The location was very good, nice to be able to walk some main sites and close enough to transport for others. Spacious apartment, nice to have separate lounge and dining area. Large comfortable bed, nice bedding and towels. Good WiFi. There were a few maintenance issues which we shared with the host.

The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and provided excellent guidance on how to access the apartment. We had no problems with the apartment. The only concern would be noise from the street, but this didn't affect our sleep.

Bellissima la vista sui tetti di roma e i monti. Faceva un pò freddino e non avevo trovato subito la stufetta per riscaldare maggiormente (rra nell'armadio). La pulizia potrebbe essere piu accurata.

• Barbara (10/5): - Ein sehr schöne und originell eingerichtet Wohnung, mit einem wunderbaren Innenhof. Die Lage war genial. Man konnte alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder per Bus, Tram erreichen. Paolo war ein sehr freundlicher und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemühter Gastgeber. Gern kommen wir , wenn wir in Rom sind, in diese Wohnung zurück.

Я не люблю оставлять негативные отзывы но возможно кому то это поможет в выборе. Мы выбрали это жилье как романтическое место для двоих по фото. Реальность немного не соответствует фото. Жилье устаревшее и нуждается в реставрации и чистки. Изголовье белой кровати неприятно серого цвета от многолетнего использования, это выглядит грязно как и посуда на кухне. В самые холодные дни было очень сложно согреть жилье, поэтому не советую тут оставаться зимой. Так же быстро заканчивается вода в душе и невозможно принять полноценный душ двоим. От работающих грелок постоянно выбивало пробки и проподало электричество. На третий день мы подстроились и к воде и к отоплению и электричеству но это не бабушкина дача где хочется подстраиваться. Нам это не испортило отпуск но кому то может.

• Ghediri (10/5): Amazing overall! - Every little detail in that place was a nice surprise. The size of the apartment was satisfying, the place was super clean. The owner is super helpful, proactively sharing great recommandations and tips. We go up a hill to get the place from the bus stations. When carrying suitcases,, it's not that easy. So a taxi could be better in that case.

• Francisco Adrian (9/5): Vistas excepcionales en un lugar increíble - El acceso al departamento fue muy fácil. La ubicación es excepcional, cerca de los principales puntos de interés en Trastevere, y además cuenta con una vista increíble. Lo único a considerar es que, al estar en una esquina con bares cercanos, puede haber algo de ruido por la noche. No es un tema del departamento, es parte natural de la zona. Como sugerencia, a quienes tengan el sueño ligero les puede ser útil llevar tapones de oído.

And all house hold appliance worked. Beautiful view from the 5th floor. Located just a short walk from a hub of many tinny shops and eating locations.

• Ringo (10/5): Great location, great host! - The location was great, very close to the center of Trastevere, but slightly off, so it wouldn't be too loud at night time. The host communication was very timely, He always answered immedeately. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand, The interior is lovely and has been decorated with care. This time, we stayed only for one night in Rome, but I would definetely book the same apartment next time!

You can walk to all of the attractions, restaurants, etc., and there is a bar/diner on the ground floor of the building.

Wir haben die gesamte Stadt zu Fuß erkunden können. Das Apartment ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte ein Refreshment, um den veröffentlichten Bildern vom Apartment gerecht zu werden.

• O (10/5): A great place for couples to stay and a walkable distance to the city - Loved the location, the atmosphere of the apartment and the building, and its easy access to the city. There's a small shop next door for anything you need and lots of nice food places and bars around the area.

• Keith (9/5): Rome in 2 nights! Comfortable apartment that fit perfect for our needs. - 1. The location of this apartment was perfect. The neighborhood is a more 'locals' oriented area, felt like I was staying in someone's neighborhood rather than a hotel in the middle of a tourist area. 2. The bars, restaurants, stores were all in walking distance. Wonderful, lively area! 3. Elevator. Given the apt is on the 5th floor, it was nice to take a break from staircases! 4. Only 2 of us on this trip, the apartment was a very nice, comfortable size One of the main reasons we chose this apt was for it's washing machine (we were traveling light for a 2 week period and needed to wash our clothes) -- the washing machine needs some cleaning maintenance.

• Phillip (6/5): Pleasant - The host was very helpful and eager to make us feel good at the apartment which was on the top floor of the building and with a nice view of Trastevere. From the photos I thought the room decoration would be little nicer... a newly reformed place. Also, when I was booking I was under the impression that this was a hotel or a B&B, but actually it is a room for rent (like airbnb).

Definitely rec - I loved the proximity to Travestere, the first day I walked out of Good Vibes made a right and heard music...followed the music and was pleasantly greeted by a street festival concert series it was awesome!! Made me smile in a huge way. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. The shower was tight but I am a big guy so knew what I was getting into. Its a great location close to everything and easy jaunt to downtown Rome but also to the streets of Travestere which are simply wonderful 😃Thank you so much for having us. Definitely would recommend. First night had issue with remote of air conditioner, in the middle of the night contacted owner on whats app and figured it out quickly. They were great!!! You have a wonderful place. (Sorry I didn't have more pics of inside we were to busy exploring - but we knew we had a safe nice place as a home base) thanks again!!

Will defenitely go back again Bath towels were a little bit uncomfortable (it was difficult to wipe the skin dry) - I would advise to change them

All touristic sites are easily reached by bus, tram. The apartment was perfect for our family stay. A historic building, the elevator was a huge plus. We met Paul upon arrival, thank you so much for your warm welcome!!!

• Durwyn (7/5): Good - Nice location. Very helpful staff. Clear instructions and good Comms. We were allowed to leave our bags until lunchtime. My mistake, but I swore that the place came with 3 beds, but there were only two. We have a little boy and a girl and they simply can't share a fold out couch. So not good for all families. The apartment was very hot despite the AC. We arrived quite late and requested a late checkout but we were told no. We did get a 20 minute extension.

We had to pay 50 EUR on the spot despite having already paid 50 EUR to Booking.com. So we paid a total of 100 EUR for cleaning. This may be an error on Booking.com part, it will be checked.

• Annie (9/5): Great location to explore Rome! - Loved the location! Apartment was clean and great as a home base to explore Rome. Sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids and the AC wasn't very strong though it was doing the best it could with over 100 deg weather. They have a fan too, that helps circulate the air into the living room where the kiddos slept.
