• igualeonte (10/5): - Appartamento spazioso, silenzioso e ben curato nei dettagli (molti ripiani per le valigie e attaccapanni dietro la porta d'ingresso e in bagno), Quartiere tranquillo, supermercato sotto casa, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie a taglio, gelaterie a portata di mano. Castel Sant'Angelo e San Pietro a due passi.

• Rodrigo (10/5): - Apartamento em perfeito funcionamento, tudo funcionava bem, inclusive a acústica que era ótima, o silêncio era absoluto. A localização era de fácil acesso, tanto a pé, quanto de ônibus, e tinha uma grande oferta de mercados, cafés e restaurantes no mesmo quarteirão. Faltou instrução de como e onde descartar o lixo.

• Dan (9/5): - Love my stay at Rione XXII apartments. The location in Prati is excellent: close to the major sites, but is not very touristy and crowded. The building itself is beautiful and well kept and the apartments are nicely done and they have everything needed. Also, quiet and comfortable. A major bonus point is the host, Marilaria. She is very friendly and responsive, helped us out with everything needed including early check in. And generally the process of checking in and out is very smooth.

• Julian (8/5): Gute Unterkunft mit super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden - Sehr gute Lage. Gute Ausstattung. Gemütliches Bett. Alles sehr sauber. Die Zahlungsabwicklung findet außerhalb von Booking statt. Das machte einen erstmal stutzig, ist aber seriös! Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist gering.

• Sathya (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Nerone in 4 per 3 notti. La casa è grande e silenziosa. Il divano-letto comodo. C'era tutto il necessario. La zona è centrale ma tranquilla. Minimarket di fronte, locali e trasporti dietro l'angolo. Un ottimo soggiorno!
• Jakub (9/5): - Je to skvělé řešení, když se chcete ubytovat tak, že se nemačkáte v jednom malém hotelovém pokoji. Lokalita je skvělá, všude kousek, celý dům je krásný, čistý, tichý. Hned naproti jsou dva obchody s příjemným personálem. Komunikace přes whatsapp skvělá... Trošku zlobila teplá voda, musela déle odtékat, ale nakonec vždy tekla:)

• Jami (10/5): Spectacular Apartment that feels like life as a local! - This place was spectacular. It was a very large 1 bedroom with super high ceilings and massive beautiful windows that opened up to the street view. It had an authentic courtyard and a grand large old Roman door to enter. It truly made me feel like I was a local. I appreciate this so much more than an expensive hotel. The host was very accommodating.

• Luis (10/5): Espectacular. - La limpieza, zona y el equipamiento del apartamento es perfecto para lo que buscábamos. Muy tranquilo y todo muy bien reformado. Sin duda repetiremos la próxima vez que volvamos a Roma. El ascensor es de un edificio antiguo y en nuestro caso que llevábamos equipamiento de bebé era un poco más incómodo. Pero el apartamento nos ha gustado tanto que esto no era un problema

• Mette (9/5): Dejlig lejlighed tæt på seværdigheder. - Stor og rummelig lejlighed, med et lille køkken, køleskab og fryser. Spiseplads og opholdsrum, samt et stort soveværelse med en god seng. Placering var rigtig fin, i forhold til de mange seværdigheder Rom har at byde på. Stille område og handlemuligheder lige overfor lejligheden.
• Christian (8/5): Perfekt für einen Kurztripp in Rom - Lage perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir konnten einige Sehenswürdigkeiten sogar zu Fuss von der Unterkunft aus besichtigen. An sich ist die Wohnung modern eingerichtet wobei hier an der ein oder anderen Stelle nachgebessert werden könnte. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir konnten unsere Unterkunft sogar etwas früher beziehen Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Manchmal riecht es unangenehm aus dem Abfluss im Bad. Das Sofa ist durchgesessen

• Kirill (10/5): - Метро буквально в 10 минутах. Всё остальное можно осмотреть в течении дня неспешной прогулкой. Черед дорогу два супермаркета. Достаточно все удобно, в апартаментах есть всё что нужно. Хозяева на связи всегда, разрешили оставить багаж после выезда, до вылета.

• João (10/5): Uma estadia acolhedora e autêntica em Roma, perfeita para quem busca conforto, localização estratégica e um toque de vid - A localização é excelente: ao mesmo tempo em que está próximo de pontos turísticos importantes como o Vaticano, o bairro também tem uma atmosfera mais local e autêntica, longe da sensação de estar apenas em uma área turística. Isso fez com que a estadia fosse mais imersiva e agradável. O apartamento acomodou super bem minha família, inclusive nosso bebê de 1 ano, com conforto e praticidade. Os proprietários foram incríveis — muito rápidos nas respostas, super flexíveis e gentis. Além disso, o prédio é silencioso e bem cuidado. Nada a comentar de negativo. Nossa experiência foi toda muito positiva.

• Siobhan (10/5): Perfect location, and a home away from home. - The property was clean and spacious, and very comfortable. And Marilaria was so welcoming during our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect, with it being only 7 minutes from the metro train station, and the supermarket across the road was great! We would absolutely stay there again. No complaints.

• Adrian (9/5): Good apartment - - very clean apartament - quiet neighbourhood - good location, 10 minutes walk to metro station, 20 minutes walk to fontana di trevi - some cafes and stores nearby - confortable bed - you have all the utilities you need - very good comunication with the host - old type of apartment - tv stations don't work properly - you have to pay for the apartment on another website and not in Booking.com - very very small elevator - too pricey for what it offers. It is a simple apartment in a old building.

