Szkoda, że spóźnił się o 45 minut… Umawialam sie na konkretna godzine odbioru i czekalam 45 minut pod drzwiami zeby wejsc. Wlasciciel nie odpowiadal na wiadomosci a my czekalysmy. W apartamencie część podłogi jest na podwyższeniu. Można się łatwo przewrócić. Internet nie działa. W łazience jest grzyb na suficie. Nie ma mydła. Widok z balkonu na zniszczone podwórze i brudne nieużywane przez nikogo okna. Widok jak na wojnie. Wspinaczka na 5 piętro bez windy.

Volvimos a la noche y estaba “ordenado”. Sábanas, frazadas y almohadas con olor poco agradable. Internet no funcionaba

• Paraskevopoulou (7/5): Very good and not overpriced - The location was excellent, right in the city center, just next to the Pantheon and Fontana di trevi. They also provided breakfast(which was not mentioned) so that was a very pleasant surprise. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, comfortable and well-equipped. It also had a kitchen and a small balcony, which was a nice touch. Another big plus was that the host allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, as we had a late flight, which we really appreciated. And of course mr Antonio was available whenever we texted him which is also a plus we didn’t like the bathroom, it was very small and didn’t look particularly clean. There were cleaning products available if you wanted to clean it yourself, but of course that’s not something you expect or want to do while on vacation. The apartment was also on a very high floor (around the 4th or 5th), which meant a lot of going up and down. The host helped with one suitcase, but don’t be surprised if you have to carry your luggage upstair. Lastly, although it’s very close to bus stops(5-6 minutes) and they take you everywhere. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which might be inconvenient for those who prefer using the metro.

• Amanda (6/5): - Läget var fantastiskt! Det var svårt att få kontakt med och kommunicera med värden. Det var även en hel del damm och smuts i lägenheten och kylskåpet läckte så det var blött på golvet vid köket.

A lakas felszereltsege szegenyes. 3 szemelyre foglaltam de csak kettore keszultek fel. Este 10 orakkor kaptunk plusz torolkozot a harmadik szemelynek. A lakas koszos volt es a felszereltsege rossz, keves. A lakas a 4. emeleten van lift nincs. Ezt nem art feltuntetni. Kertem reggelit 2 napra ami 6 elore csomagolt croissant es egy barackle volt.

• Izabela (5/5): - Jedyne co było na plus to lokalizacja i sympatyczny Antonio, który starał się jak mógł reagować na zgłoszenia niedogodności. Zdjęcia ewidentnie nie oddają rzeczywistości. Lokal nie grzeszył czystością; grzyb w łazience, pościel przesiąknięta zapachami wielu użytkowników, wywalające korki, gdy włączy się więcej niż 2 urządzenia, szafa zajęta różnymi rzeczami (nie da się włożyć swoich rzeczy, tym bardziej, że i tam był nieprzyjemny zapach). Jeśli komuś zależy na przyjemnym lokalu, to odradzam. Jeśli zaś ktoś chce w korzystnej cenie mieć tylko miejsce do spania, to jest ok. Mimo wszystko bycie w tym mieście kompensuje wszystkie niedogodności.
• Inma (7/5): Muy buena ubicación - Lo mejor que tiene es su ubicación y la atención de Antonio, es un señor muy amable y atento. El alojamiento cumple la función de estar cerca de todo y ser un lugar cómodo en el que descansar. Que el desayuno de los dos días que estuvimos lo trajese cuando llegamos. No estaba mal, pero somos más de salado y esa opción no estaba. . Es un 4° sin ascensor, pero las escaleras son cómodas de subir.

• Rikke (8/5): - Beliggenheden på lejligheden er helt i top! Der er alt, hvad man skal bruge i lejligheden, og mulighed for at have lidt madvarer på køl og selv lave mad. Vær opmærksom på, at lejligheden ligger på 4. sal og der ikke er elevator. Morgenmad består af lidt kedelige, vakuumpakkede brød. Men fint nok.

