• Marjolein (10/5): Nice apartment at a great location - The location is perfect (near some highlights and with a supermarket, metro and bus station around the corner) and the contact with Alessia was really good. She was easy to reach and answered any questions that we had. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The mattress was also just right for us, not too firm and not too soft. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in Rome. -

Every “must” see in Rome is close enough that u can walk but if don’t want to you have the metro station on the street corner and the buses too. The owner is very helpful and thoughtful, helped us with everything we needed. We will definitely come back!
• aina (8/5): - El apartamento está en una ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo pero a la vez en una calle tranquila. Da a un patio interior así que no hay ruido por las noches. Tiene buenos acabados y la limpieza era correcta. El tamaño para ir a pasar unos días es bueno. La anfitriona fue muy amable y siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar, a la hora de la llegada nos esperaban con las llaves y fueron muy amables. Es una planta baja i solo hay dos escalones, así que es accesible incluso con carritos de bebe como era nuestro caso. Nos dejaron trona y cuna para nuestra pequeña. El tamaño de la cocina era muy pequeño, si quieres cocinar es algo engorroso, aún así nos las apañamos bien para prepararnos desayunos y cenas, puesto que al ir con una bebé no aguanta todo el día fuera. El apartamento no es demasiado luminoso, entra poca luz.

We hadden een late check in, wat geen probleem was en er werd een latere check out aangeboden i.v.m. onze baby. Erg attent! Niets

• Allan og Lotte (10/5): Dejlig lejlighed midt i Rom - Skøn lejlighed centralt i Rom. Smagfuldt indrettet og fint køkken. Skønt med terrassen udenfor.

Il y avait des serviettes pour tout le monde une bouteille d’eau offerte du café du thé une petite cuisine équipée. Bien placé pas loin de la Fontaine de Trévi du métro ou l’arrêt de bus. Les restaurants à côté. Mon fils étant en fauteuil roulant je n’est pas trouvé le lieu adapté pour qu’il puisse circuler les quelque marche ne son pas indiqué dans le logement aussi il y a une marche pour accéder à la salle de bain une fois le lit canapé ouvert on était limité dans nos circulation. La petite terrasse extérieur il y avait beaucoup de moustiques impossible de rester assis.

• Aljazd (10/5): Amazing stay at an amazing location - The apartment is big, the furniture is modern and stylish. Everything is comfortable and elegant. The lighting is great. The kitchen already has some essentials stocked (tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper, sugar). There is even a covered, private terrace, to enjoy breakfast or dinner, even in the rain. The access is easy and the location is amazing - very central and close to the tram station. Many tourist spots are close by if you go on foot. There is a convenience store with food less than 100 meters in the adjacent street.
• Laura (3/5): Wouldn’t rush back. - The location. The hosts were also easily contactable and helpful. The property felt damp and overall wasn’t the cleanest. The floors hasn’t been cleaned and the bedding didn’t smell particularly fresh and felt damp. To point where I didn’t empty our suitcases. I didn’t want to have our clothes exposed to what felt like dampness. The beds were not comfortable at, especially the sofa bed which was on its last legs. The entire place just felt like it needed a good clean and therefore it was difficult to relax and enjoy our time there.

• Shijin (9/5): Perfect location in Rome - - Sonia was very friendly. She greeted us after 9 pm and walked us through the place. - Location. A few steps from the metro and a taxi stand. Walkable to most places of interest including Borghese Gallery. Supermarket stores and restaurants nearby. - A washing machine in the courtyard. It runs out of hot water after 2 or 3 people taking a shower maybe because my kids take over 15 min.
• Josianne (9/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment, ideally located next to Barberini metro station, close to everything! - The location is amazing - 1 minute from Barberini Station, a few minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and easy to walk to a lot of major attractions. Beautiful streets around. Perfect location! Nice apartment, spacious living room and bedroom. Even a cute terrasse. Gracious host, very helpful and responsive. If you are planing on using the sofa-bed, it's better to say it in advance.

Very nice bathroom, kitchen, terrasse, and laundry available. - Comfortable bed (rather hard so good for the back :)) - Very calm street, no noise at night. - Few natural light, but it's ok if you dont stay much at the place. There are many lamps though. - A little cold at the end of March, there is heater (air cond) however it made me a little sick.

• Katie (5/5): decent apartment close to center but a bit cold during the winter months - the apartment is quiet but close to the center and public transportation. bed was comfy and shower was decent. kitchen is small. the heat didn’t work well during the cold month of February. there’s not much natural light in the apartment.

• Robert (5/5): Nice central location but difficult first time entering and both, noise and smell problems. - Very good, central location near the Metro, spacious and clean rooms with attractive decoration and furnishings, clean bathroom and towels, free WiFi, TV, working air conditioning. The hosts were friendly and made an effort to help us. It was difficult to get into the property. The house and apartment door can be opened with a code when you first enter or by remote control after calling the host. Since we had not been told the apartment's location in the sprawling house, we didn't know which door to open. When we called the host, he could barely speak English and didn't understand our problem. We were supposed to call another person who was said to understood English better, but even she couldn't help us at first due to her lack of English. The phone and internet reception in the building and in the street in front of it was very weak, so that finally the connection was no longer available and we were unable to make calls or send text messages. In total it took over 20 minutes until we were finally in the apartment. This was only possible through a restored telephone connection and further text messages. The host regretted that we should have received an explanatory video in advance, but this had been forgotten. The accommodation is on the ground floor and has only two windows looking onto the nearby walls of a backyard, giving a dark and somewhat oppressive atmosphere. Opening the windows was difficult because the ventilation system of a pizzeria is right next to the bedroom window. From the afternoon onwards, the house also smelled of the wood fire from the pizza oven. Early in the morning there was always a group of loudly talking and cigarette-smoking residents standing in front of the windows. Despite the quiet side street, it was quite loud due to the backyard, the exhaust air system and delivery traffic, nothing for late risers. The kitchen was disappointing: under the sink where the trash can is and in the corners there was a musty smell. Some of the dishes stank, the dish sponge was old, worn and stained, only a small sticky residue in the washing-up liquid bottle; both were also kept under the sink. Even the only cloth in the kitchen smelled unpleasant.
• Huong (10/5): Overall it was good. I would stay again. - Perfect location. 2 mins to metro. Within perfect walking distance to shops and all main attractions. Very spacious. Comfy bed and sofa. Contactless check in which is very convenient. Bathroom is very clean. Kitchen can be cleaner.

• Sherry (7/5): Need to treat the bugs in the sofa bed - It sits at a very convenient location, closed to Metro station and not far from Trevi Fountain. While our bed was comfortable, my son slept on the sofa bed and it had bed bugs. He got 17 bites on his legs. There is no shampoo and we ran out of toilet paper.
