures. But the most important, is Andrea the host. He is so helpful and supportive that for me it sets the new service standard. The check-in process was great, Andrea met us downstairs and explained all we needed for our stay, helped us to bring the luggage to the apartment on the 4th floor (there is an elevator, which is small but working perfectly good). We received all the information regarding places to eat, supermarkets and apartment itself before arrival. And during our stay Andrea contacted us every day and checked on us and answered all questions. During the check-out Andrea came to personally and we felt that we stayed with a family. Gemütliche Betten, gute Ausstattung, kleine Balkone für den Morgenkaffee in der Sonne, sehr gut bewertete Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür…. besser geht’s nicht. Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit schon ab Buchungsbeginn. • Michel (9/5): Un séjour trés agréable sous soleil d'une ville incroyable dans un logement trés accueillant - La situation du logement est parfaite au sein de la Rome antique à deux pas de la Rome de la renaissance et dans le quartier Monti qui regorge d'adresses pour manger correctement. Le logement est trés confortable le soir car trés silencieux avec des chambres assez grandes. Andrés est un hôte attentionné qui au delà d'un accueil très sympathique avec de nombreuses informations a été d'une attention permanente tout au long de notre séjour jusqu'à réserver notre taxi de retour....exceptionnel!

This was our first visit to Rome and what a truly amazing experience made stress free with the help of Andrea. He advised us on the best routes to take along with tips on how to safely view the city. He assisted with our transfers and sent us plenty of recommendations beforehand for restaurants, shops etc. The flat was ideal with plenty of space for three people to navigate. Beds were super comfortable and the double glazing blocked out all the stress noise. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Andrea for being such an incredible host.

I would also like to thank the host for all his helpfulness, hospitality and kindness from the first moment I made the reservation to the last moment of the trip. The location of the house is very central. You can reach the Colosseum by walking in 3-4 minutes, and of course you can also use the metro in the Colosseum. There are modern streets and historical streets around it. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants. metro tram bus stops everything is quite close. Everything you are looking for is available inside the house and it is very comfortable.

• Gizelle (10/5): A Roman Treasure - We spent 20 days at Andrea's apartment and I can sum up our stay in one word: perfect! The location is perfect, very close to the metro station, full of restaurants, markets, pharmacies, everything you need is nearby. In addition, the main attractions of Rome are within walking distance of the apartment, we were able to reach everything on foot. Regarding the apartment, it has everything a family needs for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is quiet, the bedding is very good and there are plenty of blankets. Andrea deserves an honorable mention, a 1000/10 host! He helped us with everything, always very attentive and responded quickly to any request. He gave us tips on everything we asked, and he even arranged for a minivan to take us to the airport, with 8 suitcases, at 3 am! Trust all his suggestions! If we ever return to Rome, we will definitely stay at Domus Colosseum again! Nothing to mention, everything was perfect.

We had been staying in a couple of hotels with our three young daughters before arriving to Domus Colosseum, and it was very refreshing to stay at a place that it used to be a family home, and that’s how we really felt. LOCATION! The Coliseum is a 10-minute walk from the property, and you have plenty of restaurants or places to eat right there. We like EVERYTHING! If we have the opportunity to go back, we will definitely book this property.

Andrea ordered comfort transfer from airport, met us and guided through the apartments. He also provided us with links to good restaurants and places to visit, provided with complete checkout instructions and helped with baggage. The apartment is charm and comfortable for family of 4 (and even bigger) with the full staff kitchen, bath, etc. The location is more than great. We'll be very happy to visit Rome and stay in the apartment again! All was great! Probably except a bit noisy reconstruction of the neighbour building in the very last day of stay. As a recommendation - iron would be welcome (but probably we just didn't find it ;-) ).

The air conditioning cooled off the rooms quickly and it was nice to have the balcony to sit out on in the evenings when it wasn’t so hot. The location was great too, we walked almost everywhere during our stay. Andrea, our host, went above and beyond to make sure our trip went smoothly, even after we left Rome and moved on to other places in Italy. He is a true gem!
• Julie (7/5): It was great for our 2 nights! - Amazing location, right by the Colosseum. Noce restaurants close by, couldn’t of asked for better location. Breakfast items were appreciated. Host Andrea was amazing giving us all the tips and great support. Being a family of 6 with older teens it was a bit crowded. 1 double bed, 2 single and 1 sofa bed but not the host fault. Just be aware, with younger kids it would of been fine.

