• Jean Luc (9/5): - L'appartement est agreable et commode. La douche est agreable Le fauteuil pas assez large au niveau de l assise. Matelas un peu fatigué
• Scott (7/5): Not as good as the pictures made it appear. - There was sufficient room for 2 people and we liked the washing machine. There were two good heaters which made it comfortable. It was in a rough neighborhood and the building was very old. The pictures of the property made it look better than it actually was.
• Aimee (9/5): Superb - It had everything you need, a washer for clothes really came in handy. If you are from the US and are used to dryers for your clothes, most places only have a drying rack. The bedroom was comfortable and a wonderful closet! Our family was very comfortable, nice shower, good location, close to public transportation. I felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. That I had to leave and go back home!
• Ilona (8/5): Good option for a longer stay - Nice apartment in a convenient location for a week long stay, away from crowds, accessible by buses and about 15-20min to trastevere, grocery stores in very close proximity. Good bed, nice design, Netflix and YouTube on the tv, Bluetooth speaker - huge plus. Check in was welcoming and we got good tips for our stay from Matteo, thanks! The apartment was clean overall, but with some exceptions. Water pressure was a bit weak. Check-in system is not super convenient: a lot of messages prior the checkin, then you need to provide photos of your documents (front, back, and your selfie with the document) to some external service, then you’re getting the link to enter the building and the apartment, but you still need to arrange your check-in time and be welcomed by a person. I’d prefer either of options.

• Jelena (10/5): Pleasant stay in Rome - Good location (shops, restaurants, enotekas etc. nearby and the historical centre reachable on foot - if you like walking 😁). Everything was clean, it was warm enough, the apartment is really well equipped even for a longer stay (things like washing machine, iron, hairdryer, kitchen utensils etc.). The bed in the bedroom is super comfy! Communication was easy and making arrangements smooth. Matteo gave us some very nice recommendations on where to eat to what to see around the city - much appreciated!
• Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing appartment, in fact even better then on pictures! Stylish and comfortable. There is everything you may need for a long stay, like fully equipped kitchen with a lot of extras: coffee machine, juicer, tea, coffee, olive oil, etc (no dishwasher, but that was OK for us). There are washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner if you need. Wi-Fi fast enough to watch films online and have video calls, hot water is always there (gas boiler) and it is warm inside, which is important for winter season (plus there are also extra blankets). So definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again! P.s. Matteo thanks again for the warm welcome Note: There is no elevator in the building, appartment is on the third floor. For us it was not a problem, plus Matteo helped us with the luggage. But still keep it in mind
