• Rikke (1/5): Hugely disappointing and very expensive for what we got - The cleanliness and location This property was represented as a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony with a view. It had neither - no balcony and bedroom ‘2’ was in fact a sofa bed in the living room. I’ve never heard of a living room with a sofa bed being described as a separate bedroom in any of the properties I’ve stayed in. When I made a complaint to the owner about misrepresentation they told me I had booked the wrong apartment despite me sending 2 screenshots of their property details.

This is a perfect stay for your first time in Rome, or for someone wanting to be close to main historic sites like the Colosseum. It was super central, but still felt quiet and secluded, it was the perfect mix of both!

They let us check out lat - There was enough room for a family of 6 and one block away from the colosseum so the location was perfect! I attached photos of the views from one of our windows. Nothing! We loved everything!

Tener dos baños fue comodísimo, y además las camas eran muy confortables. El aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla, algo súper importante en Roma. La ubicación es excelente: está al lado del Coliseo y muy cerca de todos los puntos principales. A pesar de estar en una calle con bastante movimiento, no se oía absolutamente nada, porque el piso está muy bien aislado. Pudimos descansar fenomenal. Por decir algo, lo único que eché en falta fue una sala común con sofá. La cocina tiene taburetes y permite charlar mientras cenas, pero después cada uno tiene que ir a su habitación porque no hay un espacio común como tal. Aun así, después de recorrer Roma todo el día, todos estábamos tan cansados que tampoco teníamos muchas ganas de estar interactuando, así que es un detalle que no le resta puntos al apartamento.

• Tamara (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf op een toplocatie in een fijn appartement. - Toplocatie naast het Colosseum! Vanuit het appartement hebben we overal heen gewandeld. Het appartement was netjes, van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitleg hebben we amper gekregen. Dus de pannen in verstopte kastjes achter de stoelen, vonden we de derde dag pas. Genoeg slaapmogelijkheden aanwezig. Koffers kun je op dag van aankomst en/of vertrek fijn achterlaten tegen betaling bij de koffiebar beneden. Een badkamer was wel heel klein, in de douche kon je amper bewegen. In een van de bedden zat een flinke kuil. En uitleg hebben we amper gekregen.

• Xavier (9/5): Una estancia maravillosa. - Lo mejor del apartamento es la terraza con vistas. Todo el apartamento estaba practicamente por estrenar, decorado con muy buen gusto. Elisa, quien nos atendió, fue muy atenta y todo fueron facilidades. Gracias por ofrecernos una estancia en Roma maravillosa. No hay nada reprochable. Quizas faltaria un estractor de humos para la cocina, pero no ensombrece la calidad total del apartamento.

• Sierra (9/5): - The location to the Colosseum was amazing. There were so many restaurants that were steps away. The staff were easy to contact via WhatsApp if anything was needed. They were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. They also gabe recs for food and the area which was helpful! Its not that I didnt like it, but fair warning the washroom size and shower sizes in Europe in general are super small. Luckily we had 2 washrooms so one had a shower stall that was big enough for us all to use.
• Kamil (10/5): - Pobyt w tym mieszkaniu był bardzo udany. Lokalizacja to ogromny atut – zaledwie kilka kroków od Koloseum, co pozwalało poczuć klimat miasta od samego rana. Sam domek był ładnie urządzony i zadbany. Na plus również ekspres z kapsułkami – codziennie po jednej dla każdej osoby, co przy 7-osobowej grupie było miłym dodatkiem. Do dyspozycji mieliśmy 2 łazienki (choć jedna z bardzo małym prysznicem), 3 pokoje, w tym jeden przechodni. W domu była pralka z detergentami oraz żelazko. Miłym akcentem byla możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania, co bardzo ułatwiło plan dnia. Z minusów – odkrycie niektórych szafek okazało się prawdziwą przygodą. Garnki znaleźliśmy dopiero ostatniego dnia, w szafkach pod stołem, a przy wejściu była „ukryta” szafka zamaskowana drewnianym elementem, który uznaliśmy za dekorację. Podsumowując – świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu, szczególnie dla większej grupy, z drobnymi niedogodnościami, które jednak nie zepsuły całego pobytu.

• Erridge (7/5): Great location, apartment does not have a living area if you use more than one bed. - The property is in a great location. Steps away from the colosseum and close to restaurants. The property is one bedroom, with the second bedroom being the converted living room. There is no living area, only a small dining table in the entrance foyer. The third bed was a sofa couch that was not able to be slept on. The owner switched this out for a foldaway single bed for us.

It would’ve been nice if we could have left our luggage somewhere so that we could have went and explored the morning before we left for the flight but everything about the actual apartment was great.!

• Ann (3/5): The beds were very small uncomfortable the other 2 bedrooms does not have proper showers - No breakfast offered.. walking distance to the Colosseo Had the 3 bedroom flat and the other 2 bedrooms were very small, very small toilet no proper showers and slippery flooring and the other room has no toilet it is separated as a common one, the water pressure is very low. Only master bedroom has proper toilet the 2 bedrooms were very small and tight not enough space for your belongings. They use a partition board to create partition wall for the other bedrooms The price doesn’t justify, poor lightings, and the elevator is outdated and doesn’t work sometimes so if you’re in a higher floor you are screwed taking the stairs is your only option hauling your luggage. No supermarket or nearby store for your necessities it’s a long walk and it’s limited.

