• Jason (10/5): Great host and great location! - Michele was an excellent host, answering all my questions during the booking process, and meeting us in person when we arrived.
• Hayley (10/5): Great short term stay for a group if you only need somewhere to sleep and shower - The location was great. The apartment is spacious. It’s perfect if you do not plan to spend time there for long and do not plan to cook. 6 of us stayed here- myself and fiance, sister and fiance, father and uncle, and it was perfect for our needs. Please note, the elevator is small and only accommodates 2 so you will likely need to climb all 5 floors. You also need to walk from floor 4 to 5 because the elevator does not go to 5. Someone in our party had mobility issues so it was a little tough to navigate, but we only stayed 2 nights so it was a good deal otherwise. Additionally, taxis cannot pull up right in front of the apartment so not ideal if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues. The apartment only provides 2 keys for the door also, so for big groups you will need to coordinate the key. The master shower was perfect, however the shared shower had low water pressure. 10 AM check out was firm, with cleaners arriving at 9 AM. Overall was a great stay though for our very short term needs. Could use more keys, and the shared bathroom shower needs to be adjusted

• Iuliana Cosmina (10/5): - Locația este foarte aproape de Fontana di Trevi ceea ce face sa ai acces pe jos la mare parte din obiective, paturile și pernele foarte comfortabile, canapeaua extensibila și în regula pentru dormit. Bucătăria nu am folosit-o prea mult, dar avea în ea strictul necesar. Pentru noi (grup de 7 persoane) a fost cea mai potrivita alegere.
• Martina (6/5): Posizione strategica - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 8 persone. La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto (due matrimoniali e una con due letti singoli), oltre a un divano letto in soggiorno, e di 2 bagni. Gli spazi sono buoni e, anche essendo in otto, non ci siamo mai sentiti stretti. La posizione è davvero eccezionale: in meno di un minuto a piedi si arriva letteralmente davanti alla Fontana di Trevi. Proprio per questo motivo il prezzo ci è sembrato nel complesso adeguato, considerando la zona. Anche il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante il soggiorno. Ci sentiamo però di segnalare che l’appartamento avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura e manutenzione. In particolare abbiamo notato muffa sul soffitto in bagno, molta polvere in diversi punti della casa, alcune macchie sui materassi, asciugamani con un odore di vecchio (alcuni anche rotti) e parte dell’arredamento appare piuttosto datato. In una delle camere, inoltre, non era possibile tenere le finestre aperte perché entrava un forte odore proveniente dai ristoranti sottostanti. Va anche detto che la via è piena di locali, quindi è in parte comprensibile vista la posizione centrale. È un peccato, perché l’appartamento ha sicuramente molto potenziale grazie alla posizione davvero ottima e basterebbero probabilmente alcuni interventi per valorizzarlo di più. Nel complesso è stata comunque un’esperienza positiva per la posizione e la disponibilità del proprietario, anche se personalmente non sono sicuro che tornerei. Pulizia - stato dell’appartamento

• Gea (9/5): Posizione eccellente e buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Ottima posizione, host gentile. Casa molto grande perfetta per viaggi di gruppo. Finestre veramente molto vecchie con spifferi. Non c’era una macchinetta per il caffè ma solo la moka.

El pis es antic i està poc reformat i dona sensacio de poc cuidat. Una nit hi va haver tormenta i entrava aigua per la finestra de la cuina (es de fusta i no tanca) i la finestra del menjador es va obrir i tambe hi havia aigua pel terra. Els llits individuals molt estrets per adolescents i adultos.
• Miranda (10/5): Clean, comfortable, spacious and great location. We would definitely stay here again! - The location is central and convenient. Just steps from the Trevi fountain, there is plenty of food (including a grocery), shopping, and gelato close by. There was ample room for our family of 5, and the 2 bathrooms made life much easier. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washing machine made our trip so much easier. Because it is in a high traffic area, it is busy and noisy into the night. It is much quieter on the 5th floor, and we slept well with white noise.

• Stranges (10/5): Excellent location and apartment! - Love the location! But more importantly, love getting a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that’s clean and well maintained in such a good location! The check in process was super easy and quick. The tv and WiFi worked great. Can’t speak to the AC, but heat and hot water were excellent. The only people who might not like this apartment are anyone with mobility issues. But we were fine and expected stairs, small elevator, etc.