• ALAIN (8/5): Très bon séjour de 3 nuits à Rome - Le gros avantage de Panthéon Dream Suite est son emplacement dans l'hyper centre historique de Rome à 100 mètres du Panthéon. Les endroits à visiter sont tous très proches et nous avons tout fait à pied (Colisee à 20 minutes, Vatican à 25 minutes). La gare est à 30 minutes. Le studio est fonctionnel et très calme car donnant sur une cour intérieure. Il faut tout de même gravir les 4 étages (80 marches) sans ascenseur. Super accueil d'Antonio qui nous a permis de déposer nos bagages à notre arrivée à Rome à 12h pour ne pas avoir à les porter jusqu'à la prise du studio à 15h. Antonio avait également tout apporter pour les petits déjeuner des 3 jours (café, thé, jus de fruit, lait, eau, céréales, biscottes, pain de mie, Nutella, croissants..). Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un logement dans le centre de Rome. Très bonne expérience nous recommandons La salle de bains mériterait un rafraîchissement mais c'était propre tout de même. Les croissants du petit déjeuner (remarque de français.. )

• Laura (7/5): Excelente ubicación PERO.... - La ubicación es inmejorable. El sr Antonio, que es quien te da las llaves, es muy amable y atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes: UN AMOR DE HOMBRE! Precio razonable por ubicación y fechas (mediados de agosto). Tendrían que anunciar claramente que es un 4º o 5º SIN ASCENSOR! Hace falta un lavado de cara y actualización-reparación de mobiliario y enseres general (moho en el baño, puerta de la nevera que se cae, mesa del balcón torcida-rota y oxidada, aire acondicionado que funciona mal y cuando quiere, contrapuerta del balcón que no cierra bien, cisterna del baño que no funciona bien porque pierde agua...). No hay mucho espacio para dejar la ropa en el armarios porque la mitad (o más) está ocupado (cojines, colchas, plancha...). No hay microondas, sugerimos que compren uno por su gran utilidad. Por último, debo decir que la comunicación con el anfitrión (Giuseppe) es muy mala. Tarda semanas en responder y cuando lo hace te pregunta lo que ya le habías explicado (vamos, ni lee lo que le escribes) . Ayer dejamos el apartamento, le escribí diciéndole que nos habíamos ido y dónde le habíamos dejado las llaves y aún espero que me conteste un simple. "Grazie".

• Mona (9/5): Perfect for a visit to Rome - The location was excellent! Couldn't ask for a better spot. Walking distance to all the sights....Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Castle, Colosseum. Also close to bus stop to get you where you want to go if walking's not your thing. Coffee, pastries, pasta, gelato all right there. The beds were comfy and having the fridge was great. It was stocked with milk, juice and water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine and packaged breads to get you started for the day. We did not cook but it had a cute little kitchen and dining area. Was nice to sit on the little balcony with morning coffee and listen to the birds. Not much of a view but hey, a little balcony in Rome, you have to enjoy that. I would definitely stay here again. There was 5 flights of steps as others have noted but I knew that going in so I was prepared. We left in the morning and didn't come back till evening so only had to make the climb once a day. There was dark spots on the shower ceiling but I just ignored it. A little shelf next to the mirror would have been nice and also a luggage rack. All I know is no place to stay is perfect but this place was perfect for our visit to Rome.

• Beth (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Rome! - The location is amazing. Easy walking distance to so many iconic Rome sights. Great coffee, aperitivo, and dinner all around you. Surprisingly quite for the central location. Croissants, toast, coffee, bottled water all provided in the room. Our host helped us organise an airport shuttle which was greatly appreciated. The driver was waiting with a sign when we got outside the terminal. Very easy! We arrived before the host and were a little confused on where to go. It would have been nice to have more information about the arrival process so we knew we were in the right place. Make sure you have access to Internet/ WhatsApp when you arrive so you can message the host.

