• Dilara (8/5): Amazing stay fantastic location. Reasonably priced compared to other properties - The location was excellent in the heart of the hustle and bustle with lovely cobbled streets lined with cafes and restaurants We walked to all the main sites and didn’t need the tour bus which we originally planned to get Although hotel details said no WiFi there actually was WiFi available at the apartment Everything we needed was available and was very clean The air conditioning was not so great and the appointment was on the top floor of winding staircase. No lift Generally that would not have been a problem it was hard for my 72year old mother to climb I bit challenging without luggage too

• Mykola (7/5): - A good host who stays in touch and helps resolve any current issues. The location of the apartment. 1. Dust on many items. 2. Mold in the shower. 3. The key works via the internet — when the internet goes down, it becomes difficult to get into the apartment (my child accidentally disconnected it). 4. Two bags of trash from the previous tenants were not taken out. 5. The apartment is much, much darker than in the photos.

Просторно, есть стиральная машина. доступ в квартиру с телефона. Хозяин быстро решал вопросы Дом старый, поэтому очень влажно и сыро( спасались кондиционерами). В ванной плесень. Нету мыльницы Грохот от дверей соседей сильно передается по стенам. Замок в квартиру не особенно надежный. Для кого-то может быть трудно подниматься по узкой лестнице на 4 этаж( лифта нет и не может быть))
• Ian (8/5): Good location, clean and safe area. - Location is good.. plenty of restaurants and bars close by and pretty central to most areas… clean with aircon available in rooms; It’s on the 4th floor with pretty steep stairs to carry cases up to; bathroom is modern but shower head won’t always stay in place: no wardrobe in double bedroom so have to hang clothes in the hallway area.

Les photos de l'appartement ne sont pas actualisées, en effet, il n'y a pas de salon, c'est en fait la seconde chambre, le quartier est assez bruyant, il n'est pas précisé qu'il faut gravir de nombreuses marches avant d'arriver, la tv ne fonctionne qu'avec nos propres abonnements et il manque plusieurs choses dans la cuisine pour pouvoir en profiter : seulement deux cuillères, un égouttoir trop petit, peu d'assiettes identiques, pas de torchon,... C'est dommage par rapport au prix payé.

• Tara (4/5): Very disappointed, not as described - Comfy beds, good location Very disappointed. Description inaccurate. There were no couches as shown in the photos and no on site restaurant as described. This was down the street at the end of the block. The kitchen did not have enough cutlery, crockery etc for the 4 of us to eat at once. 2 bowls, 2 spoons, 1 teaspoon. Dirty plates in the cupboard and got no response when i contacted the agency.Tiny hot water cylinder so less than 5 minutes of showers in total before it ran out. Most of the power points didn't work. Very difficult access with luggage- tight spiral staircase to 5th floor. Needed phone and data to access front door and apartment.

• Milena (9/5): - Location, location, location! Location was the most prefect location in the world. The place has its own charm, and every little imperfection is easy to accept. Neighbourhood was charming with all you'll need or love. Host is caring. Me and my family will come back here.
• Audrey (8/5): Top locatie!! - De locatie is top!! Alles was zeer goed te bereiken te voet. Supermarkt om de hoek. Bus of taxi binnen 1 minuut te bereiken. Ook het contact per WhatsApp met Vincenzo verliep vlot. Kon beter gepoetst worden, vooral de badkamer en een deken op de bedden zou fijn zijn. Was alleen een laken op het bed aanwezig. Let op dat je 3 verdiepingen op moet met de trap. Geen lift aanwezig.

• Kaitlyn (8/5): Great location, comfortable beds - Comfortable beds, great location. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Lots of stairs, had some issues with the AC (that were resolved by switching off the main power source near the front door) and power outlets. The space is quite tight for larger groups.
• Tina (9/5): Brilliantly located, helpful host & lovely apartment. - The place was extremely well positioned. The host was helpful as the hairdryer didn't work & within 2 days he got us a new one. The automatic opening of the doors was ok, but considering only one out of 3 of us had WiFi, it became an issue as we had to go out everywhere together. Also one day the phone battery ran out & as a result one of us had to pay to put the WiFi on our phone in order to open the door. (that probably wouldn't be an issue with young people..haha)

El apartamento esta ubicado en el ultimo piso de 3, q son de doble altura, es casi como subir 5 pisos x escaleras q no son muy anchas y es muy difícil subir y bajar con equipaje.

• Scott (8/5): Great place to stay, easy access with mobile entry. Challenging stairs to enter apartment on 4th floor with no lift. Hos - Loved the layout of the property. Plenty of bedding. Air conditioning on all rooms made it great as it was damn hot. Stairs to front door are hard, 4 flights and can be difficult at night and for people with age or difficulty climbing. Broken TV and bedding covers could be replaced.

• Alexis (6/5): All in all, the apartment was more than adequate. - Great location. Clean apartment. Friendly and helpful host (although we only communicated via Whatsapp) The equipment in the apartment was rather basic. Too few sockets, no central lamp in the kitchen, not enough lamps in the large bedroom, not enough clothing pegs and towel racks (for drying towels). We only received one and half rolls of toilet paper upon arrival and no kitchen towels nor dishrag nor detergent (but when we found and contacted the host, he arranged for extra toilet paper and a towel to be delivered). Also the kitchen was rather basic (no oven), with several frying pans that were incompatible with the cooker. There was no other place to put the dish-dripper than on the cooker (which is not safe).

