• Shawn (1/5): The response was fast, but the location is so loud, tons your stay. It was like trying to sleep on the main quarter at M - Nothing!!! The worst location in Rome . The place is located on the main bar street and the noice is unbearable. Unless, you like going to sleep at 3 am, and you are deaf, don’t book this The noice, the water wasn’t hot, the air conditioning didn’t work, there was mold in the shower, must I go on
• Tom (8/5): Schönes Appartement mitten im Geschehen, allerdings nichts für Licht/Lärmempfindliche - Ein schönes Appartement an bester Lage mitten in Trastevere. Allerdings nichts für lärmempfindliche Personen, da sich viele Restaurants und das Nachtleben genau vor den Fenstern befinden. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen ringsum, coole Bars usw. Fensterläden liessen relativ viel Licht durch. Gegenüber des Appartement ist eine Apotheke mit einer Leuchtschrift, welche das Zimmer sehr hell macht (Vorhänge wären ein Vorteil).

La responsabile non fisicamente presente ma sempre reperibile per dubbi o informazioni. Alcune prese erano rotte e lo scarico del bagno non funzionava ma la responsabile gentilissima ha provveduto a sistemare tutto in grande velocità

• Venta13 (1/5): Impossible de dormir - bruit incessant - fortement déconseillé - Localisation proche des centres d’intérêts touristiques et restaurants Appartement sous équipé et pas entretenu, les prises électriques se détachent, vaisselle de bric et de broc, robinets fuyants, on se lave avec un filet d’eau. Et surtout impossible de dormir avec un bruit incessant de 21h à 3h du matin : une foule abondante tous les soirs de la semaine qui boit, écoute de la musique très fort, s’interpelle à grands cris voire se disputent lorsqu’ils sont suffisamment alcoolisés. Du passage constant dans l’escalier de l’immeuble et des gens qui marchent dans l’appartement du dessus toute la nuit. Je déconseille fortement cet endroit pour quiconque souhaite trouver le repos - j’ai plus de 100 nuits sur booking.com dans tous types d’endroits y compris en bord d’autoroute. Cet endroit est de loin le plus bruyant dans lequel je n’ai jamais été. Visites de Rome avec 3 à 4heures de sommeil tout au plus. Vivement le retour chez nous, on ne reviendra jamais ici. Nous avons proposé d’annuler nos nuits restantes mais notre hôte n’a rien voulu savoir en nous indiquant qu’elle ne contrôle pas le niveau sonore de la rue. Vous êtes prévenus !

• Marika (5/5): Would not stay there again! - Decent space for the money but if you have problems sleeping with noise, I would not recommend this property. Right above the 'party area' in Trastevere. Didn't love the noise of the area, the outside space was a joke but my biggest problem was the ask AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID for a cash amount of $20 per person because of some Rome city tax (that I didn't know about when I booked)! Let me say this VERY CLEARLY...I'm tired of the bullshit extras the Italians seem to think it's fine to charge AFTER THE FACT. Any property wanting to do this SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE Booking.com. I don't carry cash with me when I am traveling and it's expensive to get cash out unless you go to very specific banks. Bottom line is I pay what I see the price is when I book.

• Esther (8/5): Bastante bien - El apartamento está bastante bien en general teniendo en cuenta los alojamientos que se encuentran en Roma. El edificio es bastante antiguo pero es lógico estando en la zona en la que está. Es amplio, para cuatro personas está muy bien de espacio. La entrega fue muy cómoda y la anfitriona contesta en todo momento por WhatsApp La puerta era complicada de abrir ya que es super antigua y con una llave rara. Los colchones son muy blandos y las almohadas muy finas. Está en una calle con bares y comercios, las ventanas aíslan muchísimo pero aún así si no te gusta dormir con nada de ruido te recomiendo que lleves unos tapones