Nice apartment, well maintained, good location, well cleaned. The main room a bit cramped, second bed (bed sofa), kitchen, dining table all in the same room.

The host Marilaria was superb and stayed in touch and gave us advice on the airport travel etc. We would definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait for our next stay there. Nothing it was wonderful.

Great communication with the owner and so easy to check in with an access code provided on the day of arrival. Stayed with my teenage daughter for four nights in September. One double bedroom and a large super comfortable sofa bed in the living area. No problems with the Wi-Fi which was easy to access. Really quiet for an apartment. No noise at all on an evening. Also felt very safe walking in the area on an evening. Great supermarket across the road and lovely cafes and restaurants a couple of minutes away. Would definitely recommend and would love to return! Nothing

• Adam (8/5): This Prati apartment is very good - My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in September 2024 in this very clean, safe , large and superbly located apartment. Big bedroom with plenty of space to properly unpack. Large and comfortable bed. The extremely quiet lift was definitely handy. The hosts were very professional. We had an issue which was fixed very fast to our satisfaction . The communication at all times was clear and very fast. 2 supermarkets across the street. 5/6 cafes within 50 metres and so many bars and restaurants so close. Metro 7 min walk away. Again, the spot is fantastic. The apartment is not very bright. It’s definitely not dark, just no direct sunlight. A bottle of water in the fridge would have been welcomed.

• Mariya (1/5): Dirty, bad attitude from the hosts. They give false information. I do not recommend to anyone. - We liked absolutely nothing. First they lied that there was a place to leave luggage. Second, they lied that it was cleaned daily, there was not even toilet paper. It was terribly dirty. The sheets were not changed. Everything is old and terribly worn. The shower in the bathroom didn't work and you couldn't take a shower. No assistance from hosts. I strongly do not recommend this plac

• Marija (8/5): Nice flat in Prati - It is very nice location, close to whatever historical part of town you want to see. It is in residential area, so it is calm and quiet during the night. Building has inner garden so you hear birds singing. A lot of nice cafés and restaurants around. Also the market and pharmacy very close. Bed is comfortable. Internet is very bad, wifi connection weak and breaking. I bought Italian SIM card and even then signal was not so good. I really don't know if this is possible to solve, but it is annoying. Kit hen is very basic and sofa uncomfortable. So it is really equipped for singles or young couple, not for families.

• Liping (7/5): Great location but everything was done online - I really like the location but since I didn't have wifi in Rome I didn't get the updated code. A young man on the street helped. It can be frustrating to do everything online without seeing a person. Folks at my age may not like this but young people will have no problems. I didn't like everything was done online or on the phone without anybody present. I would rather stay in a hotel where the front desk will help with everything. Maybe young people like this style.
• April (10/5): Our stay was a 10/10 - The apartment was very clean the host was very helpful and answered our questions very fast. This apartment is located in waking distance of the Vatican over all it was a wonderful place to stay with many restaurants, and a convenient store on the same block. The bed could’ve been a little bit more comfortable, but I am learning that this is a European thing they don’t have the same love for comfortable mattresses as the United States does.
• Caroline (10/5): Very lovely and convenient!! - It’s walking distance to all the prominent tourist places. There are many nice breakfast place and really nice eateries around! The property security guard is also helpful to get taxi when you need and any assistance!!! A long mirror would be nice 😀

• Jennie (10/5): A little gem - The apartment is extremely well situated. It is a short walk to the Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican city. Then the other way over the Tiber and to the Piazza del Popolo, and once you start walking, you'll find all the other amazing places of interest in Rome. There are restaurants and cafes in close proximity to the apartment. The apartment itself is very quiet and in a nice district. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and we had no complaints and would happily stay there again on our next visit. The staff we coordinated with were friendly and helpful and replied quickly to any questions I had.The check-in process is super easy, with it being a digital code instead of worrying about misplacement of a key. There was nothing to dislike all was extremely good.

• Lynne (9/5): Nice apartment in the Prati - Nice clean apartment in an old building not too far from the Vatican. On third floor but there is a lift.Supermarkets, cafes close by. Very quiet at night. Bed was queen size, firm mattress, comfortable. Queen size sofa bed in living room, also comfortable. Small kitchen area so we could make simple dishes for dinner. Large bathroom with good shower. Code is needed to access the flat and the owner promptly supplied it and wifi password. Toilet seat kept detaching itself. We would have washed the dishes if there had been detergent.

• Daniel (9/5): Thank you Marilaria! - Marilaria (owner) went out of her way to help and support before and during the stay. Entrance to the property was straight forward (and keyless entry.. Keycodes are the best!) , plenty of space, enough kitchenware for both of us to cook. The area was quiet, limited traffic of a night so sleeping was not an issue. The Air Conditioning was beautiful and worked, helping to keep us cool of a night. There are a couple of cafés and restaurants close by, but best advice if eating out is to head towards Trastevere or towards the center. Its's easy to walk to some of the main tourist hot spots, and you're at Borghese (if you want a park) within 12-15mins. There are local shops nearby, so access to food and drinks is also not an issue. No kettle! So we just used the coffee machine for quick hot water or boiled water in the pan. The lift was out of service one day. Other than that everything was straight forward.
