Rafal (10/5): Cozy and comfortable in nice area full of caffeterias and restaurants - Cozy and comfortable, high quality of equipment and furniture. Middle room could also have a full size bed.
Zsolt (9/5): Well maintained, spacious flat - Very spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Nicely furnished rooms, modern bathroom. Large supermarket is 200m away. Pizzeria, café and pastry shop nearby. Bus stop is a few hundred meters from the flat. We arrived to Rome in the morning and the owner kindly allowed us into the apartment before the check-in time. Communications went smoothly on Whatsapp. The apartment is a bit out of the centre, but has decent public transport connection. Great to have a Nespresso coffee machine available. The equipment in the kitchen could be improved. (e.g. tea towel, more pots, larger mugs, wine glass) The metro is station is about 20 mins walk away.

Traian (9/5): A trip to remember!! - Spaceous apartment with restaurants, supermarkets and other stores in vecinity. The bus station was just 300 meters away and the closed metro station about 1 km away.
Jamie (10/5): Bright and sunny flat - It's spacious, bright, comfortable with 2 bedrooms. Everything matches the photos. It is my second stay. The bed is rather firm-- Note: the piano is locked.

Charlotte (9/5): Lovely apartment and great location - The host was super friendly and accommodating, and the apartment was clean, well kept and comfortable. We liked the location because it was close to supermarkets and the bus route into the University and the city centre, as well as the metro. The apartment facilities were good and air con was powerful in the rooms it was available in. The second bedroom didn't have air con but did have a fan, which was okay but obviously less comfy in a heatwave! I think the second bedroom could have also benefitted from a real bed but the sofa bed was comfy nonetheless. For longer stays having more sofa space would have been great.

Jamie (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is arranged very comfortably with separate bedrooms and living spaces. Bed is quite comfortable. A bit off Tiburtina, quieter. Nice large towels make it feel homey Be sure to be very specific about what bedding and towels are needed, extras are locked away. Also, the puano is locked. In the bridge seasons of spring/fall when nights get colder, the A/C units in the main bedroom can be used to supplement after heat goes off at 10pm. But the second bedroom does not have this option. Perhaps request an extra blanket if you get cold easily.
