• Antoine (6/5): Bon point de départ pour visiter Rome à pied - L'emplacement géographique, la literie, la superficie du logement. La personne qui nous a accueillie parlait français. Le manque d'équipement et de vaisselle. Pas de micro-ondes, pas de torchon pour la vaisselle, pas de "machine" à café (il y'a juste une cafetière moka) Le fer à repassé était brulé (la planche à repasser aussi) Les 1er tiroirs des meubles de salles de bain étaient non fonctionnels. L'odeur d'humidité dans le logement. la plaque de gaz et la hotte était encrassées.

• Nazeerah (9/5): Brilliant. Gorgeous apartment would stay again - Two double beds, one double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, so much space and a kitchenette. Lovely property, fantastic entry doors. Right opposite Basilica San Laterano where we saw the Pope! Coliseum ten mins walk away, basilica s maggiore 15 mins walk away. Bakery 4 doors down for breakfast. Amazing Italian family restaurant round the corner where we had one of our best meals! Fantastic The internet wasn’t working for the entire stay
• Nathalie (8/5): Logement à conseiller pour court séjour - Emplacement très bien situé, près du Colisée. Appartement très spacieux, bien pour 6 personnes avec ses 2 salles de bain. Très calme et refait à neuf. Cuisine mal équipée, pas de micro ondes, pas de casseroles et pas de torchons (nous avions choisi ce logement pour pouvoir cuisiner... ). A savoir qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans la pièce principale.

• Elena (8/5): Mi è piaciuto molto e tornerei volentieri. - La posizione molto comoda con i servizi bus e metropolitana,negozi,bar e Chiesa.Appartamento silenzioso con ampi spazi. Non funzionava il televisore in camera,non c'era la macchinetta del caffè ma abbiamo trovato la moka e acquistato per conto nostro il caffè.La ventolina del bagno era parecchio impolverata e scattava la calderina dell'acqua calda.

• Raffaello (10/5): L' appartamento perfetto per visitare Roma - Bellissimo appartamento nel cuore della città a 5 minuti dal Colosseo con tutto quello che serve. Spazi grandi, ben arredati e confortevoli. Lo staff gentilissimo è venuto incontro alle nostre richieste in tutto. Appartamento estremamente consigliato anche per la vicinanza ai servizi, bar, ristoranti, supermercati, bus e metropolitana sono tutti raggiungibili in pochi minuti.

• Viktoria (9/5): Superb - Huge apartman. Really good location. They were accomodating with our late arrival. Everything was clean and tidy. Bit of a musty smell. One of the bathroom door needs fixing as it wouldn't close properly.

Comfortable apartment, excellent air conditioning in the August heat. 2 bathrooms, 2 good sized bedrooms. Working kitchen with fridge freezer and a washing machine! The hotwater was either hot or cold, no in between. The toilet seat was loose. Minor repairs
• Heather (4/5): Disappointing - The agent that came to meet us and let us in was the sweetest and very helpful The owner was rude. Just so you are aware you have to pay the per person cleaning fee and another fee in cash. No where was that said or discussed until 5 mins before we got into the place. He hounded me for what day I was going to be there and for room payment 5 days before payment was due and when.it clearly stated on reservation when I was renting the room. The place smelled really damp and bathrooms smelled like old urine. He called me on WhatsApp. I.missed the call so called him back and he got all bent out of shape and said not to call to just message (then why did you call me and not just message me).

• Michael (5/5): Overall the location was great, apartment was fine apart from these niggles. - Location was good beds were comfortable, plenty of towels Not available at check in time, cleaner still there. Unable to lock the property securely. No electric kettle, no toaster, no tea towels, only one tea spoon, no toiletries, only 3 mugs - all as per advert. Terrible odour from drain in bathrooms. Shower cubicle dirty. Hot water going off half way through showering. Exposed wiring under boiler. However, when notified the host did get the lock fixed the next day. Also supplied more teaspoons, mugs, tea towel. He said kettle was present biut it was not electric and that toaster was not in advert, but it was!!
• Anett (5/5): Passable - It was quiet, therefore it was easy to sleep. It was close to the center. Lot of coffe shops and small backeries were available nearby. There are bus and metro stations near to the accomodation, thus the any locations were easy to reach. There were two bathrooms, and one of them was inconvinient. Even though we booked for 5 person, we had only 4 bedsheets. The plates were dirty. We did lack few glasses, there were only 2 sets. There were very little windows, so the rooms were dark during the day. We recieved very little toilet papars, and the quality of them were poor. We signed the owner of the apartmant that we miss quite a few basic equipment, however he only ensured those 3 days after our arrival. Compared to the quality it was really expensive

• Melody (9/5): Great value, great location, clean, comfy beds - The beds were comfortable! Very neat authentic Roman apartment. Very clean. Great location, short walk to colosseum and Primos around the corner was great! . Host was excellent in communicating with great response time. There was no soap or shower amenities. Which I guess was just an oversight. The showers struggled to stay hot. Some nespresso pods for the nespresso would’ve been great! Just small things. But I’d definitely stay here again. Especially for the price. Great value.
• Alexandra (5/5): Passable - We liked the location, bus station right in front of the door, metro close and the apartment is big and spacious with 2 bathrooms. But the apartment has some big problems, the biggest being the mold. One of the rooms has so much mold by the window, you can feel that you only breath mold and i don’t think that is healty. I will attach photos. No shower gel, no towels for the kitchen, no coffee capsules, lack of cleaning, I found one of the toilets dirty. cold inside and the blankets were very dirty and also with mold. It felt disgusting sleeping in the beds because of these. These problems are unacceptable for the price we paid.

