• Sabrina (7/5): Perfetta la posizione - Attenzione però alle scale - La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, sia per il quartiere che per la vicinanza alle zone turistiche. L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso con 2 balconcini. L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano, le scale sono molto alte e non c'è l'ascensore (avrei preferito esserne informata prima) soprattutto perchè viaggiavo con i miei genitori. Il Divano letto è senza materasso quindi davvero scomodo
• Siw (10/5): Anbefales på det sterkeste! - Vi likte at leiligheten har to verandaer. En fra soverommet og en fra stua. Veldig koselig! Koselig og stor leilighet med alt man trenger. Den ligger veldig sentralt! Kort vei til det meste. I samme gate fins supermarked og restauranter. Kan være litt tungt etter å ha gått ute en hel dag og komme hjem og skal gå opp de 83 trapptrinnene, men det er verdt det!

• Antonina (10/5): This apartment is a dream come true, perfectly located near the Metro and Colosseum on what might be Rome’s most romanti - It was absolutely what we were looking for while visiting Rome. It was close to metro, colloseum as well as other attractions. We loved walking on streets of Rome, so even if 30 min walk was not a problem. Morning and evening views on rooftops from balcony was something I always dreamed off. We just loved it. The street where the flat is located is in my opinion most romatic, with restaurants and caffee with cute little truck in front serving as table. Just romantic. The flat has a real stayle and feeling of authentic Rome.

Beliggenheten var meget sentral og fin, Kjøkken utstyr var ikke bra nok, hvis du skulle lage mat selv. Vi som leide der, er 80 år gamle. Booking.com, bør i sin reklame opplyse om det er heis eller ikke, på sin utleiesteder. Her er leiligheten i 6. etasje, 83 trinn, og det uten heis. Da vi kom, ble vi sjokkert. Tre kofferter skulle fraktes opp, i en trapp, som ikke var spesielt god å gå i. Må nok si vi var ganske slitne, da vi hadde fått bagasjen opp. Vi gruet oss hver gang vi skulle bruke trappen.

Can be challenging to get to if you have luggage and declined mobility.

Hareketli bir sokak. Güvenli bir bina. Ev sahibi ile iletişime geçmek çok kolaydı. Whatsapp üzerinden rahatça ve İngilizce iletişim kurabildik. Ev temizdi. Banyo ve havlular da temizdi. Gece 11 civarında ısıtma sistemi kapanıyor ve ev çok soğuk oluyor. Ev sahibinden bu konuda düzeltme talep ettik ancak karşılanmadı isteğimiz. Buzdolabı çok kötü kokuyor. Kapağı açınca mutfağa koku dağılıyor. Sanırım daha önce bozulan bir etin kokusu sinmiş. Mutfaktaki bardaklar iyice durulanmamış gibiydi. Kullanmadan önce tekrar yıkadık. Fırının içi de yeterince temizlenmemişti. 5 kat merdiven çıkmak gerçekten çok yorucuydu. Çok dar merdivenler ve çok sayıda. Halılar çok kayıyor, dikkat edin.

• Christine (6/5): It was pleasant except for the stairs - The location was good. Close to everything and easy walk around Rome. There are 82 stairs to take to get to the apartment. We found that difficult with luggage and stuck to one trip down in the morning and one back up at night they are exhausting.

• Claudia (10/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, in nur 10 Minuten ist man am Colosseum. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und viele Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight sind die Balkone, von denen man einen wunderschönen Blick über Rom hat. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war erstklassig. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Need to let the customer know to expect that the apt was 5 floors up narrow stairs with No Elevator. The AC in the living room was not working well. The check in process with the Minimart was a little shady.

