• Małgorzata (10/5): Świetne mieszkanie w super lokalizacji - Świetna lokalizacja. Mieszkanie bardzo duże, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzeba. Każdy pokój z pięknymi meblami. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona.milym powitaniem była butelka wina Łazienki mogłyby przejść remont. Było czysto ale sprzęty juz są stare. W jednym prysznicu brakowało ścianki

• Rod (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent and the ability to accommodate all of our group (9 people) was great for us. The staff went out of their way to help us celebrate the birthday of one of our group. The lounge area was a little bit cramped for all 9 of us but we knew that would be the case.

• Grech (8/5): Comfortable stay. - The size of the space is really good, well equipped. Many bedrooms and comfy beds. Very clear instructions on how ti access the property. The bathrooms are a bit tired, and need a good refresh. Everything works in there, but for example the shower seal is falling off, the toilet flushing in both bathrooms is a bit wonky. However we were still able to use the bathrooms with no problems.

• Maria (8/5): A great location to visit Vatican, Trevi, Spanish Steps, Colosseum… you can either take metro or taxis- be prepared only - Its proximity to the Spanish Steps and metro to make other areas accessible is what makes the location great. Nice bar at the corner serves great food, friendly staff the street has free shops pharmacy supermarketaround the corner. Plenty of room for my family of 10 that rented the whole unit.

• Kyoko (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed staying at Big Family Flats (Group of 8 with teen and tween kids). The rooms were bigger than they looked in the pictures and very clean. Compared to other places I've stayed, the host provided plenty of everyday items. A café and small market are right next door, and we could take away food from nearby restaurants (Chinese and Italian). The day we arrived was very hot in Rome, but the house seemed cool even without turning on the AC. Despite being in a very convenient area, it was very quiet. We would stay here again if we come back to Rome. Wifi was bit slow. But maybe it's a good thing so that kids were not looking at screen all the time.

• Marie (10/5): very good stay, close to every nice monument in Roma - very clean and safe place - good contact with host, very kind and arrange for us a transfer from the airport - instructions were super clear and beds very confortable - we had a very nice stay when we book the whole site, we miss a bit a place where to sit all together - except the rooms, there is no real nice place

Host was helpful and sent us detailed check in instructions. We had a lovely kitchen and great coffee , which they left for us. I will definitely go back All was great.

• Bojan (8/5): Good value for money - Very good location, next to Villa Borghesi and close proximity to Spanish stairs and other amenities. We were group of 11 and fit comfortable. Apartment is in need for major refurbishment. From flooring to toilets. You can feel damp in all rooms.

• Natali (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a great location in a very nice part of Rome. It is spacious, clean, has comfortable beds and is very suitable for a larger group of tourists. There were 9 of us and we had great comfort. There was great coffee to start each morning with. We recommend replacing the sleeping pillows, which should be higher and more comfortable.
• Stratos (7/5): A mediocre experience - The house is in a perfect location really close to the spanish steps and many options for breakfast around. It was really nice that we were provided with espresso capsules and as a result we could enjoy a morning espresso in our place. We were a group of ten people and the rooms were really big. Unfortunately the owner was not that responsive. Perhaps one of the least hospitable hosts we have ever encountered. They just sent automated responses with a delay of two three days usually. Additionally, they suddenly informed us that we had to pay an extra 100 euros for the city tax, and only after contacting Booking we understood that there was a change in the local law. It was a really bad behavior. Also, it was stated that slippers were available and ultimately they weren't and that was a problem as we have not taken all of us slippers with us.
• Penelope (9/5): Great place for groups - Great location. We were a group of 6 so was nice to have plenty of space. Nice restaurants nearby. Short walk to Trevi fountain. Nice and quiet.
• Anonymous (10/5): Very pleasant stay! - The property is spacious and clean. The owners were very kind providing snacks, coffee, cold water(in the fridge) and also caring and considerate. They had a video instruction of entering the building and apartment! The property is in the center of Rome with walking distance to Spanish steps and close to lots of attractions and shopping areas!
• Lynnette (8/5): Great location. Great size. Clean with comfy beds! - Items were left for our use in the kitchen, which was unexpected and nice, however we didn't use them as we went down to Bar Ludovisi each morning and watched the world go by! We hadn't realised that we should have requested an extra bed for my daughter but they sorted it all out quickly and without fuss. You can contact the owners if you have problems and they'll come back to you fairly quickly, which is helpful. No problems, good location, comfortable beds and a great, clean flat. Everything was fine, no problems or complaints. As I said, you can contact the owners if you do have concerns and they'll help you.
• Melissa (7/5): Overall, our stay was fine, except for washing machine & towels. Very spacious for family! - Food supplied was fine. Location very good. The washing machine was filled with mildew and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. It gave the clothes a bad odor. Also there was no place to hang clothes to dry. Towels were almost threadbare.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Easy to deal with owners. Well stocked with shower gels, shampoo, tea, coffee, uht milk. Very comfy beds. Big bedrooms. Highly recommend this apartment. Two bathrooms. The sitting room was quite small but perfectly adequate for our group of 8.

• Velina (8/5): Location, clean apartment - The apartment was very clean and at a great location There is no pressure of hot water in one of the bathrooms. So it was very annoying for 9 people to use only one bathroom. Also when we complained about it to the host they said that we complain more than 24 h. After. Arrival and they can send somebody after a day and we were there for 4 nights so..... We use only one bathroom all the time. I did not know that there is a time frame when i should complain about something absolutely needed!!!!! It is unacceptable to not have hot water in one of the two bathrooms. Then the host also asks me to take pictures and videos as he does not believe this issue and then starts to speak about every word i wrote and act like he is confused! In conclusion there was only 1 usable bathroom and no support!
