• Hadeel (5/5): - Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The apartment was not clean, especially the lobby area — we even saw a cockroach and there was a strong smell of garbage. The air conditioners were not cooling properly, and communication with the staff was very difficult; they were slow to respond and hard to reach. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. After we checked out, they contacted us saying we hadn’t paid the city tax, which was unacceptable from our side, as this should have been clarified and handled during check-in. The only positive points were the great location and that they allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated.
• James (2/5): Don’t stay here if it’s hot outside or if you enjoy warm showers. No AC in half the home and barely working AC in the ot - Location is good. The temperature in this apartment is very hot and uncomfortable. I contacted the owner about this and their response was that the units are “powerful”. They are not powerful enough to cool this apartment and the kitchen and living room area has no AC unit at all. There is also not enough hot water to take more than one shower and then you must wait two hours before the hot water refills for another shower. The location is good that’s the only reason I’m giving this a 2. Uncomfortable and I would not stay here again.

• Bella (7/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás ! Központi, mindenhez közel ! Előbb átvehettuk a szállást! Nagyon nehéz be jutni ! A bejárati kulcs és a zár is borzasztó! Szerintem figyelmeztetni kellene a vendégeket , hogy ajtónyitás után , szintkülönbség van! Balesetveszélyes!!! Nincs mikró! Nagyon zavaro! Legalább lehetne egy kisebb fazék amiben lehet melegíteni tejet , bármit ! Főleg ha az ember gyerekkel van akkor komoly gondot okozhat ! ( Nem én ) Mosogato szivacs undorítóan nézett ki , kertünk másikat ! Mindent jeleztunk a helyszínen , ki is jött egy úr, ígérte hogy jelzi a tulajdonos felé és intézkednek! Ez nem történt meg! Viszont A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló ! Ezeket le számítva el lehet tölteni pár napot !

Direkt in der Innenstadt und ca. 5 Min vom Trevi Brunnen entfernt - optisch modern eingerichtet - Super Kommunikation per WhatsApp. - Fenster im Schlafzimmer war kaputt und somit keine Möglichkeit zum öffnen - durch die tolle Lage, war es allerdings auch sehr laut, grad in der Nacht - Badezimmer war sehr eng
• Kerrie (10/5): Authentic pretty apartment in a great location. - Just a few steps from Trevi Fountain yet once inside the apartment it is perfectly peaceful. Two spacious bedrooms with ample space. Fabulous central location. Absolutely loved watching the world go by through the bedroom window. Our host was very helpful if needed. Perfectly happy with everything.

Cerca de los monumentos más emblemáticos de Roma La ubicación de la basura en el pórtico de la entrada que desprendía un olor bastante desagradable. El aire acondicionado si bien funcionaba no fue suficiente para refrescar el ambiente.

• Robert (4/5): Great layout, but let down by poor air conditioning and a few other issues - The location was excellent – central and convenient for exploring the city. We also really appreciated the layout of the apartment, which was thoughtfully designed with two separate bedrooms and a comfortable living area, making it a great setup for families or groups. However, one drawback was the noise level in the main bedroom. Being so centrally located, there was quite a bit of street noise at night and in the early morning, particularly from rubbish collection trucks, which often disturbed our sleep. While this may be expected in such a lively area, it’s something to be aware of for light sleepers. Most notably, the air conditioning was very poor. Despite setting both units to the lowest possible temperature, they severely underperformed, especially in the bathroom and kitchen area where there was no cooling at all. We raised this with the host but unfortunately received no assistance or advice. Compounding the issue, power to the entire apartment was cut off every time we left, meaning the air conditioning couldn't be left running to cool the space before our return. As a result, we would come back to a stiflingly hot apartment each time. The bathroom was also very small - there was no bidet, despite the listing stating otherwise. Additionally, the sofa beds were not practical or fully functional, so we wouldn’t recommend relying on them for sleeping arrangements. There was also an unpleasant odor in the entry area leading up to the apartment, likely due to the main bins being located in the foyer. Lastly, while it wasn’t advertised, it’s worth noting that there is no washing machine in the apartment, which may be important for longer stays.

• Rebecca (9/5): Brilliant location right in the middle of things. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the busy vibe. We took earplugs and s - Clean and modern light rooms. Responsive hosts. Guests should be aware you need to walk through the kitchen-diner to reach the small bathroom. Our son was sleeping on the sofa bed so was disturbed, but it was worth this inconvenience due it’s capacity to accommodate our whole family comfortably.

• Daniel (10/5): On another level. - Federico and Federica went above and beyond in providing helpful tips to experience our getaway in the authentic Roman way. The location was superb and the generous sized beds were super comfy. It was a great property. Nothing to say.
• Charles (8/5): Great Stay and Visit with some bumps or issues. - Location—location—location! Great service once issues were brought to the Host’s attention. The service guy was excellent. He needed to replace WiFi router. We ha no local TV or Netflix due to terrible internet connections. We also had a problem with getting into the unit when we first arrived. The service man had to change the key.
