• Wael (5/5): I don’t recommend it - Location - The curtains was transparent and when I complained to the owner they said (no body complained before) - The wall was made of gypsum bored and I can hear the neighbours conversation clearly 🤷‍♂️ - I was asked to pay 6 euros per day for each person as a city taxes via online pay 💰 link

• Waeger (3/5): Extrem laut. Kompliziertes Einchecken. - Zentrale Lage Extrem laut, die ganze Zeit Ambulanzen, die mit Alarm vorbeijagen. Sehr viel Verkehr. Kopfkissen hat nach Männerschweiß gerochen, Flecken auf der Bettwäsche. Der Eincheckprozess extrem aufwendig. Obwohl wir viel reisen und imternetaffin sind, haben wir einen ganzen Nachmittag gebraucht, um die geforderten Fotos einzugeben. Die Maschine war trotzdem nicht zufrieden.

• muriel (8/5): Agréable séjour à Rome. - Immeuble propre, agréable et calme, ascenseur. Emplacement pratique pour les transports. Logement avec jolie vue mais le carrefour est situé près d'un Hôpital et le bruit des ambulances est très présent. Supermarché bien fourni à 10 mn. il n'y a pas de bouilloire. il faudrait fournir au moins un torchon, un sac poubelle de dépannage, un rouleau d'essuie-tout, Et laisser des informations sur le tri des déchets. Il faut prévoir un adaptateur pour les prises électriques, ce n'était pas précisé. Sinon, tout était bien.

En el anuncio ponía que había cuna gratuita bajo petición, por lo que yo la pedí y me dijeron que como era un servicio gratuito si se podía la pondrían y si no que me fastidiase. Les dije que como no estaban cumpliendo con lo que decía el anuncio que quería que me devolviesen el dinero de la reserva cosa que no hicieron....todo esto pocos días antes de llegar a Roma y sin opción de hacer mucho más. Finalmente tuve cuna, pero imagino que sería por suerte. Fue desagradable tener que vivir esta situación.

• Sergei (8/5): - В принципе, нам апартаменты были нужны только для ночевки, но для тех кто много времени проводит в апартаментах было все самое необходимое- кухня, холодильник и тд Из плюсов - чисто, удобная кровать и подушки, идеальное место расположение, горячая вода всегда, нормально работающий кондиционер. Из минусов пожалуй самый главный и единственный- это звукоизоляция с соседними аппаратами - жили 5 ночей из них 3-4 ночи с соседями - слышимость в спальне такая что кажется разговаривают у вас в комнате вообщем заснуть не возможно! Особенно «вам повезет» если соседи будут итальянцы - это гарантировано безостановочный диалог с криками и смехом. Вообщем если у вас отбой в 22:00 то это не сюда - будете ложится когда уснут соседи) Общее состояние аппаратов нормальное, но можно было бы конечно освежить. Но так как мы только ночевали то на это не особо обращали внимание. Вывод- Если бы не звукоизоляция- то поставил бы самую высокую оценку!
• helene (8/5): Appartement bien situé et confortable, n'ai pas aimé la prise de possession des clés - L'emplacement vis à vis à vis des bus métro secteur avec restaurants petits magasins pour les courses A l'heure où nous sommes arrivées (21 heures) nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir la porte de l'entrée de l'immeuble, avons été obligées de sonner chez des personnes à fin que l'on puisse nous ouvrir . Pour entrer à notre appartement nous avions un code qui nous permettait de franchir une porte très solide,très sécurisée accédant à un petit hall et nos clés étaient sur nôtre porte de nôtre appartement. Il manquait une petite cafetière électrique, un micro-ondes et dans la description de l'appartement il me semblait que nous devions avoir un lave linge (mais il n'y en avait pas,).