• Veronica (7/5): Good - The flat itself is very nice, the location is simply amazing. It was very clean. The wifi worked really well. At check in, I explicitly asked to give me all the information to get into the flat as I knew I would come home late that night after a business dinner. When I came back to the flat after dinner, the keys didn't work. I tried calling the owner, no answer. Thank goodness, the father of the owner had sent me a message early on so I used that number and I was informed only then that there was a hidden button I had to press at the first entrance of the building to get into the flat. How can someone forget such a crucial piece of information? I could have risked being locked outside all night if I didn't have the another number to call. In the morning, the coffee machine didn't work.

• Christina (8/5): Good price for the location. - The apartment have a really top location next to the Pantheon. The host was really polite and friendly. The fridge has water ,juice and milk , also they was prepare cookies and croissants for breakfast. It was enough for 3 days for 2 people for breakfast. Very close to good restaurants , good street food and Trevi 👌 The bathroom really needs little fresh up. The coffee machine has problem and i couldn't make coffee. Its little noisy from the neighbours ,but nothing too much. Just to say have lots of stairs,but thats normally for Italy 🙂

• Reda (5/5): Choose wisely, only good location. - Hello! We visited in February. This place had a very convenient location for all our destinations. And all pictures looked lovely. I have to admit that I only read the first few good comments... Right away, it's in the 5th floor and you have to climb the stairs. It's no problem to us, but to some, I read it's a challenge. The person who let us in and showed us around was nice. With him the person who let us in brought food to refill for our 3 morning breakfasts which were included. So it was basically packet pastries, bread (one that was from before was old, so we simply threw it out right away, I guess they don't check the expirations, so you should), coffee capsules, jam packets... Place was cold but we turned on the AC, it took a while but the place warmed up, the bathroom still was quite cold if left closed (it had a heater that did not work). Bathroom had a few issues, we didn't mind the window with seemingly see-through curtains. Shower head needs changing or cleaning, there was no water pressure, water went to all directions. Toilet after flushing kept on running loudly till it would finally stop on it's own. Toilet paper was the thinnest possible.. There was a terrace with no view, its doors also worked as the only window, so we always needed a light, because outside was cloudy. Bed is not big 200x 140(120), so consider that. It is put right on the floor as you can see in the pictures. There are no bathrobes even though they are mentioned (there are towels though, so no worries). Wardrobe is basically full, so you won't be able to use it. At first glance place seems clean, but you can see spider webs, mirrors have stains, not perfect. There was no clean sponge to wash dishes. Also the electric kettle was dirty inside, had a smell of some sort (possibly previous renters boiled something other than water and nobody checked to clean it, I washed it though :DD). Fridge for some reason was always wet. Water got to everything possible. All in all it's way too overpriced for what you get. I kinda regret spending as much as I did and plus the city fee. Choose wisely!

• Evelyne (7/5): Good - It is rather peaceful at night even thought on busy area. The host is rather helpful. Recommended us a few places to eat n booked a taxi for us. The place is not for people with difficult with climbing stairs. Its on 4th floor without lift n hv difficulties with our luggages. Think is too small for 3 person n bathroom door making alot of noise. The balcony and bed are small.
• Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - It was close to everything we wanted to see. Less than 30 minute walk to colosseum or 30 minutes to Vatican City. There were a lot of steps and the balcony didn't really have a view. However it was clean and had everything we needed.