• Donna (10/5): You won’t find a better place to stay in Rome than Domus Colosseum! - Andrea is a fantastic host, very professional and personable. We communicated several times prior to and during our stay. We were given recommendations on restaurants, and just about anything you could need to make your stay super easy. I can’t say enough about Andrea, he went out of his way to make sure all our needs were taken care of. The apartment is beautiful, great location and had everything we needed including breakfast options, coffee and juice. Our transportation to and from the apartment was even arranged by Andrea! There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!
• Fangzhou (10/5): Exceptional - Andrea sets a new bar for hospitality! From the very first contact, he is always very responsive and provides relevant and rich information to make both the planning and the actual trip as easy and enjoyable as possible for us. Location is super convenient with Colosseum a few minutes walk away, lots of public transportation options, and great restaurants nearby. Andrea is personally there for both check-in and check-out ensuring we have a smooth experience. The apartment has everything we need and feel very comfortable (lots of natural light from two balconies) for 4 adults and 1 child. It is very obvious that Andrea took the time and effort to do the research and preparation, to anticipate potential needs from his guests. I highly recommend his place! Nothing
• Genevieve (9/5): Cosy home in Rome - Andre was very helpful and offered many tips and recommendations, making us feel at home in Rome! He also took care of us by helping us with the luggages and in using the lift in the building. Apartment was close to Colosseo metro station, and within close vicinity to restaurants. Building is a bit old, but this is expected of the buildings in the area.
• Oltjana (10/5): Everything perfect!!! - My stay at Domus Colosseum in Rome exceeded all expectations. Andrea, the welcoming owner, ensured every detail was impeccable in this tastefully designed house with a prime central location. It was effortless to explore historic sites and trendy spots. The commitment to cleanliness and safety was evident throughout. I highly recommend this gem for an authentic and comfortable Roman experience!

• Jeff (10/5): Awesome! - Andrea was a fantastic host. He organised transport from the airport and met us at the apartment for handover. We had a plan to do some sightseeing and Andrea advised how to get there and where to buy tickets from. He also shared some local knowledge and gave us advice about safety. If we had any questions before or during our stay, he was just a phone call or message away with immediate response. The door lock to the building needs some attention from the body corporate.
• Hilton (10/5): Beautiful family apartment on the doorstep of the Colosseum - Andrea is the perfect host - he used to live in this apartment himself and knows the area very well. He met us at the apartment to show us around and explain about the elevator and keys. He accommodated our early arrival with no extra charge. We loved the homely feel of the apartment, which had everything we needed. In anticipation of our visit Andrea had shared many photos and details, so we already felt we knew each other by the time we met in person. On the day we left, he came to the apartment again, and he arranged for us a luggage store as well as a private vehicle to take us to the airport. Five star service all the way - grazie Andrea!

The air conditioned spacious apartment adds value since we could explore the sites and return frequently to recharge. The host is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The best. Nothing.

Andrea is a really professional and helpful guy, without him our stay wouldn’t be as good, he takes care of everything and tries to help with everything, including transportation and suggestions for places and restaurants to go in rome. the apartment is clean too. there are a little bit of bugs in there but i guess that’s very common everywhere in summer, but apart from that it’s very clean.

He even helped arrange a car from the airport and met us on the street when we arrived. The location is perfect and has the best restaurant literally right outside the door and a great Irish pub next to that. Does it get any better? yep! The booking comes with a wide variety of breakfast items so you don’t have to get dressed and head out for the first meal of the day. This apartment is SUPER clean too…. which is high on my list of must have’s. nothing, this place is perfection!

Good facilities for a family with children, even some toys and washing machine, plentiful breakfast and a very helpful host. Thanks for everything! We'd like to stay there again! There's noise in the evening from the bars in the street but it didn't bother us much.

Andrea was so helpful and made our stay extra speci - excellent location and well-equipped apartment The only thing I would say was the queen size bed was actually a double bed, so was slightly small for us, but not a problem.