• Jaroslaw_Lublin (7/5): Pobyt w Rzymie wykorzystaliśmy maksymalnie, okolica jest w optymalnej moim zdaniem lokalizacji. - Mieszkanie bardzo fajne, bardzo podobały nam się elementy wystroju, które zachowane były jeszcze sprzed wielu lat, stylowe kafelki, elementy wykończenia. Dla osób starszych piąte piętro to raczej w czasie upałów trudność nie do pokonania, ale o tym wiedzieliśmy od samego początku i tego nie biorę pod uwagę obniżając ocenę. Duża łatwość dostania się z tego miejsca (ogólna lokalizacja jest świetna) we wszystkie kierunki Rzymu. Super sklep w pobliżu Conad, dużo restauracji dookoła. Do metra blisko, do przystanków autobusowych - blisko. Dwie rzeczy, które nie powinny się nigdzie wydarzyć. Pierwsza to chodniki, które są piekielnie śliskie. Moja żona poślizgnęła się na jednym nieszczęśliwie i prawie mieliśmy cały wyjazd z głowy. Dywan pod stołem szklanym w salonie i dywanik w salonie. Skończyło się tylko na drobnych potłuczeniach. Kategorycznie powinny mieć wszystkie maty antypoślizgowe - uważaj jak chodzisz po tym mieszkaniu, bo następny turysta może mieć mniej szczęścia. Druga sprawa to łóżko w salonie - spaliśmy na nim, ciągle się rozjeżdżało, robiły się "dziury", rano plecy praktycznie do wymiany. A to łóżko też powinno być natychmiast wymienione, nie nadaje się do leżenia a w ofercie jest jako miejsce do spania. Dodatkowa rzecz to zaniedbane kwiaty na balkonie, uschnięte. Balkon wymagał też przed użytkowaniem doprowadzenia do porządku, bo był po prostu brudny, więcej trzeba nad tym popracować. Zdziwił mnie fakt, że zostałem poproszony o wystawieni opinii na 9 lub 10 z zaznaczeniem, że pozostałe nie spełniają oczekiwań wynajmującego. Jestem tutaj obiektywny i mam nadzieję, że ta opinia pomoże wyeliminować niedoskonałości.
• Violeta (10/5): - Nice apartment. It was easy to find, close to a lot of historical attractions. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated with a lot of sun light. Grocery stores and restaurants were just few minutes away. The sofa was not very comfortable.
• Temi (10/5): A well-located and comfortable stay with a helpful and responsive host - The location of the house was perfect, and the entire stay was truly enjoyable. The host was very attentive and responded to our questions quickly, which was extremely helpful. Highly recommended. I wasn’t too fond of the stairs, but I knew about them in advance, so it didn’t bother me during the stay.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and attractive. Coffee and tea were provided, along with a nice bottle of spring water. Host was easily accessible, communicative, and was especially helpful and accomodating. Could not have been happier with our decision to stay at this property. Though we prefer upper floors for a view, the narrow winding stairs were the only option. We had large bags due to the lenght of our stay, so this was not ideal. We realize the age and charm of the building simply could not allow for an elevator, so this is only informational, not a complaint. Anyone with mobility issues might have difficulty with the climb.

• Adam (10/5): Great roof top room in a small community near all the sites. - The property is located in a great spot in the city. Close to all the sites and the community has some wonderful cafes that are simply a nice place to enjoy an afternoon. Close enough to the sites, far enough away that it still feels like a local Rome. The property itself is very clean, calming, and has nearly everything you need for a great stay. Not to mention some nice rooftop views. There were only two things we did not care for. The building has no elevator, which can be difficult if you have heavy bags like we did. And the pull out couch is not comfortable. In fact there is really no padding for it.

The host was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable for two, almost adult, people. Very high fifth floor, no elevator. ;-)
• Marianna (7/5): Appartment well located in Rome, but on a5th floor, no lift. - The apartment in general is nice and spacious, ideal for 2 persons, more than 2 may not be that good. The living room is spacious with a large sofa and nicely decorated. The kitchen is a bit tight, but it has all the necessary stuff for cooking, including coffee, oil... actually we did not use it much, but it is always nice to find it there. The same applies to the bathroom. There is soap, shampoo... The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the Coliseum. The street was not too busy/noisy. The apartment is on the 5th floor of the building and there is no lift. The septs are narrow and steep... you really have to think twice and collect your energy before you start climbing. Especially on the arrival day with the luggage we thought we will not make it. Do not forget anything that you need to come back to the apartment!! The sofa-bed is very hard, you may have backache if you're not used to. The bathroom is narrow and difficult to move around with more than one.

