• Beny206 (9/5): Bardzo dobry dla dużej rodziny. Blisko centrum. - Idealny apartament dla dużej grupy. Byliśmy 10 osobową rodziną z dwójką starszych osób. Apartament na drugim piętrze ale jest zabytkowa winda. Śniadania sami sobie robiliśmy, Na przeciwko jest mały market. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Przydatne są dwie łazienki chociaż jedna jest malutka. Mega plus za lokalizację. Bardzo blisko do metra. Do wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji mały spacerek. Codziennie wieczorem wychodziliśmy na wieczorne spacery. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Już na dwa dni przed wyjazdem kontaktowaliśmy się przez WhatsApp. Klucze otrzymaliśmy osobiście. Miła Pani oprowadziła nas po mieszkaniu. Było czysto ale nie do końca wysprzątane. Mała łazienka wymaga remontu. Woda z prysznica wydostawała się na zewnątrz łazienki.

Apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The host accommodated our needs with having a baby and provided a crib/stroller! The host was also waiting for us upon our arrival for easy access into the apartment which was great! Nothing - it was phenomenal!!

Es el típico apartamento italiano de techos altos y con vistas agradables. El dueño es súper amable y atento, está disponible para cualquier cosa y te informa de las mejores opciones. Hemos estado muy a gusto y hemos descansado muy bien.

• Stacie (10/5): Please see above. - As a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) we weren’t expecting the moon. But let me tell you. We were absolutely blown away by our stay. Firstly, Paolo went above and WAY beyond. Including arranging multiple taxis, making sure the place was perfect and answered all questions we had throughout our stay. I cannot say enough positive feedback for Paolo. He recommended many places including food and showed us where the grocery store was. As well as had a basket of snacks including bread for us. Place: the beds and pillows were super comfy, the place was spotless for us when we arrived. It was overall a beautiful clean place to stay. Also had an elevator which was handy for our luggage. Location: everything (big attractions) were 15ish mins away walking.the grocery store was right across the street and the food around the location was delicious. Overall I would stay here every-time we came to Rome and highly recommend. Nothing it was great.

Was great for our family of 8. Would definitely stay again. The only thing was shower had a leak but I did let the host know. But everything else was great.

• Mika (9/5): An ideal and guaranteed safe base in the center of Rome. - Excellent location, close to many cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other services. Short walk to most important attractions. For example, we saw and visited the Trevi Fountain half a dozen times in passing along our other walking routes. Plenty of space for four in two separate bedrooms. In the second also extra bunk bed. The kitchen had everything you need, for example, to prepare a proper breakfast. The apartment host was very helpful and all the advice and instructions were very valuable. It was cool outside and the floor of the apartment was of course cold. Bring your indoor slippers.

Destacar la atención de Paolo que nos ha facilitado todas las comodidades y una estancia maravillosa en Roma. Muy bien localizado cerca del coliseo y con tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. • Estibaliz (8/5): - La ubicación, la amplitud y la distribución del apartamento fueron ideales para lo que buscábamos. Un detalle que el dueño nos dejara lo básico para los desayunos. Gracias Paolo Aunque se nota que es un apartamento muy antiguo, estaba limpio y ordenado, pero creo que hace falta una limpieza más a fondo.

• FRANCISCO JAVIER (10/5): Muy recomendable. El anfitrión es muy atento y no te faltará de nada. Volveremos, ¡sin duda! - El anfitrión, el Sr. Paolo, fue muy atento y educado. Comunicación fluida. Localización del apartamento a pocos minutos del metro, y de monumentos muy importantes. 5’ de la tumba del Papa Francisco, en Santa María La Mayor. Paolo nos dejó preparado un arreglo de desayuno, con café, infusiones y bollería/galletas. La casa está muy bien equipada. Es antigua pero grande, con mucho encanto. Tres habitaciones espaciosas: dos con cama grande de matrimonio y otra con 5 camas, ideal para niños pero camas grandes y cómodas para adultos. El anfitrión nos facilitó todo días atrás, incluso la opción de un taxi desde el aeropuerto a buen precio. Las camas son SÚPER cómodas. Volveríamos allí, sin duda. Muchas gracias, Sr. Paolo. • Jose Antonio (1/5): - Alquilamos el apartamento 10 amigos y todo iba bien, hasta que la ultima noche nos encontramos chinches en el alojamiento. Se lo comentamos en cuanto las encontramos al propietario (23:00 pm), y no nos dio ninguna solución. Estuvimos toda la noche sin dormir para evitar que nos picara. Al día siguiente, se presentó con el equipo para eliminarlas, por lo que damos por hecho que no es la primera vez que tienen chinches, y también porque es él mismo el que lo hace. Además, no se sorprendió para nada cuando se lo dijimos. Lo único que sabia decir es que lo sentía, pero eso no nos sirve de nada, ya que no pudimos disfrutar del alojamiento, y ni se plantea devolvernos el dinero!

