• Estera (9/5): Very spacious and comfortable hotel with a lovely interior, plenty of beds, and a great location close to the metro and - The hotel was very spacious with plenty of beds, which made the stay really comfortable. The interior design was pleasant and cozy. The location was also great — close to the metro station and shops, which was very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel! The only downside was the low water pressure in the bathroom, but it’s probably related to the old plumbing system in Rome.

We checked out today at 10:00 AM, feeling very satisfied with our stay. Highlights of our stay: Better than the photos: The apartment doesn't just match the description—it's even better in person! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and very welcoming. Incredible Space: The apartment is remarkably large. We had plenty of room to move around, and it never felt crowded. Maximum Comfort: A huge plus for the sleeping arrangements. The beds are large and incredibly comfortable; we slept perfectly every night. Great Location: Situated at Via Santa Bernadette, 78, the area is peaceful and residential. It’s very convenient to have the Cornelia Metro station (Line A) just a short walk away, making it easy to get anywhere in Rome quickly. Overall: Everything was "super"! This place truly exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a spacious, clean, and comfortable home base in Rome, I highly recommend this apartment. A big thank you to the hosts!
• Pat (10/5): excellent - spacious, plenty of room for everyone. close to metro station which gets you to all the attractions in Rome. Close to a supermarket that has everything and if you’re traveling with kids, a pharmacy is 2 min away just in case nothing, all good

W pobliżu sklepy spożywcze, brak hałasu z ulic miasta. Dobrze wyposażone, zgodnie z opisem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, szybki zwrot depozytu, niecałe 24h po zdaniu mieszkania

Apertura porte con app dedicata, comodissima per non avere paura di perdersi le chiavi e che consente self check-in agevole. Host disponibile. Animali ammessi. Metro raggiungibile a piedi Parcheggio in strada difficoltoso (ma si sa, è Roma!)

• Tamara (5/5): No es fiable - El alojamiento muy amplio Viajaba con un bebé, le solicité una cuna y me decia que sin problemas, y el mismo dia que llegue a Roma me informó que la cuna no era posible y pretende que el bebé duerma en el salón en un sofá. No es una persona seria ni mucho menos te puedes fiar.
• Sylvia (8/5): Un super plan rapport qualité/prix pour partir à la découverte de cette ville majestueuse - La réactivité de l'hôte, tout était tel que convenu, les lits d'appoint dans le salon étaient déjà faits (merci), la localisation hors centre historique mais à 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro sur la ligne A et qui nous permettait de rejoindre le centre en 10-15 minutes, l'utilisation de digicodes (pas de clefs à se partager - nous étions 7 - chacun avait la possibilité d'ouvrir les portes - c'est clairement un stress en moins), et cerise sur le gateau, notre hôte nous avait donné les coordonnées d'un super restaurant qui se trouvait à moins de 10 minutes à pied du logement : le plats étaient clairement de qualité pour un prix défiant toute concurrence et nettement inférieur aux prix pratiqués dans le centre historique. C'est définitivement un super plan rapport qualité/prix pour partir à la découverte de cette ville majestueuse qu'est Rome.

• Rafael (10/5): - Нас было 2 семьи 9 человек, нужен был большой апартамент, так же либо недолеко от центра, или не далеко от метро, ну и конечно приемлемая цена. Выбран был данный аппартамент, и были просто в восторге. Во первых после бронирования, изночально была переписка, очень вежлевая хозяйка. Во вторых с метро, карта показывала 13 минут ходьбы, по факту 5 минут максимум. В третьих нам скинули электроные ключи с которыми мы без проблем попали как в подъезд, так и в квартиру. В четвертых, само главное квартира, очень просторная, ремонт современый, в стиле Рима, кондиционеры везде, белье все свежое, белоснежное, посуда кому надо имеется, кофеварка аппарат, но так же гейзерная кофеварка, кофе предоставлено бесплатно, презент круасаны и вода. ПРОСТО ШИКАРНЫЙ АППАРТАМЕНТ!!! Проезд до собора святого Петра 4 станции метро 20 минут максимум, до Термини минут 35. Есть депозит 200 евро, после выезда, как примут квартиру, хозяйка без проблем сразу отправила. Очень рекомендую данный аппартамент, только пожалуйста относитесь бережно, чтоб каждый мог пользываться предоставленым комфортом!!!

Few minutes to the metro station and you can go mainly everywhere from there. Maybe just a pressure of the watet in the flat. It is very weak, but maybe this is the problem of the building instead of flat.

• Radamanthys (10/5): Superb! - We stayed three friends for eight nights. The apartment is great, spacious, fully equipped, renovated, in the fourth floor. I may say that it exceeded our expectations. Spacious, sunny, and comfortable., with a nice balcony view. Everything is renovated, and in my opinion the decoration is superb. Neighborhood is a safe one and quiet as well, and the apartment is near Metro Station Cornelia. In 5-10' max minutes walking there are plenty cafe/restaurants/ super markets as well. Host Oksana is very friendly and helpful! Finally this was one of the best places I have stayed and I would definitely recommend it! Access to building door and apartment is done via cellphone application, which is controlled over wi-fi. One day wi-fi went offline and we were locked outside. Thus you should carry the physical key of the building door with you, just to be on the safe side. The room with the single bed, is the only one that has no A/C. ( I believe due to structural reasons, since all other rooms have A/C) Balcony would be small for more than three people. (No issue for us :) ) Elevator is quite small and old, as has been described in other comments. (No issue after 2-3 times of use :) )
• Bethany (9/5): Great apartment, security deposit returned fast - The property is clean, location is great, amazing host and quick refund. At first i didn't like the fact that we had to do safety deposit since I've never done it with booking.com I was hesitant because I might not receive it and to be honest, it's an added work. But I received the security deposit some days after so I'm happy with it. Note also that we had a difficulty with opening the apartment but maybe it was with the instruction that we got confused with.

• Sorina (9/5): Fully recommend - The location is excellent, very close to the metro/bus and supermarket, in a nice residential area. The apartment was clean and spacious, exactly like in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The balcony had a great view of the buildings in the area and a very cozy 'at home' vibe. The only thing that wasn't so great: in one of the bedrooms the 'double bed' is made of two smaller beds with separate mattresses and while sleeping there would eventually be a gap in the middle. Other than that, everything was comfortable and in great condition.

• Juliana (9/5): Excelent location, great apartment - Location is excellent, very close to a metro station, markets and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was smooth and the communication was always very easy. The beds were amazing, probably one of the best beds I have ever slept on 😊 Both showers are a bit difficult to use - the shower in the smaller bathroom is very small, and the one on the big bathroom can only be used if wash ourselves holding the shower. Nothing that made our stay bad, but it was a bit uncomfortable specially for a 5-night stay.