Stairs can be a problem. Needs smart tv definetly. At least some international TV channels.
• David (9/5): Comfortable apartment in great location - The apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the shower is excellent. A great attraction for us was the kitchen, but see below. The location could not be bettered. Initially we wondered about the lack of blinds/curtains but in fact there are external shutters which can be closed to make the bedroom totally dark. This is a great apartment but is let down by small details that could easily be rectified. Quite a few light bulbs were not functioning, a number of power outlets didn't work, nor did the main oven. There was no toaster and only one kitchen knife. So it is really the kitchen that let's down an otherwise excellent apartment.

• Mark (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location. Lots of stairs! - Very well located property, walkable or train to everything you'd want to do in Rome! It wasn't completely clear to us when we booked that this apartment, although beautiful, is located on the 5th floor, with 82 stairs up and down. When you've been traveling for a month with 2 large suitcases, it was quite a bit to manage.
• Jac (9/5): Absolutely loved our stay! - Amazing apartment in the perfect location for our honeymoon in Rome. Fantastic host who was very helpful and communicated with us throughout. The apartment was quiet despite being in a lively central area and there's many bars/restaurants close by which is handy if you need something quickly. It's 15 minute walk from the main attractions of Rome. Overall, loved our stay and would come back! There's also a metro stop Cavour which is a 5 minute walk away. Wifi was great, shower is delightful and the apartment had everything we needed. We're a very fit couple, and it was still hard work getting our large (20kg) suitcases up the stairs. Just be prepared for a climb as it's an old apartment building with 80 ish steps to the top! A couple of minor points that we think could make this place a 10/10: a smart tv would be nice to access Netflix etc if having a night in. A blind on the inside of the bedroom balcony door could be a good option or include eye masks. Minor points that would have made this perfect for us.
• Antoaneta (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely accommodation that was really close to most of the tourist attractions. Yes it’s on the fifth floor and there is no elevator but the location beats that. It was clean, close to supermarket and restaurants. The host is amazing, she was always ready to answer our question and provide us with recommendations. -
• Doris (10/5): Amazing find - Apartment is in a great location, 15 mins from all the main touristic spots. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you might need during your stay. Check in process was explained perfectly and it all went smoothly, thank you Veronica. Sofa was a bit hard.

There are a lot of stairs (i think it was 5 flights) to get up and down due to no elevator, which was quite challenging with our luggage plus the heat during August. It is fine if you're fit but might be difficult if you have mobility issues.

I found communication with the host poor at times. The host did not tell us that there is a button to open the two building doors when exiting so every day we had to fight with the keys to unlock these doors. We were advised of this button on the last day.

• Nici (9/5): Amazing apartment, in an amazing location! - The apartment was fabulous! Yes it’s up 5 flights of stairs, but that was fine! Amazing location, really beautifully clean and well presented apartment. Veronica was really lovely. We had a great time. The only thing I would say is the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, but it didn’t matter to us, we had a great stay!

There is a refrigerator and a washing machine, which is very convenient for our short stay. Sleeping is quiet at night. Love the balcony and see the moon at night is amazing. Since I haven’t climbed stairs in a long time, it’s really a good exercise. Near by, 3 mins walk has an Ice Cream Shop 'Gelateria S.M. Maggiore' which is Super!

• Julie (10/5): Excellent apartment, very spacious in the heart of Rome. - Very central to all locations. Very spacious with everything we could need. Lovely view. A quiet oasis away from the crowds. We loved everything about the apartment and would highly recommend it. Just take note of the stairs, there is no lift so pack lightly! It is hard work taking suitcases up those stairs

The trattoria restaurant and the house wine were the best meals and drinks we had 3. All the attractions are 15 minutes walk from the apartment 4. The Cavour metro is 400 meters away 5. My little daughter loved the Sephora, which was a 1.2 km walkable distance from the apartment 6. There was a local store right in front of the apartment for breakfast and other necessary things 7. All amenities were perfect, towels, bath gels, coffee bed linen extra covers were great Of course, due to the location and its old building, we had to climb five floors and no help for the luggage to be carried up to the 5th floor. Other than no lift the place was perfect.

