• Antonella (10/5): Da ritornarci con piacere ❣️ - Struttura eccellente e consigliatissima! L'appartamento è moderno, pulito, spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort. Il vero valore aggiunto è la posizione: centralissima, a un soffio dalla Fontana di Trevi, ideale per girare Roma a piedi senza stress. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e l'accoglienza ottima. Mi sono trovato benissimo, cinque stelle meritate!
• Cansu (1/5): SCAM!!! - SCAM!!!! This hotel is completely fraudulent. The place does not even exist. The hotel is not listed on Google Maps, and at building number 76 there is actually a different hotel. The hotel’s positive reviews on Booking.com are fake. In other reviews, you can see other victims who prove that the hotel is a scam. We tried for 5 hours to contact the hotel in order to locate the building and complete our check-in, but we only received automatic messages. The only message we received said: “Re: Abbiamo ricevuto questo messaggio da Cansu Kalkan Messaggio automatico alle ore 00 la prenotazione verrà cancellata” Booking.com sent us this hotel as a supposedly reliable alternative after the first hotel also turned out to be a scam, and we paid €619 in cash for this booking. However, this hotel also turned out to be fraudulent. Now Booking.com also appears to be cooperating with the hotel owner in order to avoid refunding our money, as they are making false statements such as “we contacted the hotel and they refused to waive the late check-in fee.” We have already filed a complaint with the Italian police. We will also take legal action against Booking.com for both our financial and emotional damages.

We asked the staff about it and they said they’d fix it but no one ever came or followed up. It also claim 24 hour front desk which is not true either which we needed as we had a guest arriving late at night and also wanted to store our luggage the following morning

• Pankaj (2/5): Disgusting Customer Service, Poor quality of apartment, Worthless - Location is the only positive point of this property. I would like to share our first impression of the apartment in 30 mins of checking in. The bed and linens are nice, even the bathroom is good. But we are disappointment for many things not available in the kitchen and bathroom, In kitchen - Only 1 spoon, 2 butter knives and 1 fork. Basics missing in the kitchen - Knife, spoons-fork-butter knives for 4 people, no tea/coffee cups.. Chopping board not there. No frying pan and spatula. No sauce pan. No kitchen cloth. In bathroom - No hand towel. No bath mat. Toilet seat is broken. Bathroom door can’t be locked from inside. We asked help from the person who helped in checking in, but he denied for any help as it’s out of his area. We are family of 4 - and these basic things are much needed when we rent an apartment. We take apartment because of kitchen use and kitchenette so we can make our food. And so we don’t book hotels.

• Ivette (5/5): As I mentioned the facility looked modern & location was great but with everything, my schedule was screwed up so we - Property at first glance is nice & modern & the location is in the middle of all activities. First, you can not get in touch with someone had to go through Booking.com.& they have the street address of the office but no one was there on the reservation. second, they were not ready for us, the main air conditioner in the living room that was my room wasn't working as well the shower head was broken plus it only had one door so the floor got wet.
