• michelle (10/5): Excellent apartment in great location. - Excellent location, lovely internal layout. Responsive owners. The neighbourhood is perfect for staying in and so central. Beautiful views from the balcony. Nothing to dislike but the hot water is tricky!

• Joshua (8/5): Lovely apartment in an amazing area with great accessibility. We’ll definitely want to stay again. - The property was clean, well equipped, perfectly located and we greatly appreciated the accessibility of the elevator. It’s only a short walk to the colosseum and there are so many amazing places for food and drinks. The cafe literally next door was amazing in the mornings as well. The host was super responsive and helpful. I’d have to really nitpick to find a problem because we were really happy with our stay but the only thing I would say is the beds weren’t as comfortable as we’d have liked and the shower’s temperature was quite temperamental. However I don’t think that is the owners fault and I don’t think there is anything for them to fix. It’s just the way the plumbing of the building is.

• Smith (9/5): Excellent stay inside Rome accessible to trains, restaurants and all the sights of the city. - The location was excellent (especially to the metro) and communication with the host was quick and superb! It was spacious and our family could spread out throughout the apartment. The terraces were great and could get fresh air throughout the apartment. It was high enough where the traffic noise was not an issue. Just missing a few kitchen stables to whip up a quick meal. It would have been nice to have a bottle of olive oil and and coffee pod machine. Also, the description mentioned 1 Queen Bed (yes), 1 twin bed (no), 1 queen bed (yes) - we made it work, but it would be great to have a more accurate description, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed.

• julie (8/5): - The location was very good - close to the metro and walking distance to some sights/shopping centres. The apartment had a welcoming and homely feel and the hosts provided access information well in advance to make entry easy for us.

• Emilie (8/5): - L emplacement est super, à 2 min de la station de Metro V. Emmanuel et à 15 min à pied du Colisee, supermarché à 5 min. Logement spacieux propre et lit confortable ( pas le canapé lit par contre), tout équipé, inutile d acheter pour menage et condiment Proprio tres dispo et joignable Je recommande. Nous voyagions avec 3 enfants ( 13 11 et 3 ) La douche , pbme de pression et d eau chaude aleatoire
• Pim (9/5): Een thuis in Rome - Goed gelegen en smaakvol ingericht appartement, perfect voor een gezin. De douche kan beter, voor de rest was alles naar wens!
• Hanne (10/5): - Great for families! Well equpped kitchen and a comfy couch for when kids are too tired to go out for dinner. Park with a little playground nearby. Washing machine will save you quite a bit of luggage...

• Ross (10/5): Very central location, large apartment with good facilities, and super helpful hosts - The location was really central, and allowed us to walk or take short metro rides to all the major sites we wanted to visit. The whole apartment is very spacious for European standards, and had great facilities (e.g. dishwasher, washing machine and aircon!). The hosts were amazing. We had a late flight on the last day, and upon request, they allowed us to check out late so we could shower before going to the airport after spending another day of getting sweaty in the Rome summer heat - very considerate of them. Very happy with our stay Nothing - the place truly beat our expectations
• Adam (10/5): Beautiful spacious apartment - Beautiful apartment in great location, walkable from the train station. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. Lovely balcony overlooking a nice street. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids - ages 17, 15, 12) had plenty of space. The apartment has an elevator and AC, which we were grateful for. :) Close to shopping and good restaurants. Walkable to the Colosseum (about 15 mins). The keys were easy to retrieve. We couldn't get the tricky key to work in the front gate, but were helped out by a gentleman who told us the code to get in when he saw us struggling. We really enjoyed our stay in Rome in this wonderful apartment!

• Anthony (9/5): We had a very comfortable stay. - The apartment was well eqipped with all necessary appliances. The apartment was spacious. The owner provided lots of everyday necessities such as coffee, tea, cooking supplies etc. The room was quiet and the lift worked well. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low and adjustment for cold and hot was tricky. The room was a little cold at times. Access instructions were out of date. Instructions on how to use the appliances were non existent.
• Kelly (8/5): I would recommend for the price - Charming no frills apartment at a decent price. The neighborhood we felt safe in, very far away from everything without taking the metro though. There was mold in the shower. Water pressure was not good.
• Edward (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great. Just outside the touristy area but close enough to walk to all the main attractions of Rome. The apartment was very spacious and a great getaway for the family. The host was super accommodating and responsive. Nit picking here... a better shower head and more comfy pillows. The accommodations were amazing.