• Giovanni (5/5): Very well located apartment. - We spent 5 days in the apartment. From 23rd December to the 28th. Was the first time in a while that I decided to go with the entire family for an apartment instead of hotel/resort. The apartment is extremely well located in the heart of Rome close to many attractions and area of interest. The apartment was overall superficially clean and well furnished. We had great family moments in the large living area. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quite big. There are 2 bathrooms which are extremely efficient. The living TV include free amazon services and internet works very well. While doing a washing machine to wash very few clothes my wife turned the oven on to heat some bread but electricity suddenly turned off. Electricity power could not restore despite multiple tests and we had to call the owner. The owner promptly called the technician and sent them to the apartment. After some time of work they solved the issue and explained an issue with the electricity system of the apartment. The owner called us saying that this was our fault to use the oven and the laundry machine at the same time and that we should pay the price of the technician. However he gently proposed to pay half price to help us. Indeed, was a folkloristic experience as we heard that you cannot use laundry machine and oven together at the same time and was never mentioned to us during check in instructions and payment collection. Furthermore, we learned that in case of electricity problems in the apartment the guest should be the one paying….. As required we left 60 euro cash to the owner. as we like to use electricity in a civilized manner we will go back to certified hotel/resort structures. The shower works but alternate cold and hot water with no control capabilities….
• Vanja (7/5): its was ok and i would not have problems to come again - location good. bus infront entrance, 2 metro stations close,good space. romantic building and apartment. there are diches and u’ll need. apartment is very big and nice and there is space. big windows that are insured from anybody to enter. two batrooms. close u can find few mini markets and places to pick up food. bad smell from bigger bathroom ( probably canalisation), bad extra bed-sofa, wifi not very good in beginning but later solved

• Lorenooliveira (8/5): The place and localization were perfect for our 5-people group (two of which were seniors) - The apartment has a really decent space for a family or group of friends traveling together. The two bathrooms are really necessary when you are in a group with 4+ people. The kitchen had the necessary resources for preparing breakfasts (which was our need) and the localization was really awesome, in a walking distance of the Coliseum, metro stations and there was a bus stop right in front of the building. Wifi was ultra slow (just 9MB/s in the speed test). My mobile connection in the cell phone was giving me 120MB/s in the same speed test.

• Louis (2/5): Our Family Stay In Rome - The location and connection to sites. Access to shops and to the churches in Rome. Spacious and comfortable. Really great for a family. After 2 days there was a smell in the drainage system that resulted in plumbers having to come out while we were in the place. No plugs in the sinks which meant waisting of water. I was asked to pay additional money for my stay which was never communicated to me until the day I arrived. Added to this I had written communication about what I needed to pay and then the amount changed. When I asked for the invoice i did not get it and still am waiting for it.

• Rebeca (5/5): Disappointed - Location and decoration despite not have been cleaned The shower in the suite is not working, you can’t take a shower with that very poor little water. The second shower does not heat properly. Less than one minute the water will run cold and you need to wait for that to heat again in the cold. Horrible. Electricity gone off twice and the owner and the staff weren’t helpful at all. When you have no electricity and you have your plans for the day you expect a minimum of interest of resolving your problem. Instead, after contacting the person (Umar) all I hear is that I have spent too much electricity and the owner is not in town. After claiming some neighbour help, he found out the building had a problem with electricity and re-started the building electricity and he (neighbour) sorted our problem. The front door (gate) and the front door of the apartment are very difficult to open. Specially the gate door, it’s worth mentioning because it’s something to think about, if eventually you break the key or don’t manage to open, I don’t think you can get any help of anyone in this place. No carpet in the bathroom, not even toilet paper for bathrooms for your first hours in the apartment. No tablecloth, even a plastic one. The wood table is sticky.

• Mandy (5/5): Not a pleasant 3 night stay, the good decoration and location can't compensate the bad smell - The apartment location is good and the spacious. -The person who did the check-in is a bit rude. I already told him beforehand about the train estimated arrival time but the train delayed 20 min and at 6PM when we were still busy figuring out taking the metro he called and said "I don't have whole day to wait for you, I have other check-in to handle, hurry!" . -The other thing to be noted is that the smell coming from the sewage of the old building is very unpleasant, entering the bathroom was always annoying. And the exhausted fan which tried to get rid of the smell didn't work just but just add noise during your sleep because it can't be turned off manually - The key is hard and tricky to open the entry door for the complex

• Doinea (8/5): even with its bad parts, overall i would recommend it - location was very good. we were 10 min apart from colosseum and we had a lot of restaurants and mini markets on our street. also the apartment is very spacious and has all the facilities you need we personally didn’t like the fact that it was a bit dirty and the big bathroom smelt pretty bad
