• GEORGIOS (9/5): Ένα όμορφο τριήμερο στην πόλη της Αναγέννησης - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική μέσα στο ιστορικό κέντρο και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια,τα περισσότερα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος.Είχε τριγύρω παρά πολλές επιλογές σε καφέ και φαγητό καθώς και πολλά καταστήματα για αγορές. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν κρύο όταν φτάσαμε και χρειάστηκε αρκετές ώρες μέχρι η θερμοκρασία να φτάσει στους 20 βαθμούς, ώστε να είναι δυνατό να κάνουμε μπάνιο χωρίς να κρυώσουμε.

• Faherty (10/5): Stunning!!! 5star! - The property was stunning - super location, spotlessly clean, really spacious and provided everything you needed for a few days in Rome with children. Diego was super helpful! Nothing - couldn’t fault it - it was beautiful
• Taline (7/5): Location made up for the cons. - Location was perfect. Sofas were not comfortable to sit on. One of the bathroom didn’t drain properly. Overall there was a bad smell in the apartment. The apartment needs a little update, photos look much nicer than reality.
• Ashleigh (10/5): Would come back again - Everything!! The room, the location, the host. All wonderful! Thank you so much for making our stay special. It was my son's 16th birthday I requested a cake and balloons, which was no trouble and was absolutely gorgeous for our arrival to the apartment! The only thing I didn't like were the beds. Horrendously uncomfortable, mattresses are very very firm. After the first night I moved to the sofa bed which proved to be much better sleep with a softer mattress on it.

• Saskia (9/5): Heerlijk! - Centrale ligging. Fijne host. Wij waren daar met 6 personen. Twee ervan sliepen op de slaapbank in de huiskamer. Je mist hierdoor eigenlijk een huiskamer waar je even lekker kan relaxen.

Living Room TV didn’t work (didn’t notice until last day)… wasn’t even batteries in one remote… but also didn’t power up with power button on tv. Elevator was strange… very strange… occasionally stuck on other floors

Espacioso y cómodo. Al viajar con un bebé echamos en falta un microondas en la cocina para calentar su comida .

• Milica (10/5): Great! - Very cozy and interesting apartment. Clean, bright, well equipped. The location is fantastic, near Trevi fountain. We had the great time! In one of the bathrooms, the shower hose and showerhead were broken, so literally it was impossible to shower. Also, the regulation of the water temperature was weird - it was either completely cold or totally hot.

• Tricia (10/5): Exception stay, great location, very nice and kind hosts! - I travelled with my older parents and brother to Rome last week. All of us absolutely loved our stay at the EVE guest house. You can’t ask for a better accommodation in the heart of Rome within walking distance to all the great sites. The apartment was exceptionally clean. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay with family. The kitchen is beautiful and functional with everything one may need. The beds and linens were clean and adequate for November weather in Rome. The WiFi service was great. The transfer service back and forth to the airport was on point. The location is excellent with a taxi stand, numerous restaurants, a fruteria and grocery stores within a stone’s throw away. Our hosts Valentina and Giulio were very responsive and caring of our needs and answered all our questions before the trip. Big thanks to them both! Special thanks also to Diego and Grazia for their support and help during our time in Rome. It meant a lot! I’ll book this property again next time I’m in my most favorite destination in Europe - the most beautiful and eternal city Rome. Small nit nothing major. The drainage in the shower stall needs a second look.

• Nikki (9/5): Fantastic Central Location - Fantastic location just round the corner from the Trevi Fountain. Restaurants on the doorstep and a great buzz. Apartment met our needs with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Met on our arrival and handed the keys and given basic information regarding the apartment which was all we needed. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a central location. Ensuite did not have a 'stand in shower' only shower attachment in the bath however, for a long weekend this was not a major issue

He just washed the air filters and left. The air was still not cooling the apartment well. The apartment had to full bathrooms, the first bathroom had a shower with very low ceilings. The second bathroom had a tub.

• Chris (8/5): Family guesthouse gem - The location was fantastic. The apartment was spacious and clean. There were no plates, bowls, cups, glasses, or mugs. So we couldn't really make use of the kitchen or even have a glass of wine, cup of tea or coffee. Also, drains were a bit smelly at times.

The host was very responsive and provided lot of things which we had requested for. It’s perfect stay for Rome being centrally located and enough space and new facilities. There were few teething issues and bathroom issues, like the master bathroom has an open tub bath not conducive for use.

• Lucianna (9/5): The BEST location for Rome - The location was unbelievable. Downstairs were some great restaurants and it was so close to Trevi Fountain. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Had everything you could require. The staff were very helpful and set us up with a group chat a little bit before we arrived to Rome. If we had any questions we messaged and were helped straight away. There was only 1 thing I didn’t like - it was particularly cold the 4 nights we were in Rome. Unfortunately, there are currently gas/electricity restrictions in Rome and between April and November, you cannot put the heater on. Sadly we felt a bit cold. So be prepared for that if you come to Rome - but nothing at all the property could do about the law for the area.

There is also a transfer service available for pickup at the airport and drop off (at an extra cost but very convenient!) The hosts are great. Lots of restaurants and shopping within a 5 mins walk There was no shower curtain in the master bedroom bathroom and thus the floor always ended up wet. Internet connection (WIFI) at the master bedroom is very poor.

The size was massive and the fact it had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen was great. The lift was great and the staff that met us to let us in were fantastic too! Nothing!

The flat itself is specious, modern but with old times touch and contains a kitchen with a dish washer, washing machine (no dryer) , Nespresso machine and oven (no microwave). Also 2 bathrooms , one with a big bath tub and one with a shower. 2 bedrooms with double bed and one sofa in the the living room turning into additional double bed/ Shower doors is too noisy and cannot be closed properly Sofa is comfy to sleep on but not to sit in folded position. could be cleaner, we had some ants. the flat is rather new, but not very well maintained. The building is old but has an elevator that helps to carry up the luggage.

We were given two rolls of toilet paper for three nights for five people and when we asked for more they said we had to buy our own. They also wouldn’t store our bags for us after we checked out.

• Emma (7/5): Good central location but details detracted from overall experience. - Location was central. Flat was spacious and modern. A little oasis away from the crowds. Few dislikes. The kitchen stools are too big so you cannot get your legs under the island to eat a meal properly. There is no chopping board, oven dish and only 5 mugs. 20 euro spent kitting the kitchen a bit better would be a good investment before summer season. We also disliked that there were no duvet covers. Only sheets so you ended up sleeping with an uncovered duvet that is not very hygienic and looked like they needed a good clean. Radiator in en-suite bathroom not working so it was freezing and wall lamp in lounge not working so bit dark.