• Ivar (7/5): Good place but needs airco - I liked the appartement because it was a big room, the beds were good. An airconditioning would be beneficial because it was way too hot in the room.
• Sasha (10/5): Remarkable Roman experience in a dream apartment at a great location - To call this apartment remarkable would be an understatement. It is truly one of a kind. The hosts, Roberta & Claus - are the most gracious, engaging and accommodating people - absolute joy to deal with. Location in a fairly quiet street near the park, famous (Roscioli bakery next street), supermarket (Conad) and public transport is an absolute jackpot. Easy walk to a whole variety of transport options to the center, which is less than 20 minutes away.
• Samantha (8/5): Perfect location, big apartment with everything you need! - The location!!!! Perfect short walk to the colosseum. Spacious rooms and living area, lift which is a MUST when you have heavy suitcases. Nice collection of books and great washing and cooking facilities! Children’s playground at the end of the block, close to metro and lots of Ubers close by, we were really happy with our stay in Rome! The bathroom / toilet was not the best and the front door key is tricky however this didn’t impact our stay we had a great time!

• Caroline (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location for a family visit to Rome. - Fantastic location 15 mins walk from the train station and Colosseum. Local shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Spacious apartment with a good range of facilities. Communal outside gate lock a bit difficult to open but they are looking to change this to a code pad. Sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable.

It was two minutes from the metro and one station from the main station so very well located for visiting sites and with good shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. When we had our passports stolen on the metro our host could not have been more helpful and kind. Really nothing

• Carmela (6/5): IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT STAY. - THE APARTMENT WAS VERY AIRY AND LIGHT. WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT STAY A FEW THINGS THAT WE DID NOT FIND IN THE APARTMENT. 1. NO DISH CLOTHES 2. WATER PRESSURE TO LOW 3. I DID SEE IN THE BOOKING THAT THERE WAS NO T.V., I THINK THAT A TV WILL BE GREAT ESPECIALLY IF A FAMILY COMES WITH SMALL CHILDREN. 4. YOU SHOULD CONSIDER A DOOR FOR THE 1ST BEDROOM THAT GOES INTO THE LOUNGE.
• Aditya (9/5): Superb - Location - The house was located really close to the nearest metro station , the Termini station was just one stop away. The best was, the house is just 20 mins walk to colosseum. We really liked the apartment as it was quite clean, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was clean. The apartment has a lift access, which made it easy for my parents. If not, we would've had to climb 5 floors. The host, Mr Claus, was very receptive and was prompt in responding to all our queries. He contacted us well before our check-in time with a video message on how to get access to the keys for the apartment. We had a slight hiccup with the internet as there was no connection, but we got informed about it beforehand, and our host tried his best to resolve the issue. In due time, it got resolved. Our host was also considerate on compensation for the extra cost of mobile data charges we would have incurred. All in all, my family was happy and I am glad I found this place The door to enter the apartment complex is a bit tricky to open with the key( the host sent us a video on how to work with it) with some tries it worked out Apart from that, everything else was perfect

• Sharon (10/5): First hoilday board - The apartment is in a great location was clean and had fresh towels, and sheets and all you expect in a home this was are first family hoilday together aboard and it made it easy for us to see the beautiful sights of rome in walking distances with plenty of cafe shops and restaurants on the way the weather was good which in the apartment we thought it was going to be too hot without air conditioning but with the fans in the rooms we were keep cool.wifi had good singal and made it easy to keep in touch with our loved ones back in UK. Good communication from the owners and helpful tips written down .

Good location to walk to some of the main sites and a great restaurant just round the corner. Claus was also a great host and very quick to help out when needed. Would stay again It was pretty hot in Rome when we were there so air-conditioning would have been a nice addition.
• Jenny (8/5): Very good - The balconies were great, the kitchen was clean and well-stocked. The place was spacious and in a convenient, central location of the city. Close to the Colosseum and to transit. A divider or curtain would have been nice for the bed in the main room because there wasn't any privacy. The neighbours were loud, could hear them through the walls. The ceiling fan was almost falling off.

• Anonymous (10/5): I would highly recommend this place to stay, great host and excellent location, would definitely come back again - Well equipped and clean apartment with a homely feel, easy check in and check out, perfect for our family of 4. Our host Claus was great, meeting us for check in and giving plenty of recommendations for local restaurants, bars, deli’s etc and also arranging a taxi when leaving to the airport. The location is superb, 2 minutes from the Metro, plenty of good restaurants, cafes and wine bars close by and easy walking distance to most of the main attractions in Rome. Can’t think of anything negative to say about the property.

• Jane (8/5): Super apartment, would thoroughly recommend and return. - Excellent large apartment in a great location to explore Rome, everything you'd need for an enjoyable stay. Situated in a nice street with Restaurant, bakeries, cafe. Supermarket close by and also Metro stop. A lovely balcony to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine on.
• Linawati (9/5): we will back again if I have a chance to back to Rome - The size of room and the window, awesome kitchen even we don't use maximal :) the location near restaurant, supermarket and walk around. I like the bubble tea across the Apartment. a bit problem with leaking Biden but all is ok

• Berglind (9/5): Great home and hosts, really made us feel welcome - Great location and the atmosphere in the apartment was nice. it had everything we needed and more with coffee, seasoning and stuff that you need but can’t buy in small enough portions for a short stay. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful with tips about what to see and where to eat to enjoy these days. the only thing we could recommend for better experience is to add a fan for the bedroom as it was rather hot.