There were no blankets for all beds (only for two small beds)

• Amanda (9/5): This is a terrific apartment with an attentive but not intrusive host; we loved it! - The location is exceptional!--right in the historical center, within easy reach of many major attractions and countless good dining options. We enjoyed an excellent dinner at Da Francesco, which is right down the block. The apartment is well laid out for a family, with the spacious kitchen in the center and a bedroom first and last off the main hall way. There is a mini-split in each room (four in all) so climate control was great; we were able to stay cool and comfortable in spite of fierce summer heat outside. The apartment was clean and up to date. The host went above and beyond for us--we accidentally left a backpack behind in a taxi when we left the city, and he called the taxi company to try to track it down. Our host provided an electronic door code which worked fine the first time, but on subsequent days was a little unreliable. In each case, we sent the host a text on WhatsApp and the problem was quickly addressed. The photos on Booking.com for the apartment need updating. We found it to be clean and spacious, but it doesn't match the pictures on this site--specifically, there is no separate living room, just a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There weren't any dish towels in the kitchen and no separate trash can in the bathroom--these are very small details, however. We had a great stay and loved this apartment.
• Catherine (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent, close to all major sites. Handy supermarkets and excellent restaurants around the corner. The beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, apartment clean and most importantly the air conditioning was effective which we were so glad of as it was 40 degrees outside! I thought from the photos there would be a comfy sofa to sit on with the family but only communal area was the kitchen which was not very comfy. Also lots of steps to get up to the apartment which I hadn't realised.

• Luis (8/5): Very good - The location is near Navona Plaza, where you can find great restaurants and bars. Also, the place is very comfortable in the inside. The apartment has 4 floors with no elevator. If you have a lot of luggage it is not convenient to stay here.

Short walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain. The rooms were accommodating and the amenities of the property worked well for our trip. The refrigerator did not work, making it impossible to buy groceries which meant we ate out a lot. The bathroom is small, but worked fine for our group. The apartment was very dusty and we had to ask for cleaning service to change sheets and towels although the property said it would happen on a schedule.

• Keren (5/5): Passable - The apartment is situated in a very good place, in the center of many restaurants and close to many places. The apartment is very well equiped. The main problem was that the flat is on the 4th floor with many stairs and no elevator, we arrived with many suitcases , 2 children and a baby! The owner never said at any point that it is on the 4th floor of an old building! Also we were 5 people and only received 4 big towels. Only on the third day of our stay he sent more towels and until then we used the towels between us. The double bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable.
• Jacquelyn (10/5): Wonderful family apartment to enjoy Rome. - They layout was great - perfect sleeping arrangement for two parents and two children. The central location was wonderful. The host was helpful and responsive when we had an unexpected issue (not his fault at all!). The washing machine was very convenient. Very convenient to a taxi stand, many shops and restaurants, and many popular tourist attractions. I didn't realize it was a fourth-floor walk-up apartment. That was a bit challenging with luggage, but otherwise fine. I also didn't realize that the "full kitchen" did not include an oven.

Refrigerator had an odor of spoiled milk. Noise from nearby restaurants is extreme and lasts well past midnight.

Good kitchen facilities. Being in the centre and near bars and restaurants there was a lot of noise in the early hours. Also I feel the pictures for this property are not true of the accommodation as it’s described as a 2 bed apartment and the photos show a lounge yet there is no lounge as that is now the twin bedroom.

• Val (3/5): Would not recommend. Nothing like the pictures in advertisement. NO LIFT. - Location No one to meet us to assist us up many flights of stairs to the top. 2 mature aged ladies travelling alone. The place is a fire hazard with most electrical outlets either not working or taped. Light switch on stairs hanging precariously. No ceiling lights only lamps, some of which didn't work. Fridge and stove plugged in to a questionable extension lead that was taped. Didn't use the air cons as they were too dirty. Left for over 45 minutes at top of stairs as keys were bent and wouldn't open door.
• Staci (8/5): Fantastic location in hip part of Rome with lots of restaurants and shopping near by. - The location is absolutely fantastic! The owner and staff were very helpful on all aspects and available at all times if needed. There was also AC which was great as it was still quite warm in September. Plenty of room in the apartment which is always nice in a city. The apartment had not been cleaned when arrived so had to be scarce for a bit and was exhausted from travel. Carrying up the suitcases six flights was a bit rough. This is not a place for older people that is for sure.

Lot many restaurants and shops in the street below or the adjoining street made it convenient. The property could have been kept ready in time for us to check-in as per mentioned hours. The 4 storeys can get tough to reach with luggage, this was well clarified though.
• Laura (9/5): Perfect location, spacious and clean - The location was perfect. Right by Piazza Navona, resturaunts and shops right down the blocks. Walking distance to sites. The place was clean and spacious. Perfecto! Hallway a bit dark walking up the steps to the apartment at night.
