• Brooke (9/5): Fabulous location, accessible by lift, well fit out clean apartment - The location was perfect with many major landmarks within easy walking distance. The lift was a blessing although a few times during our stay it wasn't working which was a little frustrating after a big day exploring then having to climb loads of steps. Having the 2 separate toilets was a blessing with 3 of us staying although having just the 1 shower upstairs wasn't quite so ideal. The apartment was lovely and quiet with no trouble sleeping and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there's a great little mini mart on the corner downstairs to get anything you might need. Super close to restaurants and cafes making it a very easy stay. Having only 1 key between the 3 of us was frustrating. When the key is taken out of the switch the ac stops meaning that someone can't be left behind in the apartment with AC while someone else goes out. You can't get in the front entrance to the building without the key either so if someone stays in the room they need to come down to let you in.

We had a bit of a delay in getting to the Argentina Apartment Roof View, but Stefano waited for us. The location is fantastic and is an easy walk to all of the top destinations. Stefano provided great recommendations. The apartment is exactly as described. Having two bathrooms and two beds was perfect for three adults. I would absolutely stay here again. Nothing.

Stefano is a great host, who met us in person to hand over the keys and give us a guided-tour of the apartment. It has everything you will need to have a great trip! Nothing.

From start to finish, everything about this experience exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the host deserves special recognition. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, starting with arranging seamless airport pick-up and drop-off. Upon arrival, they personally welcomed us at the apartment, making us feel at home right away. Their local knowledge was invaluable—they shared fantastic recommendations for places to visit and the best restaurants to try, which made our holiday truly unforgettable. The apartment itself was a gem. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything a family could need. As a family who prefers having breakfast and a light meal at home, the fully equipped kitchen was a real highlight. The space was both comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of exploring. Location-wise, it doesn’t get any better. Situated right in the heart of Rome, the apartment was a short 5-minute walk from the Pantheon and just 20 minutes from the Colosseum. Having such iconic landmarks practically on our doorstep made sightseeing incredibly convenient, and we loved being able to soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city. If there was an option to give 6 stars, this apartment and its incredible host would deserve them without question. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our New Year holiday. A huge thank you for making our stay so special—we can’t wait to return!

Stefano’s communication was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Would have preferred a bit more hot water and shower pressure but we adjusted. Not much to comment on. Overall great experience.

• Faraaz (9/5): Excellent location, great host, spacious duplex apartment. A great choice for a holiday in Rome - The location, the host, the space inside the apartment. Almost everything was very good and pleasant. It has nothing to do with the apartment or host, but the Haier washing machine kept flooding the apartment by itself and kept us running around the whole time. I am sure the host has this fixed by now and we will not hold anything against him, as he came in a few minutes each time we called and helped out in every way. But I am giving this review, so you check that the washing machine is replaced, or it will give you a hard time.

Stefanos greeted us in person and made sure we knew how everything worked, including the cute lift to the 4th floor. The front door opens right on to Largo di Torre Argentina and the excavated temples site which is a delight to visit. You’ll also find a very good cafe and bar right next door which serves a variety of food. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended. Nothing