• Daniela (8/5): - Great location. Well furnished. Close to metro, to Colesseum. The LL let us check in 30 min earlier. We were confused with the floor as it is 3 + 1 floor, tried to enter the door at the 2nd floor. We didnt like signing formal contract with landlord AFTER the payment. Technically no choice not to sign. And sending via whats up our passports. Hopefully the information wont be misused.

• Matias (8/5): - El departamento estaba limpio y muy ordenado, la ducha no es la mejor pero te podes bañar bien. La atención excelente. Ambas camas muy cómodas. Faltaron algunos utensilios de cocina.

• Marine (8/5): Very good - Best location. Close to all tourist areas. Convenient for using public transportation. It is desirable that the kitchen be cleaner and more equipped.
• Mary (6/5): Great location. Apartment was ok - It was in a great location. Smaller than anticipated, I feel the pictures were somewhat deceiving, crowded for 3 people. Refrigerator wasn’t working properly. Owners were easy to work with.

It is very close to the Basilica so just walking distance to all the churches I wanted to go to! Oh and the view is nice, the road and bit of the hills I wish they had more garbage bags and a kettle but other than that 10/10

• Hilal (10/5): Ideal for a family of 3. Located near the Colosseum (15 mins, walking distance) - There is a bus stop in front of the house and there is a metro stop 6-7 minutes walk away. It was a clean house. It might be good to have a more powerful hair dryer.

• Mileda (3/5): Not recommended, not worth the money. - The only thing that we liked was the location, even though you could get better alternatives in the same location Not clean, there are no carpets or slippers. If you would walk around with socks they would get super dirty. The bathroom has mold and it stinks. When you shower the water comes all out from the shower cabin and you have nothing to clean it with not even a towel to put in front. The communication with the host is horrible, they wanted to charge more money because we used towels??? We only had one towel for five days and they were mad why we used three towels and not two. Even though we were three people there. We found the bed with stains, the sheets were dirty. Like that would not be enough they wanted more money after we left because according to them the bed smelled like urine??!? Horrible experience!

• Marianacmendonca (8/5): Overall we had a very good stay! - Great location! Very good, firm beds. Good pillows. Good space apartment for 2. Elevator fully operational, though small. Good stove. I would have liked to have found two extra blankets in the wardrobe instead of one. Maybe I was not clear when I booked mentioned we would sleep in separate beds. Later the owner came by and brought two more blankets. The water was very hot for the shower, however it finished quite fast, a bit tricky. Lack of hangers/small bench in the toilet. There is only one small table so if you plan on cooking there is no extra counter space for cutting and preparation. Also, I think it will be handy if they leave a folder with a few basic instructions/ info such as wifi password, gas details as of how to operate the gas valve on the wall, useful transport/attractions nearby tips, or how to go to Termini.

• Timur (7/5): Good - Location, cleanliness of the apartment, interior. Overall everything was good, but there were some not very pleasant moments. 1. Broken wine opener 2. There was neither salt nor a tea bag in the apartment. 3. Even though we rented an apartment with one double bed, we actually had 2 single beds. They were pushed together, but nevertheless kept moving apart.

• Cmgz (6/5): Old apartment, good location - Locations is good, close to the Colosseum (15min on foot) and close to metro line A. The apartment is very old and it didn't seem to have had any renovations whatsoever. Cleanliness was okay except for the huge mold stain close to the shower. Also bear in mind the apartment is on a big, busy avenue, so expect some ambulance noises even during the night sometimes. There were a few incidents during our stay that could have been handled in a better way; there was one towel less left for all the guests and not enough toilet paper provided for 4 night stay. The host didn't seem pleased when we requested that. However, he allowed a (1h) later check-out. To sum up, not enough value for money, besides that accommodation in the city is very expensive and you'll be in a good location.

Ie kitchen , AC, TV wifi hot water etc Host is available over the call or Whatsapp so easy to reach out anytime for any issues or queries. I found it but difficult to find the Location but host helped over the video call to find it. Room is part of an apartment building and that is bit congested so you can not see anything outside from there