• Pablo (8/5): Excelente ubicación - Ubicación y comodidad. El departamento está bien equipado Limpieza , tuve que buscar un zapato bajo la cama y estaba muy sucio. Cuando llegamos a la hora del check in el aseo no estaba hecho por lo que tuvimos que salir a pasear para que pudieran limpiar el dpto antes de instalarnos.

Personale gentile e sempre disponibile al telefono, con risposte immediate.(esempio urgenza di sapere come accendere il riscaldamento). Molto silenzioso. Lenzuola pulite e bianche, ma copripiumini con macchie e usati come copriletto. Cucina piccola, va bene x colazione e riscaldare. Non c'è macchinetta del caffè, ma solo moka.

• Junior (4/5): Uma grande decepção. - Infelizmente não gostei de nada, até a localização que pensei que seria boa, por estar próximo a Fontana di Trevi, foi ruim, muito movimento, barulhos e cheiro de frituras, por estar próximo aos restaurantes. Este Apto foi uma grande decepção, até hoje foi a pior hospedagem que fiquei, com vários problemas, o pior é um cheiro de mofo grande, pra quem é alérgico, não tem como se hospedar neste Apto.

• Robyn (8/5): Fantastic location and comfortable room. - Fantastic location, just a short stroll down the road to Trevi Fountain Lovely restaurants in the street. We wanted to stay an extra night but lack of Communication very poor. Told they would get back to me. Tried rebooking on Booking.com but could only get 2 nights and that’s why we asked directly for 1 more night only. We have ended up moving to another place unfortunately.

• Lorch (9/5): I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be in the center of the action in Rome. - Location was convenient if you want walkable to sights in Rome. It’s right in the heart of the city, 1/2 block from the Trevi Fountain. The host was extremely helpful with booking transportation and other questions we had as we navigated the area with no knowledge of the language or culture. They were responsive to all of our questions before and during our stay. Very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Well equipped with working A/C. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and spacious. The area was very congested. Lots of people right outside the door at almost all times. The elevator was very small and only went to the 5th floor, so we had to take multiple trips from the bottom to the top with luggage and then carry it up the final set of stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, even with an amputee in our group.
• Kelly (10/5): Spacious house with good air conditioning in the middle of the centre - Beautiful spacious house in the middle of the centre, walking distance to many tourist locations. Every room is spacious and has air conditioning. The host is very responsive and late check-in was possible.

The rest of the rooms worked perfectly. Elevator was tiny - had to make several trips to get the luggage down!
• Adar (8/5): Very good - Well obviously the location is the main advantage of this apartment! Smack in the center of town, right next to the Fontana di Trevi. However once you reach the 5th floor it is completely quiet and the street noise doesn't bother at all. There's an elevator to the 4th floor and another 20 steps to the apartment. The place is spacious with plenty of room. Great air conditioning, all the amenities in the kitchen and all in all, highly recommended. The shower heads in both bathrooms didn't work, just the hand held. The cleaners left the bare minimum of towels, one bath towel and one hand towel for each guest, even though we asked for some extras
• Zoe (10/5): A great spot for exploring Rome - The location is very convenient for exploring Rome. The beds are comfy, the air conditioning works brilliantly. It’s high enough up to be above the street to actually be really peaceful. It was a lovely sanctuary to return to. The host Michele is just brilliant and very helpful. I can’t fault the property.

The windows opening out on the roofs of Trevi and the church bells….well, that was like something out of a movie set. Just wonderful. We loved it. The apartment would be improved by a larger sofa or two more armchairs in the living room. Seating for two isn’t sufficient for a family of five! But Michele was a great host, and everything else was perfect.
• Emily (10/5): Great flat near Trevi - Cute little flat right in the thick of it all - 10 seconds from Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes from the Pantheon and Spanish steps. We really enjoyed the beds and the AC and the washing machine, water was hot and the place let us check in early and provided us with a hair drier. Nice spot. Couldn't use one of the AC units

