• Cristina (9/5): We had a wonderful stay, would happily come back. - Fantastic location, very close to everything we wanted to visit in Rome. The apartment was comfortable and spacious overall. There are two bedrooms, one of them smaller, but the large living room made the space feel very cozy and welcoming. We felt very good during our stay. Lorenzo welcomed us warmly, gave us all the necessary details, and even recommended some great restaurants. We definitely recommend this apartment with confidence! The only inconvenience was the stairs. We traveled with my elderly parents, and there were quite a few stairs to climb since the apartment is located on the second floor. However, overall we still had a very pleasant experience.
• Antoine (10/5): Excellent plan pour un séjour à Rome - Appartement spacieux, lumineux, et placé dans l’hyper-centre. Permet de faire quasiment tous les lieux touristiques à pieds. Parfaitement adapté pour une famille. Le chauffe eau de la salle de bain chauffe l’eau par à coups. Et le 1er soir il se dégageait une odeur de brûlé qui nous a inquiété.

• Tanis (8/5): Would definitely stay here again! - Superb location with a small supermarket and quaint (not touristy) restaurants nearby. The main bedroom is on a busy road so it’s a little noisy.

Evin tüm odalarında klima var ve ısıtma/soğutma istenildiği gibi yapılabiliyor. Evdeki televizyonda özellikle çocuklar için kanallar ve platformlar mevcut, bununla birlikte yetişkinler için filmler de mevcut. Eve ilk girdiğinizde rahatsız edici bir koku mevcut. Zamanla bu kokuya alışıyorsunuz ancak yine de koku problemi çözülmeli. Bir de salon koltukları çok eskiydi, kol koyulan kolluklar içine çökmüş.

• Tammy (8/5): We had a great time in Rome and the apartment was super spacious and well equip. Would recommend! - Location is excellent - walkable to all local tourist sites. The walk to the Vatican city is approx 1 hour so we used a local taxi and the cost was around 13 euros. There is a strong smell of onions that hovered in the apartment on Sunday via the bathroom and back bedroom windows even tho they were closed. I would recommend the host gets some air freshener or plug in air freshners for the rooms as the smell was overpowering and at times unbearable - My two teenagers moaned and had to spray the room often with perfume to mask it!
• Keith (8/5): Brilliant location and friendly service. - The location was excellent, very central. The rooms were big and airy. The kitchen was well equipped. The entrance hall felt authentic. The furniture was tired and the floor in the bathroom has seen better days.

• Vanessa (6/5): Great location, but many inconveniences during the stay! - Great location! The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the center of Rome on foot. The apartment matches the photos: high ceilings, a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom with a tub, and two bedrooms. If you arrive by taxi, I strongly recommend asking to be dropped off at Via del Pie di Marmo 27, as the surrounding streets are very narrow. We had to guide the taxi driver using the map on our phone, and even then, the taxi couldn’t pass. This caused a line of residents honking their horns and shouting in Roman dialect—a funny yet stressful experience! Unfortunately, our arrival was not smooth. Despite scheduling an appointment with the host and confirming the time 20 minutes in advance, we ended up waiting 30 minutes outside in the dark, as the area is poorly lit (it was 5:15 PM). The apartment matches the photos! However, our stay was ruined by a strong smell that occurred every evening. The odor of grilled meat, onion frying, and other strong cooking smells made the air unbearable. We tried opening the windows, but since it was winter and very cold despite the sun, we could only leave them open for 10 minutes. Once we closed them, the smell quickly came back, making the atmosphere very unpleasant. The beds were another issue. The duvets were for single beds, not doubles. We only realized this in the evening and had to arrange them horizontally, leaving our feet exposed (and it was the kids sleeping!). There were two spare duvets, but they didn’t have covers, so they weren’t usable. The next morning, we prepared breakfast only to find that all the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. We had to wash them by hand using the provided sink kit. Sadly, the dishwasher didn’t work: it ran for 5 minutes before stopping completely. We tried changing programs but to no avail. We informed the host, but nothing was resolved. We didn’t even attempt to use the washing machine. Other negative details: one of the two hairdryers didn’t work, the TV remote control was missing (we couldn’t find it), and we discovered a table flipped upside down behind the sofa. For the price we paid, we expected much better.
• Lushaj (9/5): Great location - The location was near everything. The apartment had a lot of space and a kitchen full of everything we need. I really appreciated the fact that there was a coffee machine and capsules. The air conditioner worked very well. the entrance to the building, but when you were inside the apartment, everything changed.

• Eevi (8/5): In the heart of Rome, a night's sleep in an air-conditioned apartment. - A spacious apartment right in the center of Rome. This was really good for staying four people! The bathroom floors were not waterproof, so the bathroom did not look healthy.

• Ellen (7/5): It was an excellent location as long as you don’t have a problem with noise from neighbors. - Excellent location in the heart of Rome. Former convent with interesting history. It was a two bedroom apartment, and the bedroom that was facing the street was very noisy because of all of the people who stayed up late on the weekend. The back bedroom was very quiet. we weren’t sure if we were at the right place because the name on the outside of the building is different, so our cab driver talked on the phone with the host to confirm that we were at the right place.
