• nina (7/5): - Very big apartment, location was great. Communication was good. Dusty, needs some serious cleaning. Spider webs in the window of the living room. Shower was not good, water switch from very cold to very hot, not a pleasant shower.

• Diego Maria (8/5): Ubicación perfecta, confortable y animación nocturna. - Ubicación excelente para visitar paseando el Panteón y la Fontana. Muy buena conexión con el resto de Roma en bus y tranvía. Buenas instalaciones. Todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Comunicación fluida y clara para entrar y salir del apartamento. El agua de la ducha muy floja. Para los que tenemos el pelo corto no es problema,para l@s que tienen melena es complicado enjuagarse.No imposible ,pero sí difícil. Y debido a que está en una zona céntrica,el ruido por la noche puede resultar muy molesto. Hay un kebab abajo cuyos inquilinos tienen inquietudes artísticas nocturnas...cuando no estaban cantando a voz en grito,estaban declamando obras de teatro turco con las risas desatadas del público presente.Que no es que tenga nada en contra de los turcos ,ni de su arte ,pero TODAS las noches de 2 a 5 ya cansa un poquito. Por supuesto,las autoridades ni aparecen .Al menos esos días que estuvimos. Lo mejor,hartarse a andar por el día y caer rendido. Pero esto no es culpa de los dueños del apartamento,claro.

Très pratique pour une famille, avec des chambres agréables, la clim, et les équipements nécessaires pour passer quelques jours ou plus à Rome (lave linge, lave vaisselle entre autres)
• tjm (10/5): - De locatie is echt perfect. Alles is op loopafstand. Colloseum, Palatijnse heuvels en Forum 20 min. Pantheon 10 min. Vaticaan 30 min. Travastere (hip / local) 10 min. Ook kan je elke ochtend naar een marktje lopen (Campo de Fiori), 10 min. Hierdoor hebben we geen enkele keer met het openbaar vervoer hoeven reizen. Het appartement is zeer schoon en geen enkel vreemd luchtje. Bijzonder, omdat je er volgens mij mag roken. De ruimtes hebben allen een airco en dubbel bed, prefect. Het wifi is ook perfect, onze kinderen hebben geen een keer gemopperd :) Het contact met de eigenaresse is goed. Dit gaat via de booking chat, of whatsapp. Alles is goed geregeld, dus je kan direct het appartement in na de afgesproken incheck tijd. Er is een sleutel voor het appartement, maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. We hebben de link gebruikt, zodat het hele gezin er in en uit kon, zonder de sleutel steeds te moeten delen. Het apartment is gemaakt om de warmte buiten te houden, dus als je van het licht en zon wilt genieten, kan je het beste buiten het huis genieten. Maar dit mag je geen nadeel noemen, want er zijn veel meer voordelen. Als je voor de activiteiten in Rome komt, ben je hier aan het juiste adres :)
• Michael (9/5): Great location and within walking distance to many places of interest. - The apartment was in a great location close to all the historic points we wanted to see within the city. It was clean and spacious, accommodating our party of 4. The kitchen had a little area where you could drink your coffee and look out over the neighborhood. We enjoyed our time in Rome. We were there during a heat wave. Unfortunately only one of the four air conditioning units was working appropriately. We had great communication with Giulia, who came over to check it out and had it serviced. Unfortunately it needed further servicing so she supplied a fan and did what she could to keep us comfortable. We appreciated her help and wonderful communication and comping a percentage of our funds due to the air conditioning issue.
• SERGI (10/5): Muy recomendable por ubicación, precio y comodidad - La ubicación. Está muy céntrico, ideal para ir andando a todos los puntos de interés. También nos gustó la comodidad, tres habitaciones con camas de matrimonio (habíamos leído que eran dos pequeñas y una doble) y el aire acondicionado que en estos días nos ha ayudado a llevar mejor la calor.