• John (9/5): Clean, spacious apartment with stunning views - Gorgeous views at this location, conveniently located in Rome a short walk from Termini and within walking distance of the historic centre. The terrazza is amazing and the apartment well appointed with a full kitchen and ample space for dining and socializing. The host allowed us to drop our bags early, was very friendly and responsive, and the place was very clean. This is probably in the listing but the apartment is located up six flights of stairs and there is no lift available, and no place to store items on the ground floor. The sofa bed was also broken on one side during our stay, though we were able to sleep comfortably enough and I imagine had we reported it to the host they would have responded quickly.

• James (9/5): Great apartment in a great location near lots of famous locations! - Great location and very helpful host. I stayed here for one night with my father so that we could see some of the sights in Rome. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp and helped us figure things out. The apartment was really beautiful and had water in the fridge for us. Host provided extra bedding upon request. The apartment is on a 5th floor with only stairs (no elevator). While this was fine and even made for a nice view, it was tough for my elderly father to climb the stairs with bags.

• Olivia (9/5): great - awesome location. felt safe walking around at night. lots of great restaurants in walking distance. easy access to multiple monuments. the apartment was neat, clean and just as pictured. the climb up the stairs with suitcases was very difficult. the lovely host did let us know about the stairs prior to the trip but be warned large luggage may not be suitable
• Mary-ann (5/5): Great location-terrible building/facilities. Don’t rent unless you are an athlete. 10 flights of steep stairs to nav - Clean. Hostess extremely difficult to deal with. 5th floor and no elevator and no services to help get luggage up or down. Hostess left key details to communicate at the last minute causing us to scramble. We couldn’t bring our car because the zone didn’t allow for it. Therefore we had to drop off our car early and at the last minute and then scramble to find the car rental return at the train station which was difficult and then incur extra expense to get a van to transport us and our luggage.

• Patricia (9/5): Top of Rome - The location is excellent, easy to get to and very close to the Colosseum. The shower is the biggest we had in Italy, appreciated when the temperatures rose. The apartment keeps cool without leaving air conditioning on. We also used the washing machine conveniently located in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed for self-catering and we chose to cook some of the time. The pictures are an accurate representation of the apartment and it has everything needed for the stay, too many to mention. A book / guide is included which is really helpful. Our host was helpful and responsive, including when I'm visually challenged finding the stove lighter. We found close public transport, food and a convenience store downstairs. It is a lovely place and worth the effort to go to the fifth floor. We are in our early 60s and managed the stairs ok (stay fit travelers!). We found the rugs very slippery on the lovely floors, so we rolled them out of the way in the walking areas. Guests are required to remove their own rubbish. While reasonable, this could be on the property's house rules on booking and the bins are 10 mins walk away if you include the stairs.

• Namu (9/5): This is the best place in Rome to stay in, peacful, beautiful and hassel free. - Location is unbeatable. Close to the shopping prescint and across the road from the Coleseaum, Roman Forum and a 15min walk to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon There is nothing I didn't like but prefereLess steps but thats the price you pay to reach heaven!

The location was fantastic, such a central neighbourhood. Veronica was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Will stay there again! - The spaciousness of the apartment and it's location relative to the sites and attractions we wanted to visit. Veronica, the host, was an absolute pleasure to deal with - very organised and helpful in assisting with transfer arrangements. Nothing, but be prepared for the 5 floors of stairs.
• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - FRESH HOUSE MONTI was the perfect accommodations for our family of three. I was working close by the apartment, so after work I was able to enjoy the great location full of restaurants and shops, as well as the close proximity to the sites. The kitchen was well-equipped plus it had a fantastic washing machine and a wonderful bedroom mattress. The owner was delightful to work with during our stay.

• Guadalupe (10/5): Exceptional - it was beautiful and had what we needed it is on the top floor with no elevators so get ready to walk 5-6 floors with small steps. there was no description or warning on the listing
• Benn (9/5): Superb - Superb location, lovely city view from the balconies. The number of steps up to the property, but what do you expect when it’s on the top floor!
