• Pranav (10/5): Wonderful accommodation to stay with family and friends. - Nice and quite place for staying with the family in a residential neighborhood. Good bus access to city center. Pino is very helpful and gives all the information needed. The home is very comfy and clean. Kitchen is well-appointed. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a pleasant surprise. Nothing that I can think of.

• Alarcio (9/5): Overall, it is value for the money and a decent place to stay. Simple and functional!👍👍 - 6 of us stayed here (2 adults and 4 teens). The adults and teens slept in separate rooms and each one had his own bed.
It takes 15 minutes or less of walking from here to several bus stops and train stations. The owner, Pino, was quite accommodating and helpful. You could easily ask him for suggestions (places to visit, to eat, etc.) and for simple requests (extra towels, bed, etc.). There’s nothing superb about the place but it provides everything that a small group needs - decent place to sleep, sufficient amenities and good enough space to relax. Everything was working well except the ceiling fan switch (you need pliers to turn it). This is beyond the owner's control but it's good to know that mosquitoes could be bothersome in the garden.

• Obayda (5/5): Reasonable stay - Excellent hospitality by the host and helpful guidance. Excellent location. Clear check-in instructions. Very good facilities at the property (family house with everything you need available). Difficult parking. Very old house with zero sound proofing and old furniture. Small space with no living room (only two bedrooms). Bathroom leaking water on the floor all the time (only informed at time of check-in), and bathtub sink obstructed. No heating and the house gets cold in the winter.
• Forrest (10/5): Wonderful stay for family of 7 - Pino was a superior host. He made us feel right at home and gave us some excellent recommendations on where to visit and what restaurants were best in the area. We could contact him at any time, and he was always available to help.

• Javier (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable two-bedroom apartment. There is a park and bus stop a short walk away. A convenience store is right downstairs. The owner, Pino, is attentive to his guests and easily reachable via WhatsApp.
• Richard (10/5): Roman Oasis - The accommodation was perfect, two spacious bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace that made you feel like you were on a Caribbean Holiday whilst being in Rome at the same time. The flat had all needed amenities: iron, internet, clothes washer, pots, pans, et al. Right by the entrance to the complex there’s a fully stocked late night convenience store. I think the best part though was the warm and Uber friendly engagement by the owner, who went out of his way make sure we were comfortable and wanted for nothing. Best restaurant suggestions and delicious olive oil to boot! This is a perfect spot for independent travelers who thrive in self-catering situations. A great discovery that helped me fall in love with Rome again. Hope to return soon.
• Julie (8/5): Great stay at the right price. - The value of the rooms. Two separate big rooms at a decent price. The host was very nice and helpful. He provided us with advice on exploring Rome and made our visit a great experience. The apartment is located outside of the historical Rome area and in a residential area outside of Rome. However, the bus stops are nearby and a short walking distance from the apartment, and the bus ride is about 30 to 40 minutes to the historical area of Rome. In exploring Rome taking a bus is a must because the metro stations are not very convenient. The cost of having to take a taxi from and to the airport. The second bedroom converted from a living room, although roomy, did not have closet space. The place is old but kept very clean. Don't expect fluffy towels and great bedding.
• Denys (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a quiet location. Supermarkets are a short walk away. The apartment has pretty much anything that may be needed and all facilities are working. There are several busses which can take you to Rome's centre and back. A private garden is also present. The last but not least, the host is doing his best to ensure you have a fantastic time in Rome and make the most of your stay. One of the beds is a bit noisy.
