È stato facile anche trovare parcheggio lungo il Tevere Niente, era tutto perfetto! Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da consigliare, direi di aggiungere una piccola cassettiera stile comodino

• Joseph (9/5): We absolutely LOVED the San Michele apartment!!! - The San Michele was rustic and very comfortable! Staff were extremely accommodating and polite. Also very responsive to questions. The location is absolutely amazing. We were immersed in a wonderful little neighborhood. Cafes and restaurants all around. We got to all attractions by foot within 30 mins tops. Most were much closer. Highly recommend!!

• Nino (8/5): A wonderful stay - The apartment is in a perfect location in the historic centre. Our host, Gianluca, was an absolute gentleman, extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this property for anyone contemplating a short stay given its proximity to all the beauty & grandeur of Rome. The only downside really was the air-conditioning unit. Size & capacity of air-conditioning unit; shower screen/ bathroom could do with a make-over

• Kateryna (9/5): Walking distance from most sights.. - We loved the location, all the important sights are within walking distance. There is a bus stop not far from the flat, so you can use public transport in case you want to save time or energy. The place is really authentic and beautiful. If you are traveling on a budget, there's everything you need to cook. It might be loud at night as there is a bar but for us it wasn't a problem. The ceiling is really high but the doorframe to the bathroom was a bit of a pain for two tall people. I was aware of a city tax we had to pay in cash on arrival as it was mentioned in the booking confirmation. However, a week before arrival I was sent the sum I would have to pay in cash and it was much larger than stated by booking as it also included cleaning which had not been mentioned anywhere in the booking confirmation(
• Elizabeth (8/5): Older apartment in the perfect location - This apartment is all about the location. The room itself is large and comfortable, albeit a bit dark. The kitchen has the basics, but not much else. The place needs some maintenance (cracked windows, leaking airconditioner). BUT I would stay here again because of the location. It is right across from Castel Sant' Angelo, and within walking distance to so many lovely restaurants, shops, piazza's. It felt like a dream! An easy bus ride takes you to the train station or anywhere else you need to go. The apartment is old and needs some TLC. The location makes up for this though, it really is a wonderful place to stay in Roma.

• Woonp (9/5): Expensive but you pay for the location - Gianluca was super helpful all through our stay. A simple studio but equipped with everything one needs for a short stay. In the heart of tourist's Rome. You can walk to most of the places of interest in fact. On the flipside all the restaurants in the area charge tourist prices. The heater wasn't functioning on the first night but the host Gianluca was very apologetic and fixed it next morning. Hot water capacity is limited - check the hot water tank needle before you begin your bath! Pretty expensive but seems like everything is pricey in Rome.

• Gill (1/5): A very bad room in a good location - Location It was more of a hostel or a shabby guesthouse rather than a 250 euro per night family room. A narrow staircase with no elevator, poor facilities, a bucket instead of trash can, noisy neighborhood. The actual condition doesn’t resemble the picture in booking.com

• Rohan (7/5): Good location to all top attractions & safe locality, however basic amenities needs to be improved - Property location is very close to all top attractions in Rome. We really liked this part about it. Property was in clean condition when given to us. However a lot of basic amenities were missing such as washing liquid, and only 1 pair of towel and toiletries were given to us even though we booked the stay for a week. No blankets were provided, basic bedding and sheets were provided.
• Defelice (8/5): Perfect apartment for 2 in the heart or Rome - The apartment is in a great location. Easy access to many good restaurants and tourist attractions.
• Joel (8/5): Very good - Good location, walking distance to most attractions. Comfortable bed. Easy checkin- no waiting. Washing machine and drying rack. Bathroom is a strange layout- no screen between the shower and the basin- so everything just gets wet. Kitchen tap sort of sprays everywhere and is half broken through the bench top. No drainer for the kitchen sink so water just ends up all over the bench. Aircon just keeps up in summer, but it’s sort of pointing in a weird direction, resulting in taking along time to cool the bed area. Timber Widows sheds are a bit bent making it difficult to block out the light in the early morning.

• Michail (8/5): Nice place next to castelsantangelo - Quite good apartment literally next to castel sant'angelo, very clean with all the necessary belongings for the stay. It was quite close to the nearest CE market, there were many places to eat and bars quite close. Internet speed was quite slow. It was still difficult to watch a 720p YouTube video and be on the phone at the same time.

• Imelda (9/5): Perfect location. Clean and relaxing apartment. Helpful host! - It's very clean and location is perfect. Host is very helpful and even booked a taxi for me from the airport. All you need is available in the apartment and it even have a washing machine and dishwasher (but we didn't use). It's an amazing apartment but you might have an issue if you have mobility concerns or stroller for baby. It has stairs which can be tricky to go up and down.

• Tsukiji (7/5): Good as sightseeing in Rome, but requires preparation. - Good location to town centre. Towels and beds were clean. Shower room are small. As for renting out apartment, there are few amenities. Washing machine available, but no detergent provided. Noisy outside, noisy at night.

• Larissa (9/5): Perfect stay for visiting Roma - The Location of the apartment is just perfect! You are in 2 minutes walking distance at the river with the famous bridge and you can walk to the city center within 15 minutes. The apartment itself is clean and spacious and furnished lovely. Overall everything was as described. The owner answered very fast. We will surely come back again if we come to Roma next time! You have to pay the rest of the amount and the extra fee for late check-in (which is labelled in the description of the apartment) by cash. This was not really a problem, as long as you are aware and have enough cash with you.

The Air Conditioner was incredibly nice on the hot Roma days. Kitchen was well fitted and the laundry was great. Comfy bed with a nice sofa bed that the kids liked. Everything was great.

Really nice to have a kitchen and a washing machine. Comfortable bed. As with most of the places I staid in Europe, the windows are old and single-pane so you hear a lot of street noise.

• Janet (8/5): 4 nights in Rome - Fantastic location, basic but very clean apartment on first floor of very secure building. Cafés restaurants all very close by. Paola who came to meet me and let me check in early was incredibly nice. Bed was very comfortable, kitchenette had everything you'd need for a few nights With any great central location, comes with a bit of street noise Being on first floor is a plus in terms of less stairs but you're closer to street - talking, traffic etc. Unfortunately one evening the art gallery/bar on the corner was having an event and was pretty loud with music and people talking on the street. No fault to the owner of the property, just something to be aware of. Slept fine regardless Also worth noting - There was a bit of confusion before arrival upon an offer of a taxi transfer - just be aware that sometimes Booking.com offer free transport with some properties The owner also offered to organise a transfer but this was at a cost So getting the two offers confused me initially (just something else to be aware of)
• Sergejs (9/5): Superb - Great location! Very quiet at night. To the Vatican 15 min. walk, to the Pantheon 15 min. walk, to Trastevere 15 min. walk. There are many places nearby with good food, delicious ice cream in Gelateria del Teatro for 3 EUR only. We like this place! We were in December and the room was little chilly, but the air conditioner solved this problem. Basically nothing!

• Chris (10/5): Exceptional stay in an amazing location! - I loved the location, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican and 15 to the Pantheon! Right in the centre of Ancient Rome! The facilities allowed us to prepare some light lunches and breakfasts. The owners were really helpful and took care to make sure we were settled in. Couldn’t have had a better stay! Virtually nothing. A couple of more basic kitchen implements would have been good. The aircon saved our lives because it was a heat wave, it was a little old and noisy at night. Overall, perfect for our needs.