• Del (10/5): I would definitely stay here again. - Great location, very clean spacious and excellent communication If you have a lot of luggage heavy bags. There is no lift. So be mindful if you elderly or struggle with this. If you don’t mind like the exercise it’s great. We didn’t mind.

• Jo-anne (8/5): The location is amazing.if the shower was good it would have been 10 out of 10 - The location. Everything is within walking distance. Pantheon 5 minutes. Piazza Navona 5 minutes. The colesseum 20 minutes. The only down side to this property was the shower. It was only a dribble and it was either boiling hot or cold.

• Lachlan (9/5): Fantastic value, comfortable apartment in an excellent location! - Great location, great air-conditioning during very warm summer stay, great space and excellent dining and public transport options right on the doorstep. Power tripped off twice in the apartment which turns off the smart door lock on the main building door. This meant on the first occasion that we couldn't enter the apartment building, as we hadn't been notified that we needed to take a physical key to account for situations like this. The host hadn't mentioned the key at all prior to this happening and had to hurriedly contact one of her friends to come and let us in.

• Lewis (9/5): Fantastic property at nice price in central Rome - Air con (although not enough controls), smart TV, central location, complementary food/cleaning items provided, very clean, comfortable, easy to access. Loved it. Gloomy lounge without much natural light (probably can't do much about that), light switches for the bedrooms were outside the rooms and there were no table lamps in the rooms), the recycling instructions were not clear. Some of it is quite dated but that just gives it charm. It was all in good order. All very minor things!
• Julie (9/5): Superb - The location is fantastic, everything is with walking distance. 3 large rooms with doubles so was perfect for us to have some space. Kitchen well equipped and some complimentary snack items were left which was.a nice touch. The door requires a code taken from n internet link so if you won't have data on arrival ensure that you get the wifi password before you arrive so you can log in to the WiFi from outside the door and open the link. We got stuck outside as well as some others checking in downstairs.
• Sarah (9/5): Great location and clean apartment! - I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and and stay here again! It’s in a fantastic position, everything in Rome is within reasonable walking distance. The 3 double bedrooms are spacious and a lovely large shower, I’d say the photo’s don’t quite do it justice. We found it hard to find somewhere with 3 double bedroom which was reasonably priced, this exceeded our expectations. The self check-in was straightforward, just follow the instructions on the emails carefully, got to admit I panicked, but it does work absolutely fine. Thank you for the breakfast provisions left for us, really helpful and appreciated! Was spotlessly clean! Thank you!!
• Janet (8/5): had a brilliant trip to rome enjoyed every minute of it - excellent location right in the heart of the city the apartment was excellent although the stairs up to it were not but we were aware of them before travel so not such a big problem as we are all physically able
• Πολυξενη (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely great location, 15 minutes walking max from almost every place of interest in Rome. Close enough to Trastevere so that you can return at night anytime without worrying for the buses.
• Geraldine (9/5): Recommend. - Great location - all sights, shopping, eating within easy reach. Excellent base. Public transport is very accessible. Apartment and its bedrooms were a suitable size, with plenty of storage. Welcome snacks hit the spot. Though not needed at this time, air conditioning was available and worked. Remote/electronic/keyless entry was problematic at the start - especially if WiFi was an issue. Not were the instructions for using the system 100% clear/accurate. Didn't see any instructions for the cooker or washing machine (which, once the plug had been located, didn't seem to work). Front bedrooms are susceptible to a lot of street noise.

They left some snacks, water, wine etc. for our arrival. Great restaurant downstairs. It is a lot of stairs, which was fine for us, but worth noting for anyone who might have difficulty

• Franco (7/5): Overall a good stay for 2 nights. - The apartment was in a great location and walking distance to most popular attractions. The building was quiet and there was no outside noise. Just a note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was not a problem for us but may be for someone else. The size was good for my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms with double beds in each and air conditioning units. The check in went smooth and communication with owner was excellent. Washing machine was a must for us and it worked very well. We asked for a ride to the airport and the owner was quick to organize a pick up from a driver who was on time and professional.