• Annie Rose (8/5): Apartment close to Roma Termini and other main attractions in Rome - Relatively close to all main destinations in the city. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 15min walk to Roma Termini and there are bus stops close by a well. It’s a bit outdated and bathrooms are tiny.
• Marcin (8/5): Jeżeli nie oczekuję się luksusów z najwyższej półki - to można śmiało wynajmować. Pamiętajcie - zameldowanie tylko do 24 - Dobry punkt wypadowy. Blisko metro, tramwaj i wiele atrakcji, do których można w 15 minut dotrzeć piechotą. Dwie łazienki się przydają natomiast przy równoczesnym braniu prysznica spada ciśnienie i kąpiel robi się trudniejsza. Jak się nam zepsuła spłuczka, to po zgłoszeniu problemu, właściciel bardzo szybko zareagował i ją naprawił. Na powitanie czekały na nas słodkości oraz woda w butelkach - bardzo miły gest. Mieszkanie mieści się na 2 piętrze ale jest winda - bardzo ładna zabytkowa. Klatka bardzo czysta i zadbana. Mieszkanie ma już swoje lata świetności za sobą - jest mocno zużyte. Przydałoby się dokładniejsze sprzątanie - na szprosach okiennych było pełno starego brudu (ogólnie było czysto). Robiliśmy rezerwację na 6 osób no i trafiło nam się łóżko piętrowe, a byliśmy sami dorośli - na szczęście nie byliśmy za starzy na wchodzenie po drabince ;)

• Gail (7/5): Great value and location for our family of 9. Basic amenities were lacking. - Great location. Enough beds to sleep 9 comforatably. For one night, it worked well. One towel per person was not enough. No other towels on property. No paper towels. Kitchen table was dirty with crumbs and something sticky. It obviously had not been wiped down. There were no working air conditioners. Luckily, we could leave the windows open, but the street noise made it difficult to sleep.

• Kieu Nga (9/5): We definitely book this apartment if we visit Rome again - The apartment is very spacious and located in the heart of Rome. It is big enough for a group of 8 persons. The location was very convenient with many restaurants and supermarkets/shops nearby. You can find everything you need within a short distance. Paolo was very kind and helpful. He gave us very detailed directions on must-see places in the city. We had a wonderful time in Rome.

• Leon (10/5): Everything you’d want for a family stay in Rome - The host Paolo was extremely helpful, polite and gave us great advice regards the stay. The accommodation was 10 minutes from train station and 20 minutes walk to Collosium. Nothing it was all we needed as a family.

Des biscuits pour la collation sont mis à disposition. Nos bagages ont été gardés le matin de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Quelques petits travaux de rénovation seraient appréciables.

Paolo was very communicative - met us upon arrival and answered any questions we had! Made great recommendations and helped us book a private shuttle for our group back to the airport. Surprise bonus - there was an opera house located a couple buildings down and we were able to hear the warmup/performance from our window! What a treat!

• milena (4/5): - Nonostante quanto promesso dal gestore della struttura oggi mi è arrivata una multa di euro 182,00 per il passaggio in zona ZTL , non ci hanno avvisato della cosa nonostante il fatto che avevamo fatto presente che saremmo arrivati a Roma con la nostra macchina. Quindi direi che la vacanza è stata proprio rovinata!!!!!!

• Adrijaen (10/5): Stay in Rome for 6 - The location was amazing. Shop and café right at the entrance and within walking distance of most main attractions. The host gave us great recommendations and the place was very well kitted, with AC and beautifully decorated.

• Victoria (10/5): We loved it - The host messaged us before arrival and went through the process for check in, he stayed connected via WhatsApp and met us at the property to walk us through the property and nearby services. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and was very spacious and clean. The host let us leave the bags there while they finished cleaning in the morning and helped us book a taxi at check out m. Fully equipped kitchen and everything you need provided. Perfect for a large family or group Just a little dusty on the floor

• Kathryn (10/5): A great few days in Rome with good accommodation, great weather and lovely places to visit! - Left us breakfast, plenty of keys for our large group, ample space for our group. Location was good - easy access to train station and main tourist sights. Host was very helpful and also gave us good recommendations. Nothing.

• Camiel (8/5): Great trip in rome. - All the space you need. Great location. It was quit light in the rooms at night. We didn’t know how to close the blinds.
• Bhawna (9/5): Lovely apartment to stay, can accommodate 10 adults. Will book again! - Property was spacious and clean. It was less than 10 mins walk to station and about 20 mins walk to Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Everything was good. Just the shower cubicles were a bit small and slightly tricky to get in and out.

• Maibel (10/5): Exceptional - We love love love the house, we were 10 and it worked perfect for us. If your looking for a modern style than maybe this is not your best option, but if you want to experience a nice Italian house go for it, you won’t regret it. The house has a great vibe, it makes you feel home. The house have a super cozy kitchen and even that it wasn’t that big we spend a lot of time there. Plenty of windows that gives you a nice view of the area. It’s really close to main attractions, oh and the building have a 100YO elevator. Paolo was very nice he was there for us and he even gives us great suggestions for restaurants, listen to him you won’t regret it. P.S: thanks for the welcome treats, they were delicious
