• Liliana (10/5): La dueña es la mejor anfitriona , que uno puede tener - Daniela , es una anfitrionas como pocas, si quieres ir a Roma , esta es la mejor opción , ya que ella está pendiente de ti ; te ayuda de cómo llegar a los lugares de turismo , tuvimos un inconveniente con el alquiler del auto , ya que no solo íbamos a Roma; ella nos llevó hasta el aeropuerto para que podamos solucionar nuestro problema, y se quedó con nosotros más de una hora , aparte de la amabilidad de Daniela , el apartamento ese impecable , tiene café , infusiones , te pone jabón champú, papel higiénico , toallas de sobra; el metro está a 100 mts del apartamento , gracias infinitas Daniela seguro volveré y te recomendaré a todos mis conocidos 😊 Nada

• Luisella (10/5): APPARTAMENTO ACCOGLIENTE - Noi siamo stati lì in occasione di un evento presso Roma Fiera, tutto molto semplice spostandoci in auto, grazie alle indicazioni della proprietaria gli spostamenti sono stati semplicissimi sia per la Fiera che per il centro. Appartamento tutto bene, spazi adeguati, disponibilità eccellente, parcheggio in strada, noi non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovar posto.

• Julie (10/5): Easy access to Rome’s biggest attractions from a quiet, cozy, home base. - It has a secure entry and secure window coverings. There was a washing machine available to use which was very handy. Also, it is close to several restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy and the metro. The host , Daniella, is very helpful and responsive to questions. If you are unsure of how to get there just send a message for advice. The Metro to Acilia closes at 9 PM. Other options are available but the Metro is very convenient.

• Sandra (9/5): Welcoming property perfectly located between beach, city centre and airport - The facilities were very complete. The small touches such as provisions of coffee/tea, shower gels and washing detergent tabs were really welcome. Well stocked kitchen, and extremely clean and tidy The location is in a small town with a bakery / fruit shops / chemist nearby. A good metro link (Acilia) into Rome city centre (45mins @€1.30) and 30mins from the beach Nothing. However avoid going into Rome Termini to get to the apartment. We were saved from disaster by the host 🥰
• Csepi (10/5): Ideal place for a small family to be almost at home during a trip. - Daniella is the best hostess we ever had. She is responsive, kind, supportive in any possible way. The flat was spotlessly clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. I could figure out something but it wouldn't be true... Our stay was perfect, we would return for sure. The only thing I can think of is to pervent the place to be booked the next time we plan to book our stay.

• Chinara (10/5): Beautiful spacious apartment - Beautiful apartment, very stylishly decorated. We loved the cute sheep in the decor as well as the beautiful paintings. It has everything you need for daily living — kitchenware, laundry supplies, and more. The hair dryer had a diffuser, I have curly hair, and I was absolutely delighted. The host was lovely, met us in person and explained everything. I believe it’s suitable for a family with two children — there is a double bed and a bunk bed. There are many cafés and supermarkets nearby. Quiet area, no noise.
• Patricia (10/5): This property was very reasonable priced, conveniently located near the Metro line and the owner was excellent. - The apartment was very homey. The owner made sure that we understood everything and answered any questions we had. She made sure that we know the options for getting around and even supplied us with a map of the Metro with stops highlighted for connections. Although her English was limited she used a voice translation app to ensure we had the answers we needed. It is located close to the Metro and we were able to get around easily. The location was convenient to amenities including restaurants, cafes and convenience stores. There was nothing we did not like about this property. We would stay there again and highly recommend it to friends.

She is very cooperative and responsive. I would also like to mention that she offer me to store my suitcase for free as i am traveling to other cities and will collect from her before i leave Rome.

• Tatsiana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really cosy and contains everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Our hostess Daniela is an amazing person! Not only did she offer to meet us at the airport and to take us to the airport on the day of our departure, but also she was very helpful with the information concerning travelling in Rome. It's quite easy to get to the most popular tourist attractions from the apartment using the train and the metro. We loved everything except for the boiling hot weather and crowds of people, but it's not about the apartment.)))

