Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo miły i sprawny. Komunikacja publiczna, sklepy, restauracje a nawet cześć atrakcji turystycznych w niedalekiej odległości. ZDECYDOWANIE POLECAM!!!

• Aniko (9/5): - The place is very nice, well-equipped, and the little garden is enjoyable. The host was kind, helpful, and explained everything very well. There is a big grocery store nearby, and the metro A stop is about 6-7 minutes away. The area is beautiful. The apartment is on the groundfloor, and the inside gate of the house closes very loudly, if people going in and out do not pay attention to close the door instead of letting it slam. A sign on both sides of that door asking people to do so could solve this matter.
• Natalie (9/5): Very comfortable, clean and felt very secure. - The property was very spacious and very comfortable for a family with 3 teenage children. It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the nearest train and bus station and from there was very easy to navigate to different parts of Rome. The host was very friendly and responsive, I would happily stay here again. It was all good

• Peter (10/5): A huge and nice apartment in a quiet area for a reasonable price - Very friendly staff. The apartment is huge and has all the facilities you may need. There are 3 bedrooms. There is a balcony too. The neighbourhood is very quiet which is very hard to find in Rome. It's only 8 minutes of walk from the bus and metro station. There is a restaurant just 1 min of walk from the apartment . Kitchen utensils and plates were not clean. They were greasy. It is likely that the previous guest washed them poorly or even put them away without washing them. It's certainly not the owner's fault they cannot check it every time.
• Dr (9/5): Superb - Charming place and very well maintained. It felt almost like being at home. The host was friendly and very helpful. He showed us around the flat and gave us all necessary information.
• Elaine (8/5): Spacious, well located secure apartment. - Spacious and well equipped if not a little dated. Its location suited us as we could walk to the Colosseum in about 20 minutes and from there to other sites. It was three stops on the metro from the railway station, about a 45 minute walk. It was a very secure apartment. Kitchen had everything you would need. Host met us and showed us how everything worked which we appreciated. Although there were fans in all the bedrooms they couldn't compete with air conditioning. But it was in the high 30s when we were there so I suspect the fans are more than adequate in lower temperatures.

• Ivan (10/5): Cozy, spacious aparment - The apartment is located in a nice residential area. It's spacious and can accommodate 6 people. As the kitchen is separate, it allows you to do some fun cooking activities as well.

The host is incredibly kind, flexible and friendly. At the first moment he greeted me like an old friend. He easily overcame the language barriers, we communicated perfectly! Perfect value for money, I recommend it to everyone! I can't say anything bad!

There is a nice garden/patio and our kids loved it. There is a carrefour nearby in case you need any other essentials. Everything very convenient otherwise. The host has been super helpful. Would love to stay here again. This is not a feedback for the apartment per se - We did not find many eating options nearby, there were only a few as this seems to be more like a residential area.

San Giovanni metro is just 5mins walk away and all sites can be reached within 20mins journey from your front door! There was nothing to not like about this apartment!
• Ruixin (10/5): spacious and comfortable stay in rome! - extremely spacious, clean proper utilities, heat is working fine. Also has a nice garden. conveniently located on the first floor. Host was very friendly and understandable despite the language barrier. slightly far from the center of rome and the metro, not too much of a concern though.
