• Andrea (8/5): War sehr fein - zwar anstrengend, mit sehr sehr starkem Touristenaufkommen, aber mit der perfekten Unterkunft (Blick auf - Gute Lage am Campo dei Fiori, Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick, eigene Ankleide, überwiegend ruhige Seitengasse. Musste Geschirr abwaschen ;-)

• Stephen (9/5): We likely the apartment so much we would happily rebook another stay! - The location was outstanding - Very central and easy to access most all major historical sites! Also, very easy access to public transportation and shopping for food, etc. Likewise, the large terrance and view were amazing. As mentioned in the introductory video, the terrance is literally an additional room + 270 degree plus views. Because of the apartment's top floor location it was also very quiet which is appreciated. The folding bed wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked but this was a minor issue. Also, there are five full flights of stairs, however, the host disclosed this in the introductory video and clearly described the arrangement was this so it was not a surprise. Rather, it was a challenge but one that was easily overcome.

Widok z tarasu naprawdę piękny, przemiło spędzało się na nim czas. Pralka również nam się przydała, bo byliśmy w dłuższej podróży. Super kontakt z gospodarzem. Jedyny minus to trochę mały prysznic, w którym woda odpływała dość powoli.

Très bien situé sur une rue offrant charmantes boutiques et tout près de tout à pieds. La terrasse spacieuse et extraordinaire avec sa vue sur les toits et le Dôme du Vatican au loin. L'appartement est très propre, bien climatisé et j'y retournerais sans hésiter. Un bémol toutefois, il n'était pas indiqué nulle part qu'il y avait plus de 80 marches à monter (6-7 paliers) pour arriver à l'appartement. Comme je voyage seule et que j'avais une grosse valise, j'aurais aimé être informée de ce fait.

Super zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gratis Kaffee Kapseln im Zimmer. Komplette Ausstattung zum Kochen, Bügeln, Waschen etc. (falls man davon etwas braucht) Eigentlich nichts, wenn dann Jammern auf höchstem Niveau: man muss wissen, dass man 5 Stockwerke Treppen vor sich hat jedes mal, wenn man in die Wohnung möchte ;) mit Koffer wird das schnell anstrengend. Das Bett ist eine Schlafcouch, hier wäre ein richtiges Bett tatsächlich ein super upgrade.

The terrace was a great space to relax in the evening and have a drink The stairs!! Too many but it’s expected if you are staying in the heart of Rome in an old building.

The veranda was huge and absolutely gorgeous. We loved the central location, walking distance to all major attractions. Everything was clean, enough supplies of necessities. The communication was easy and helpful. Really, if it wasn’t for an elevator, we would give this place a golden star. The absence of an elevator made our life quite difficult. Suggestion: put the information about an absence of an elevator in big bold letters. Very hard to get the bags up and then down. A suggestion: can you make advert photos more precise to show that there is only one bedroom and one bed.

• Antoinette (8/5): Beautiful and romantic balcony stay! - View was beautiful and in a great location near plenty of food spots and a market. It did have a washer but no dryer so we hung our clothes out to dry which was a cool experience but it was a little too cold for them to dry on their own overnight. When we got in bed the first night we realized that the pillows had blood stains on them. I reached out and they did bring new pillow cases but it made us feel uneasy about being in the bed, seeing as that was missed. I am also sensitive to mold and did notice some water damage spots and my skin started to break out really bad with fungal acne. My boyfriend is not mold sensitive so he was fine. So just an fyi for anybody with sensitive mold allergies!
• Jayden (5/5): Okay, but not great. - Location is great. Washing machine and balcony are good features. This apartment does not have a lift, we are a fit couple in our 30s and still struggled lugging our bags upstairs and just navigating them day to day. Communication from the host FHTR was fairly underwhelming compared to all our other hosts from accommodation across various countries. Check-out is 10am, but FHTR business hours start at 10am. The shower is tiny, and the door hits the upper shower head, so if you use the lower shower head it will knock it and drip cold water on you as you get out the shower. Pull out sofa bed is passable.

• Anita (9/5): Great apartment in a perfect location - Perfect location! We loved our stay there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The terrace was a real bonus - even in December :) The only negative (which isn't a big issue when you're only staying a couple of nights) is that the shower is tiny. I'm not particularly large but could barely move around in it. It's also up 5 flights of stairs so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was fabulous, right in the centre of town and walking distance to everything (depending on how much walking you’re planning on doing). The rooftop was our favourite, with views of two basilicas on either side and the lovely table and reclining chairs to soak up beautiful Roman days. Would absolutely stay here again, definitely added to our perfect trip to Rome. Not a dislike but necessary to know there’s ~100 stairs up to the apartment - absolutely worth it when you’re at the top.