• Nhu (9/5): A place has all the warmth Rome can offer - We got to the property early (2 hours) but the owner was very accommodating and let us in the property within 5 mins after we've arrived. The property is close to metro, colosseum, restaurants, churches. Night life around colosseum is great 👌the property is clean and the kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, pots and cooking essentials. I like the ambience of the room, the decors are nice and chic, would recommend people to stay We are a small group of friends travelled together, 3 couples. The property accommodates all 3 couples, but I would like a curtain separates the lounge room (which turns into the 3rd bedroom) and the second bedroom so we can have some privacy. This third bedroom does not have wardrobe storage other than 3 small cupboards (which stores extra blankets)

• Joseph (10/5): Beautiful oasis in a busy city - The host met me at the property with the keys and took the time to explain everything to me. She was very responsive when I thought of more questions after she left. The apartment itself was recently refurbished and in amazing condition. You could see the Colosseum from the patio. Rome is a busy city and this was a quiet, comfortable oasis in the middle of it. It's tough to come up with something to say I didn't like. I suppose you could say it was a little tough to wash the towels and get them to air dry but to be fair I probably could have just asked the host for replacement towels.
• Thomas (5/5): Not Penthouse apartment as advertised - The location of the apartments were excellent. We paid +7000€ for three night stay to have a roof terrace as seen on the photos but our apartments were loacted on the first floor with a 2 sq mtr balcony.

• Valentina (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing 2BDR flat, in the heart of Rome and located on quiet street meantime🔝 The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was clean, modern, and spacious. We're 2 adults and 2 teenagers - there was enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. There is an elevator in the building, several cafeterias on the street and the most important - the Coloseo is just around the corner. We really loved the fact that could enjoy the stunning views of the Coloseo day and night. You could have a dinner nearby - there are a lot of great places 5-10 mins walk from the flat. The host was very kind and cooperative, everything needed was discussed and confirmed in a timely manner. Highly recommend 👌 Will be happy to stay at the same place once come back to Rome 💗

• Randi (10/5): Great location for a short vacation - Perfect location, right around the corner from the Coliseum. Only one set of keys and one key had to be in the slot for the lights to remain on. This made it difficult when one person left to get coffee or a sandwich. Keys were needed to enter the building as well so a second set of keys would have made it easier.

We decided not to unpack as not enough space for our needs. Too few hangers. The kettle didn’t work. Little in terms of storage/shelving in bathrooms. It’s very compact but for a family of two adults snd 2 grown up kids was a little bit of a juggling act. Average beds and bedding.

She was very helpful and gave us some recommendations for good restaurants and supermarket near the area. Responsive with our queries and made us feel welcome. The location is brilliant, accessible and walkable to see main attractions if you're fit. The place is nice and clean. Plenty of good restaurants around the area. Basic necessities were provided. The second toilet was really small and it was very difficult to shower. A welcome book, or instructions regarding bins and how the appliances work would be very helpful for guests. The plates, bowls and wine glasses were too high for guests to reach. Walking late at night did not feel very safe, when walking from the road behind the property.

Easy check-in arranged smoothly through WhatsApp. The listing photos and descriptions are a little confusing. We ended up in a different unit than what I thought I was booking based on the photos.

• James (9/5): Superb - Even though we were routed by the GPS to go to the wrong street, our host walked there and met us for the key handover. The apartment is steps from the coliseum and clean. Everything was great but our car was broken into at the parking lot downstairs from the apartment. Of course, this is not the fault of the host but if you're driving to Rome you might want to park in a secure lot instead of the street parking.

• Xavier (6/5): Roma is great, the localisation was great - The support of Eliza was super. She was there on Sunday to gives us access to the apartment. She was also available for any questions during our stay. It was really a great support On the last day, we had to leave at 10 AM, like in any other hotel but as our flight back was at 10 PM, it was impossible to let our small luggage inside a safe place. Regarding the price of renting, this should be foreseen as a future improvements. We had to reserve a looker room, that we payed for. In a hotel, this is always possible.

• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Location, rooms, bathrooms. We stayed in the three bedroom two bathroom which was nice. There is a kitchen area which is supplied with the basics so we made some meals while we were there. Just so people are aware - one of the bedrooms isn't really closed off - you have to walk through it to get to the last bedroom. This was not an issue for us as one couple and their teenage son stayed in those rooms and another couple took the other room. One of the bathrooms is very tiny.

The location is fantastic for those interested in the ancient Rome attractions. There are also several cafés located within steps, making it again very convenient. The apartment itself was as described, very spacious, and again overall wonderful. When we needed to get the owners attention due to an issue with one of the keys, she responded immediately and corrected the situation. Communication was wonderful throughout the booking process and we would absolutely stay here again…..should we ever be so fortunate. Nothing
• Shukufa (8/5): We stayed in the apartment N8. I recommend to fix abovementioned problems as this apartment definitely deserves a highe - Location. Very quiet street. In a few minutes from Colosseum. Elevator availability. Very responsive staff. Lumpy couch, clogged drain, dirty coffee machine. Very dirty washing machine.

• Desislava (10/5): Friends holiday - Great location. It is 1 min from the Colosseum. Eliza was very polite. It was very clean and has everything you need for your stay. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around. In 5 min there is a 24 hour supermarket. Everything is super close. We were 6 persons. There was plenty of room for everyone. There is nothing we didn't like.
