- ILARIA (9/5): Capodanno a Roma - L'appartamento è piccolino ma molto confortevole, pulito e profumato. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e siamo stati bene. La proprietaria disponibile e gentile. Al ns arrivo ci ha fatto trovare frutta e cioccolatini... una coccola che non abbiamo mai trovato in altri appartamenti. La posizione è tranquilla, ma sopratutto comoda con i mezzi di trasporto che devo dire a Roma funzionano molto bene e che ti permettono di raggiungere qls luogo. Per cui i consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso The Rica House. Pulizia, tranquillita' e comodità con i mezzi di trasporto.

- Sara (10/5): Alojamiento perfecto y anfitriona inmejorable - Alojamiento grande, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estar un par de dias. Anfitriona muy amable y pendiente. Cama especialmente cómoda, sitio limpio y con ganas de quedarte unos días más. Aire acondicionado punto muy positivo, y cocina y baño genial. Ubicacion es necesario bus para moverte o que te andes mucho y no acabes reventado. Barrio como todos los de Roma, un poco de mal rollo pero buena gente. Un super cerca y el mercado. Al ducharnos el segundo día, nos quedamos sin agua caliente.

- Julieta (2/5): Malo! No lo recomiendo. - No lo recomiendo. Está muy alejado del centro. Para todo necesitas tomas bus. Cuando llegamos había mucho olor a cigarro. El agua fría no funcionaba, me enviaron un fontanero y la propietaria hizo caso omiso a la cancelación para que nos mudamos de alojamiento y pudiéramos disfrutar con mejores comodidades nuestra estadía.

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi la Stazione di Trastevere e ottimi collegamenti con i mezzi pubblici. Pur essendo al secondo piano non è consentito utilizzare l'ascensore, nemmeno per le valigie o per la spesa, in quanto riservato ai soli residenti. Appartamento non molto insonorizzato

- Tracey (7/5): Good - Close to bus stop to get to the city centre. Cute (but small) apartment. Good value for Rome. Quite small apartment The bedroom is on the main road side, double glazed windows blocked out a lot of noise but not all. No iron or ironing board.
- Deividas (8/5): Cozy flat - Flat was fully prepared. Everything was clean. Flat has everything for making food or drinks. Beds are quite comfortable. Location looked safe. There is a nice market place with lot of restaurants close to the flat. Owner is very friendly and helpful. So so noisy in the night! Ambulance and others are going with sirens in the night and in general it feels like windows open but all is closed. Possible to hear neighbors. Washing machine doesnt work so made us some problems. Fridge is quite noisy as well. Flat is little bit small but good enough just for sleeping.

Probably the case with many budget apartments in Rome, but we felt the most stressed here of our while trip in Italy. Never met the owner/organiser but got lots of messages on what we must and mustn't do. Getting into the apartment was very complicated with locks that needed work etc and, once in, loads of rules. Maybe it's a city thing but the tone was unwelcome ...

- Katsiaryna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment located in a quiet and calm area, but close to the city center. There were all what you need for comfort life, eaven tea, coffee, welcome sweets and spices and much more for people who like to cook. The host is very friendly and nice. Totally recommend this apparent and hope to visit it again one day. A little bit noise.

- David (10/5): Frederica was a gracious and friendly host. She communicated with us frequently and let us check in early. She also left - The property was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. We really appreciated that it also had a washing machine and drying rack so we could do our laundry. The property was a bit farther than we thought from the Metro station (Pyramid) that we used frequently throughout our stay. It took us 15 minutes walking at a brisk pace to get there. It was great exercise, but we booked an Uber upon arrival and departure, to make it easier to transport our suitcases.
