• Perez Quirama (10/5): We had a great time. Rome is a wonderful city. - It has a very good location, for tourist sites and also for taking public transport, bus or metro.
• Luciani (9/5): Il proprietario gentilissimo e l' appartamento davvero comodo e ampio. - L' accoglienza è stata cortese e tutto era in ordine, segnalo i due phon a disposizione che non abbiamo usato in quanto non sicuri. Essendo in una posizione sopraelevata rispetto alle mete turistiche, consigliamo la fermata della metro Cipro a 10 minuti, contrariamente a Ottaviano venti minuti più giù. Sarebbe interessante fornire una piantina di linee metro e bus, in quanto anche il bus può essere comodo per ospiti con limitata capacità motoria. I letti meravigliosi! Ci vorrebbero un paio di cuscini sui divani, essendo divani letto, hanno lo schienale scomodo.

• Joerg (9/5): - Perfekte Lage! Direkt an der Mauer des Vatikan; zum Eingang der Museen sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Eine Buslinie hält direkt vor der Tür. Wir waren aber alles zu Fuß unterwegs. Bis zum Kolosseum. Ideal ist es per Fahrrad durch die Stadt zu kommen. Es gibt genug öffentliche Parkplätze vor der Tür; mit der Easypark App ist es kein Problem ein Tagesticket für das Auto zu buchen. Und im Vergleich zu Tiefgargagen sehr günstig. € 8,- für den Tag.

• Jenny (9/5): A great family stay. Really friendly host. Felt like a taste of living in Rome. - Wonderfully set up for all five of us to eat. Right near Vatican. Clean. Secure building. Was 10 minutes to the train with lots of stairs if you took the short cut.
• Jose Manuel (9/5): Alojamiento tranquilo y familiar junto al Vaticano. - Nos encantó la tranquilidad del barrio, poder cenar al fresco en la terraza, y el recibimiento de nuestro anfitrión. Nos obsequio con una botella de vino y unas uvas y nos explicó todas nuestras dudas. Cuando volvamos a Roma repetiremos seguro.
• regineide (9/5): Ótimo custo benefício. - A localização é muito boa. Dá para ir a pé ao Vaticano. O apartamento é espaçoso e pela varanda enorme, podemos contemplar o por do sol. Havia utensílios para fazer refeições. Anfitrião atencioso e nos respondia rapidamente. O único ponto é que a persiana da suíte não fechava totalmente, o que permitia a entrada da luz noturna e dos raios de sol, clareando muito o quarto. Conseguimos reduzir um pouco prendendo o cobertor na porta de vidro.

• Jimyung (8/5): - Clean and spacious room. Good location for Vatican city visit. Prompt communication and response/solution from owner. Owner should come to pick up the keys (gate door/condo building/house) during check out. When we checked in, the gate door lock was out of order but it was fixed on the second day of our stay. I believe owner noticed the gate door was fixed since he visited the house during our stay to fix electricity. After 5 night stays, we left the keys inside a house and closed the house door per owner’s request for check out. Once we left condo building and arrived at the gate door, we realized we don’t have a key to open the gate door (the gate door can only be opened by a key). We ended up climbing over the drive gateway to get out. (I pretty sure owner will come in 20~30min if I send a message but we have to leave ASAP to airport) Condenser unit of master bedroom attached on the second bedroom’s wall generates noise. The noise level depends on person but its level is something I can’t ignore for rest/sleep when my head was toward to the condenser location on mattress of the second bedroom.
• Guadalupe (10/5): - Un lugar hermoso, cómodo, amplio, tranquilo y fresco para un verano de tanto calor. Mucho verde en la entrada, balcón en la cocina y terraza con vistas para disfrutar a pleno. La ducha del baño en suite no tiene cabina y se inunda todo. Por suerte está el otro baño, con una ducha grande que compensa.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a fully functional kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process seamless. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. Overall the value for the price was very good. All good

• Heather (9/5): A great place to stay when in Rome that I would definitely recommend! - The apartment was in a great location behind the Vatican in a lovely residential area. It was great to be able to walk to all the attractions in Rome. The terrace was a great asset and I wish we had more time to spend on it. The kitchen had everything you needed and functional. It was lovely having a teapot and a coffee maker. We arrived to a a homemade chocolate cake and delicious bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. Adriano communicated well with us and when we found out the WiFi didn’t work he did what he could to establish the cause. Unfortunately there was a problem with the line that week and we were kindly offered 50euros compensation. The whole place is of a minimalist style with tasteful furniture and fittings. The A.C worked really well. The beds are very comfortable and blackout blinds great. To be honest I feel like I’m being picky but there could probably be more soft furnishings like a few cushions/ pillows or throws or a rug to make the place a bit more homely and comfortable The sheets and towels are a bit worn but it didn’t worry us.

• Panag10t1s (9/5): Superb - Very polite owner he let us check in early and check out late. The apartment was spacious with a very big balcony and a nice view . It was also very close to 2 bus stations.
• Anastasiia (9/5): Superb - Very cozy apartment. The host welcomed us very friendly and also when a problem arose everything was solved immediately. Quite a lot of space. For two couples - just right. The location for us was excellent (but it is worth considering that it is not the center, if suddenly it is important for you). Overall, a great place to spend a vacation in Rome! A little tired furniture (but it is not critical). Shower cubicles are not quite comfortable (specifically the one with a curtain).

• Joanne (9/5): Superb - It was a very large apartment with everything you need. We were 2 couples and it was nice to have our own private space but the living and dining room is enormous. It is located right next to the Vatican walls. A long walk to get to the old city and quite a steep walk up the hill.
• Jakub (10/5): Exceptional - Huge terrace with a beautiful view, great host who does everything he can to accommodate requests, very comfortable beds, large rooms, quiet neighborhood not far from good and inexpensive cafes and restaurants. Great stay of a family with two children, thank you! Everything was perfect.