Communication with the owner was a little hit and miss, a little slow to respond to some of the requests or left it to the last minute. Although in the description there was a couple of stairs it turned out to be quite a few stairs, we managed it fine but I can imagine some older people would struggle

• Lianet (1/5): IT'S OKAY IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT MODERN BUT THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS CLEAN IT PROPERLY - Antonio, was a very nice man. He was already waiting for us at the door and the property does not advertise that there are 123 STEPS TO THE APARTMENT DOOR. This is not an exaggeration. I counted. So, it was a very rude awakening after traveling from several hours and coming heavy luggages. Antonio, was a very kind in helping my husband and I carry our luggage to the top since there is no Elevator. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANTONIO FOR THAT. THOSE GESTURES REALLY DO COUNT. An added note - there was construction noise early at 7am in the morning and the smell of heavy fumes in apartment 13. This is not the owners fault but another drawback and challenge of staying here. Before arriving I had been in Tuscany, Florence, Amalfi, and I have to say that this was worst place I stayed in. It sadden me because we were on our honeymoon. So, it was a terrible way to end. This place was not cleaned Properly. I found multiple random black HAIRs all around the property. You can tell there is no staff hired to clean this place. 1. The chandelier is full of dust and I saw that someone wrote a comment about it in May 2023 and look how much they cared after that comment to do something about it. 2. The ceiling in the bathroom is full of spots indicating mold. 3. The closet is occupied and there is already very little space to place things around the whole apartment. My recommendation is to leave at least 1 side of the closet empty for your guest to place their items. 4. There are no towel hangers. You can get this in Ikea for less than 10 euros and without having to open any holes. They come with adhesive and they are great. 5. Their was no toilet paper holder at arms reach. Never have I seen this and I have traveled all over the world. The toilet paper should NOT be on some shelf 30 inches above the toilet. 6. The cups and coffee machine should be thoroughly washed before guest arrive. 7. The bathroom Curtain has a stain. 8. Bathroom has a spider web right hand corner. 9. only had this problem here no where else around ITALY. The AC would really cool. 10. Functionality makes the space better to live in. The bathroom offers no counter space. Guest are already wondering where to place their towel so adding a tiny table in the bathroom would be BIG plus. This helps guest place their cloths, their toiletries, and etc... Finally, have some integrity for what you do. it's not fair people travel from all part of the world long hours with their hard worked money to have to experience this less than standard apartment, only because the owners believe that their place is in an amazing location they owe their guest a clean place to stay.

• Jeanene (7/5): Great location with a few things to know about - We were 2 female friends (in our 40s that live in different countries) catching up in Rome. Positives: ** GREAT location** We loved walking around the corner and seeing the Pantheon. ** bottled water, cereal, milk, coffee, ‘toast’ biscuits were included which on days we had an early tour was very convenient. ** A few minor issues we had were resolved the same day. ** (A) that met with us was very helpful although limited English. ** A transfer can be booked. The one which was booked was in a really lovely car, great after a flight. E70 which is standard rate. ** Was nice to have a balcony (no view though) and hand washing we did dried very fast. Overall, a great location was what we wanted in Rome and we got it for a price we were happy with. FYI: - It’s up some 80+ stairs, we were fine with our luggage and stopped regularly on the way up but some guests may not be. - If you need 2 beds set up, advise them. It wasn’t for us but sheets were delivered same day. - the English communicator (G) will be in touch the day before re details. As the person that made the booking was flying long haul and arriving some 14 hours after the other friend, who was keen to book a transfer, we would’ve preferred contact before this. - We had requested a late checkout but this was not addressed until day we were leaving when G advised the cleaner was coming at 11am. We weren’t sure if we’d leave bags or not. We went out returning at 12pm, the cleaner didn’t seem very impressed so not sure she was advised our bags might be there. - perhaps an information document could be left with closest taxi stops, a map, authentic restaurant experiences, etc etc. - Overall we found G a little blaisè with his communication. - It is a studio, the birds are noisy, you can see into other apartments - just part of staying in a busy city - but some of us are less used to that.
• Deb (7/5): Taxis in Rome are a nightmare so we missed our party but we still had a fabulous time - location and the hosts who are lovely people 5 flights of stairs with no lift (typical in Rome but could have done with a heads up) bathroom needed to be cleaner ie toilet and toilet brush bed linen needs upgrading air con not powerful enough

The entire apartment is a little bit outdated and not as clean as you should expect. Especially the bathroom needs to be upgraded and cleaned better