• Brian (10/5): Charming property with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in bustling location - Charming 2 bedroom property. Having 2 bathrooms is a huge plus. Location is good with lots of restaurants around (though can be quite noisy, especially on weekends) Door locks are a bit tricky. Stairs are a bit steep and dark, though there are light switches at both top and bottom.
• Anneli (4/5): NOISY, old, worn - with low standard. - Very helpful staff that checked if we settled in ok. Close to all facilities in Trastevere - with a lot of restaurants etc nearby. Nice bath towels. Extremely bad value for the money! Under equipped kitchen, lacking basic items like a cuttingboard. No dishwasher. That means lower hygiene in the long run between guests. Mould in the bathroom. Old curtain over the tub with mould on it. Extremely dusty and dirty roof beams. Layers of dust that has not been cleaned for years. Takes little effort to vacuum it regularly... Loose tiles on the walls beside the tub. Big bacteria growth place. One of the toilet seat has cracks (bacteria collector), and it doesn't fit the toilet it is mounted on. And the toilet base is cracked. Steep stairs up to the apartment. Difficult with crutches... Only one set of keys, that leaves you with unsecured key storage outside the apartment. No good place in the apartment to relax and hang out. Only a short sofa suitable for two people. View from the balcony ruined by old sigarets and stuff. Coffee machine not working because it has not been cleaned. Needs decalsification. No coffee machine cleaning stuff available. Then to the worst part. It's EXTREMELY noisy by night. A lot of noise from the street outside due to restaurants, bars and nightclub just outside the window. Shouting, singing, talking, screaming and garbage collection until 4:40 in the morning!! Crazy loud! Friday night was a nightmare! The cleaning must be below average. We didn't use shoes indoors. But I had white socks day two. They were black on the soles after walking inside the apartment... Silverfish in the bathroom. The price is stupid high compared to what you get! Old, worn and low standard. Stay away!
• Jonid (8/5): Very very helpful hosts! - Amazing location. Thursday to Friday is bin night and can be noisy during the very early morning hours. Soundproof windows pretty effective.
• Jayde (8/5): We loved the location, and enjoyed our stay and would return again. - We enjoyed the apartment's central location, surrounded by shops and very good restaurants that come to life in the evenings. Though the noise added to the local experience, it could be disruptive for light sleepers. It was not an issue for us. A taxi stop around the corner was convenient, but not all taxis accepted card payments, some insisted cash only. We found the hop-on-hop-off bus service to be a good option for visiting tourist attractions, with the nearest stop about a 15-minute walk (in the heat) from the apartment. We noted there are several bus stops near there too, but we did not use public transport so cannot comment. The host Guilia was excellent. Guilia was fast to response and the checkin instructions were clear. As for the apartment and its facilities: the main bedroom is spacious, the second bedroom is a good size, and the kitchen is well-equipped for meal preparation. However, seating was limited to four dining chairs, and there was only one 3-seater sofa, could be a challenge for groups of five. The air conditioners in each bedroom worked well, providing relief from the hot weather, and the comfortable beds and ample supply of soap and shampoo were appreciated. While the apartment was clean, we did encounter some issues, which did not bother us, but I would like to comment in case it is important to other travellers: the toilets had flushing problems, especially the smaller bathroom and we stopped using it. The bathrooms showed signs of age with mold at the base of the shower door, and the shower water temperature fluctuated. Also the narrow staircase leading up to the apartment presented challenges when you have large suitcases. Additionally, noise from the apartment above was noticeable. We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Minor points that did not bother us but would help to improve the apartment. -the toilets not flushing properly. -lack of sitting space in the living room.
• Kewalramani (1/5): Terrible host and dirty apartment ruined my family’s first trip to Rome - Good location, however on a very noisy street. You’ll hear the crowds outside partying till 3am The apartment was very dirty when we arrived. Couch was damp and broadly dirty, toilet sinks were barely scrubbed, and soap / shower residue remained on the floor and walls of the showers. The bedding didn’t feel much cleaner, especially the duvet. The worst part about this stay was, however, the host. After we complained about the above with photos, she sent another cleaner the next day (who admitted that the cleaning staff the day prior didnt do a good job, if there even was one) and agreed to a 100 Euro refund that would be processed after the weekend we stayed. This is all recorded in WhatsApp messages. However, the refund never happened, the host changed her tone about it, expressing uncertainty about the refund, and proceeded to completely ignore my messages for weeks after. We still haven’t received the refund, and I’m trying to pursue some action via Booking.com
• Cherry (9/5): Superb - The location was good, the beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped Netflix was nice to have on the TV in English. The air con was efficient and very effective. There was some mould in the shower cubicle and one toilet didn't flush very well. Otherwise the bathrooms were clean.

Easy to get to the main sites. Trastavere is an area with lots of character. The seating area in the apartment was very small. The area described as a balcony was too small to be used as a balcony.

For example, look out the window and order yourself a drink from the cafe in an authentic street of the city :) it really is. History and modern design got married in this house🙂 I examined the door of the house for 15 minutes, even touching it was a good chance. The house was very clean, the air conditioners were on and waiting for us, it's very good to have 2 bathrooms. Always hot water. I strongly recommend this house, you will be satisfied, you will love it

• Javier (7/5): Good place to stay in a busy and fun area. - All in general, the apartment is OK. we had some difficulties with Wi-Fi but they fixed. The cleaning was in good condition, no problem. The location is great, not too far from anything, you can go walking everywhere, and the zone is really good for dinner and go out. Perfect is you like party. TV didn't work, issues with the antenna I suppose. The location is great, but this zone is plenty of restaurants and nightlife, so during weekends or bank holidays is really noisy.
• Ania (7/5): Good - The location was great. Centrally located in the heart of Trastevere. The apartment was fine. There is a good amount of space and 2 toilets. Our host was welcoming and accommodating, letting us drop off our bags early before check in. The apartment could use some upgrades with regards to maintenance and items in the house like furniture, lighting and dishes. It was certainly clean and didn’t feel gross like some of my other experiences in booking rentals in Italy.

We enjoyed staying there. - Although apartment 6 is on 2 levels and is quite small, it’s clean and has most of the facilities you need. The aircon was good (very hot outside in July), the noise from the street at night is minimal and it’s right in the centre of things. Instructions to get into the apartment were clear. More space would be nice.
