• Breno (8/5): Estadia boa e de acordo com o anúncio. Suporte total por parte do anfitrião. - Marcos é um excelente anfitrião, foi muito prestativo e gentil. O apartamento é de acordo com as imagens e nos atendeu muito bem. Embora não seja próximo dos pontos turísticos, tem pontos de ônibus e trem muito perto e de lá conseguimos chegar facilmente ao centro de Roma. A ducha de banho. Ela está fixada de uma forma que não torna o banho agradável. Porém, isso não foi um grande problema. Deixo apenas como sugestão de melhoria.

• Marisa (9/5): Perfect Trastevere location - Marco was very accommodating to our needs and super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, near grocery, the tram, and lots of restaurants and cafes. The 2nd bedroom with the 2 twin beds was very very small. Barely any room to move in there. You would not be able to place your luggage in there. The pillows were also quite small, I had to fold it in half to use it.

El apartamento es sencillo, sin lujos, pero más que suficiente para unos días de visita turística porque no le falta nada. Marco, además, es muy amable. Es un apartamento antiguo al que le haría falta alguna mejora, pero eso no influye para nada en la comodidad y el bienestar.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . la batterie de cuisine vraiment trop vieille .

• Ana Sofia (9/5): - Perto do centro, com transportes para todo o lado. Super, café e comboio para o aeroporto muito próximo. Marco foi sempre atencioso. Tivemos um pequeno problema na primeira noite com o chuveiro mas foi resolvido logo de manhã no dia seguinte, melhor impossível. Casa limpa e com as comodidades anunciadas. Zona tranquila para ir com crianças. Prédio antigo mas cuidado. Elevador a funcionar.

• MonaLicha (1/5): Overall, the apartment was a complete mess. It was a horrible experience, made even worse by how beautiful the city of R - My sunglasses and shrug were missing when I checked out of the apartment. I contacted the host just an hour after leaving, but he denied finding anything that belonged to me. I could have believed him if it were just the sunglasses since they are small and easy to misplace, but my shrug was something I wore until the previous night. I checked out the next morning right after waking up, which makes it certain that I left it in the apartment. Despite several follow-ups from both me and Booking.com agents, the host never responded. Whether it was taken by the cleaning staff or someone else, I am convinced that my belongings disappeared from that apartment. It is a sin. Nothing can get creepier than this. The host was also extremely rude. We had to change the key pick-up time due to a train delay, and I informed him well in advance. Instead of understanding our situation, he yelled at us. It is not like he lives far away; he stays within walking distance. We paid to stay in the apartment and deserved to be treated with respect. His behavior was disgraceful. The apartment itself was in terrible condition. The bedroom lacked basic amenities, with no proper light bulb and no side tables. The bathroom was broken, and the flush did not work at all. We had to use a ladder to fix it twice in just two days. To make matters worse, the apartment is not soundproof, and you can clearly hear loud noises from a nearby club throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

• Augusto (1/5): Péssimo - Da localização O apartamento é antigo e grande, não tem iluminação nos cômodos, tudo com abajures improvisados, não tem chuveiro, apenas uma ducha, a descarga do vaso sanitário não funciona corretamente, a pia da cozinha cedendo. O apto tem cheiro ruim. A limpeza precisa ser melhorada, assim como os lençóis, colchões e toalhas, os piores que já usei.

• Xarrie23 (9/5): Great find in a traditional part of Rome. - Excellent value for money. The location of the apartment was very convenient and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Public transport options very close and easy walking distance to local shops, bars, etc. Sunday flea market in streets right outside. Marco was the perfect host and we would definitely return to his place. Some minor tweaks would make the apartment perfect.

• Flaviu (9/5): Our stay in Rome - The appartment is spacious and cosy, you feel like home. Initally we booked for two, some friends decided to join, and we were four. It had plenty of space to accomodate everyone. The appartement was already heated when we arrived ( we booked in December), it has good WiFi, TV and very close to all attractions ( by tram and bus 10-15min). Plenty of pizzeria and gelateria in the beautiful neighborhood of Trastevere, where the appartment is located.If you like flea markets, there is one every Sunday, on the streets around the appartment. -

The vicinity of the apartment has few restaurants and supermarkets. The only concern with the apartment is the heat and the air conditioner provided is not sufficient for the apartment of this size.

• Sandeep (9/5): Excellent property to stay in Rome - Casa di Marco was a well maintained and a cozy space. The owner is a friendly and kind gentleman. He helped us by giving us an early check in and a late check out as well. The house has two rooms with adequate space in the living room. The location is very good and is well connected by both tram and bus. Has plenty of options to dine in the vicinity. A good option to stay while in Rome.
• David (3/5): You want to save money, but this is too much - The place was well connected with the city by tram. The place is and also looks really old with aged furniture and decoration, soft and slim mattresses, and the kitchen and bathroom need urgent renovation. In addition, there are a couple of pubs next to the building and the windows did not block the noise at all. Also, the place is well connected but not in the Trastevere at all, you must walk for a while or take the tram to get there.
• Gerasimov (9/5): Great stay - Location is comfortable - it's not the very city centre, but tram/bus stop are really close, and it's easy to get to anywhere. The apartment is spacy, kitchen is fully equipped, bed - comfortable, bathroom in good condition. The apartment is a bit tired and needs some redecoration, but it's not critical for us. The only annoying thing was that the door of the kitchen cabinet above the sink is broken and cannot be fixed while open. Another point is poor sound isolation.