• Wojszyca (9/5): Comfortable apartment, well connected to the center of Rome and the seaside. - A very comfortable apartment in the suburban area, where you can feel and live more like a local than tourist. It is just 5 minutes walk from the train station, with direct trains both to the center of Rome and to the seaside Ostia. The aprtment has everything that you could ask for for a short or longer stay. The host is very kind and helpful. We had a great time.

We loved everything there: comfort beds, washing machine, bathroom, kitchen with all the supplies. The location is perfect - 5 mins walk, 20 mins by train and you are at the city center. Additional thanks to the owner for being so helpful and organising a quick and easy transfer from/to the airport. The best value for money. Definitely recommend

There is a washing machine, dishwasher, stove and small oven as well as a kettle and toaster. It really was our home away from home. At night the heating comes on so it was warm enough in the room. It’s a stone throw away from the Acilia train station and the neighbourhood was lovely, we didn’t feel unsafe at all. Daniela even baked me a birthday cake 🤩. Such a wonderful woman and we are so happy to have met her. Will definitely recommend it to anyone as it truly is the best value for money.

• Arwo (10/5): Exceptional - A very comfortable appartment, clean and cosy located in a relatively quiet place. The owner is very kind and helpful. Travelling is not difficult if you know what to do. But Don't worry, the owner will explain everything to you😁 The location may see too far from the centre of Rome but It's not true. I would say the location is an advantage as It's halfway between Rome and the sea.

• Gaurya (9/5): Nice cosy apartment - Nice cozy apartment with everything that one could need for a short stay. Hosts are very friendly and helped us with various tips for traveling around. Although it is a bit far from Rome city center, the location feels safe and the connectivity with public transport is really good. The hosts guided us with much better options, which are currently missing in GMaps. There are quite a few restaurants and supermarkets around as well.

• Igor (9/5): Superb - Very good communication with owner, very clean and comfy apartment. Good location if you plan to visit Rome by train. The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors talking, vacuuming etc. Not a big deal for us as we were tired from touring Rome. Bunk bed squeaks a lot.
• Krystal (10/5): A lovely place on the outskirts of Rome and we would definitely stay here again in the future! - We messaged the owner as soon as we arrived and only had to wait a few minutes for her to show up and let us in. When traveling by public transportation, it's hard to know when you'll get there exactly. If we didn't have cell phone service, this would have been a big issue. She gave us very clear instructions on how to get to the train stop as the Roma-Lido line is not in Google Maps at all. There are lots of stores, restaurants, and cafe's in the area. We walked down the road to a large supermarket but the funniest one was the grocery store hidden away inside a clothing store! The gelato around the corner was the best and the ladies there were very friendly even if we struggled with how to order in Italian. We were even able to take the train out to the ocean as it's included in the same zone so that was a fun day trip. We accidentally left a wallet behind by mistake and she notified us right away but we were already on the plane so she sent it express to our friends in Germany since we were still traveling around Europe and didn't have a set address. She definitely went above and beyond to help us out and it was greatly appreciated. We like having the keys in a box located outside the entrance so we can get in quickly at any hour instead of needing to meet someone. This is our first time staying in a Booking.com vs Airbnb so we had expected to have enough toilet paper and supplies to last for the four days but we had to go out and buy more. Unfortunately, toilet paper is not sold by the roll so that means you have to buy more than you need.

• Yan_lena (8/5): Very good - The apartament was really nice, very clean, stylish, plenty of space. Good internet, i bring my ethernet cable with me, so it was very convenient to connect to the router. 10 minutes from metro station, 40 minutes to the center by metro. Unfortunately the apartament doesn't have a good sound isolation, probably the whole building is not isolated. It is possible to hear the activity of the whole building whether pleasant or not so.

She was so flexible, both in accomodating our late arrival on our first day but also allowing us to check out late on our last day. The apartment wa also very spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The location was also great - next to the lido station which takes about 25 mins to get into central Rome. Grazie mille Daniela!! :) Everything was fantastic - nothing bad to say!

• Hira (7/5): Good apartment but not at a prime location. - Close to train station. Daniella was very helpful. I got pick pocketed on Rome metro, she helped me a lot and went to the police station with me to file a report. The apartment was clean, had all the necessities and shops close by. The apartment was very clean and tidy but small. The area was a bit rough and unclean. Generally the area felt unsafe and wasn’t clean. It was not fancy or fun to be out and about.