• Felicity (8/5): Fantastic location - Awesome location. Only a few metres walk from the Trevi Fountain but not particularly noisy with windows closed. Close to metro, restaurants and tourist attractions. Helpful owner showing facilities in apartment and booking airport transfer. Perhaps could do with more soft furnishings. Water pressure soft but suspect this is more to do with the old building that houses the apartments.
• Joanna (8/5): Great location and roomy apartment, but potentialy in need of a refresh of the windows - Great central location in Rome right by the Trevi Fountain but is a busy as a result. Plenty of room including large lounge/dining space Pleasant host who allowed us to drop luggage early which was a bonus. Being on the 5th floor it is away from most of the street noise, thought you can hear the flat below sometimes it they have the TV on and are being loud. The windows are a challenge (tilt and turn style) as stiff / not totally working right and the one in the ensuite bathroom is badly effected by mould.

Everything you need in terms of bars, restaurants etc at your fingertips. Have already recommended this apartment to numerous friend. Don't hesitate. decor in need of updating.

Very spacious apartment and the beds were very comfortable and all three bedrooms a great size. Shops, cafes and restaurants all around. Could have done with an extra comfy chair or sofa in the lounge if more than 4 people staying there but plenty of alternative seating still on offer

• Mary (7/5): It was OK. It is located in an incredibly crowded area. - Has 3 rooms, spacious, but the living room has very little seating — This place didn’t feel relaxing. A cozy area rug in the living room would have added a touch of warmth. Dripping water from the AC, washer was difficult to use, no drying rack for clothes, extremely small kitchen, 5 paper towels only, hardly any sitting space in the living room

The host, Michele, was so helpful, great communication and accomodated all our needs and helped with scheduling shuttle taxi from airport. Thank you, Michele. You made our first night in Rome so easy.
• Liza (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. The size of the flat is also great for big groups. We were a family of 4 so there was more than enough space for us. The host, Michele, was accommodating and very professional. If there could be more sofas, it would be perfect for a bigger group. For a family of 4, one couch was not enough. As Rome was rainy during our visits, we spent time watching TV and another lounge area would have made it better.

• Joshi (8/5): Excellent location with an amazing host - The location of the apartment is phenomenal- just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain! Easy walking distances to the major attractions of Rome. Michelle was an incredible host. Extremely responsive at all times and willing to help with whatever questions we had. One member of our group needed to leave for the airport at 4.30am and he helped organise a car pickup at the standard airport taxi rates! His restaurant recommendations were spot on as well. Furnishings are a little basic. There is only one sofa so a little hard to have a group hang out. However, the location and the host more than compensate for any other shortcomings.

• Fábio (10/5): Memorable stay. - Accommodation is located in a very convenient place, just a few meters from Trevi Fountain with lots of restaurants, bars and stores. Clean apartment with large rooms and bedrooms, comfy beds, and wardrobes. Air conditioning and heating, an equipped kitchen with everything needed, and a large room with big windows, one sofa, and a dinning table. The apartment is complete, and it stays at the 5th floor, however the lift only reaches the 4th floor. Although this was not a problem for me and my wife, it is important to know in case other guests have any physical limitation or disability. The host for this accommodation have us all instructions needed since the moment we booked that. I definitelly recommend him and his appartment.

• Edmund (10/5): Exceptional - 1. Michele was very nice and met us upon arrival. 2. This property is 30 m from the Trevi fountain. We managed to see the Trevi fountain early in the morning to avoid the crowds. 3. This place has many, many restaurants and bakeries. Easy to find breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4. Very convenient to Baberini metro and other tourist attractions. Nothing at all.

Only 1 couch between 6 of us. Needs another couch or comfortable chairs. Used dining chairs in absence of couches and they were hard and without cushions. Only 6 large coffee cups between 6 of us. Constantly washing them up. Need more so they can go in dishwasher.

Location, location, location - Location Last floor didnt have an elevator so it was very difficult to bring my 86 yr old post stroke mom up the stairs. We already knew this booking the apartment though. Not a deal breaker but just keep this in mind.

As this is an a pet menu, it ended up being really spacious and perfect for 2 couples. Thoroughly recommend this place. Michele was super helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be back here when we’re next in Rome. There’s nothing we didn’t enjoy about this property.
