• Catharina (10/5): Jättehärlig, nöjd! - Läget, lugnt men ändå nära: utsikten var magiskt! Stort och luftigt, bra med två badrum (dock dåligt med varmvatten), fräscht och bra värd som var jättehjälpsam! Dåligt med varmvatten, men är nog ett större problem.
• Sabrina (10/5): Out of the 3 places we stayed this was our favorite. It was spacious and clean - The location was great. The place is spacious. Enough for our family of 5.

В близост до всички туристичеки атракции, в сърцето на Трастевере и в същото време на тихо и спокойно място. Беше обявено, че има кафе машина, а всъщност такава нямаше. Вентилаторът в едната баня не работи, което създава дискомфорт. Всичко друго е перфектно

• Manfred (5/5): Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht, gute Verkehrsanbindungen für Touren nach Rom, unnötige Mängel im Haus - Die Lage des Apartments in Trastevere ist hervorragend. Von allen Fenstern und vom Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Blick über Trastevere mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rom. Die Lage ist außerdem sehr verkehrsgünstig, da die wichtigsten Busverbindungen entweder direkt vor der Tür liegen oder maximal 180 m entfernt. Weniger gut ist die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin die mit erheblicher Verzögerung reagierte. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Heizung, die in den drei von 7 Tagen auf höchster Stufe Tag und Nacht lief und man trotz offenem Fenster nicht vernünftig schlafen konnte. An den wichtigsten Heizkörpern im großen Schlafzimmer, im Ess- und Wohnbereich sind keine Drehknöpfe vorhanden, geschweige denn Thermostate, sind also nicht einstellbar. Erst am dritten Tag wurde die Heizung pragmatisch einfach abgestellt. Dafür war es abends und morgens viel zu kühl. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist ein integriertes Bad, mit vorhandenem Lüfter, der aber nicht funktioniert und dadurch ein modriger Geruch in der Luft liegt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung großzügig geschnitten und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Schade also, dass es an Kleinigkeiten, die leicht von der Vermieterin abgestellt werden könnten, hapert. Alles in allem, für die Lage, die Aussicht eine dicke 10, für den Rest eine wohlwollende 5.

• MACARENA (8/5): Muy bien, con aspectos a mejorar. - El piso era bastante amplio y tenía casi todas las comodidades como si fuera tu casa. Para 5 personas que éramos, estaba muy bien. Tenia toallas, secador, nórdicos, bastante bien equipado. La ubicación era también muy buena, a 10 min de Trastevere centro, aunque la cuesta/escaleras tan extensas que había que subir para poder llegar a la ubicación, nos hacía no ir con tanta frecuencia en el día. Un balcón con vistas inmejorable. Bastante limpio, en general, muy contentas con la estancia. Aspectos a mejorar: Solo nos dejaron unas llaves para poder acceder, éramos un grupo de 5 chicas, y al solo tener unas llaves, nos hacía tener que depender unas de otras para poder entrar (nos fastidió bastante la organización a la hora de entrar y salir, ya que cada una se quería ir antés o después, y nos condicionó bastante. También el tema de las ventanas/persianas, algunas no tenían y otras las contraventanas estaban rotas o no había, y entraba mucha luz. Más allá de las 8 era imposible dormir, hubiera estado bien que estuvieran arregladas, o que hubiera persianas, o cortinas que tapasen la luz por completo. Los colchones estaban bastante viejos, te hundías en ellos. Las almohadas eran demasiado duras y altas, imposible dormir con ellas.
• Elena (8/5): Lots of space, lovely view. - Having Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was incredibly comfortable for a group of 3. We stayed in late November, and the apartment was WARM, heating worked really well. The view is just crazy. The beds are comfortable. Just one power outlet near the bed, so you either charge your phone or have the light. Trastevere is a great neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops, fewer tourists, but if you do not enjoy walking uphill and upstairs please consider that you need to be fit to walk around there. Also, we got the check in instructions only after the check in time (about 3:30 pm), when we already arrived to the property. So be sure to have internet connection on your phone.

• Mimmie (10/5): Nice apartment, good location, wonderful balcony. - Location was good. We arrived by car and found a parking spot on the street within ca 300m and parking is about 12 euro/day. The balcony of was nice. Beautiful sunrise. A good restaurant below the apartment. And big restaurant quarter ca 5-10 minutes by foot. Would stay here again. A walkable to most touristattractions. The fan in the master bathroom was not working.

• Romana (10/5): Discovered Trastevere. Would highly recommend this area when visiting Rome. Loved every second spent in this beautiful c - The location was excellent. There was everything we needed in the flat for a comfortable stay. Staff were accommodating and very helpful. The small bedroom has no air conditioning and in the summer heat it was quite uncomfortable.
• Manuel (8/5): Perfect location for your first time in Roma! The view was exceptional! - The location and view were amazing! Having the balcony was perfect for nighttime. The spaciousness fit our entire family of four comfortably. The courtyard was so dreamy "Italian" and it was safe with secured gates to enter, which we appreciated. The host helped to organize a private driver from the airport and met us at the location upon arrival. We loved how smooth the transition was to make our stay in Roma memorable. The water in the shower had issues with no hot water, but the host was very helpful and communicated with us to resolve the issue. The master shower was dirty and moldy and I couldn't use it.

• Neha (7/5): Good - Location is 10/10. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Very happening and safe surroundings. It was very clean. 1. One of the bathrooms which is slightly bigger started leaking so we couldn’t use it. Master bathroom is just so small that you can barely stand in the shower area. 2. AC just doesn’t work. We tried to keep the windows open but street noise was so loud specially because there is a restaurant downstairs that we couldn’t sleep most of the nights. 3. Owner doesn’t respond ontime 4. No basic essentials in the apartment. Not tea or coffee. We traveled internationally and first time To Rome. The next day morning, we had to start looking for cafes as soon as we woke up. 5. You can wash clothes because there is washer but there is nothing outside in the balcony to dry your clothes.
• Tobias (8/5): Very good - Great location with great views and just a few steps away from the center. Unfortunately the bed linen were dirty and the dishes in the kitchen were still dirty from previous visitors.
• Notman (9/5): Superb - Very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Great views from almost every room. A little outside the busy area, but within a couple of blocks from very good restaurants and stores (as long as you don’t mind the steep stair pathway)
• Cressy (8/5): It was a truly wonderful Trastevere experience! - The location, balcony and view was amazing. The fact that there were 3 beds and 2 bathrooms and wifi was crucial. Didn’t realize there was a freezer till the last day (Ice is a necessity for me!). The beds were quite uncomfortable, sadly and the noise from below was quite loud.

The location was lively but not crowded. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the city. I highly recommend this property. I loved everything!

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - Great location. We were able to walk to all attractions. The area seemed very safe. We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the city from the balcony. The coffee maker was not working, which is a must for turists struggling with jet leg. The nearby bar that stayed open after midnight was quite noisy.

Within walking distance to main piazzas & ancient sites (25 mins) Amenities stated kitchen included a toaster, there wasn't one. (We like our toast). Oven/grill didn't appear to be working and there were no instructions.

Very responsive and helpful arranging collections from airport. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. My son slept on the sofa bed and thought it was a really comfortable double bed.Everything you need is in the apartment. The apartment is extremely convenient for bus and trastervere is a great location for evening time , food and drink.
