Loved our stay, made the trip even more memorable. Kids absolutely loved the place and didn't want to leave. Will definitely stay again!

There’s lots of space, and the apartment is finished to a high standard. And Alla, who runs the property, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this apartment too highly! Having to leave at the end of our holiday!

• Leona (8/5): - The location was really good - we are right smack in a high end shopping area in Rome with many food options and convenience shops. The main Rome attractions are walkable from the apartment. However, it was a little too far away from the train station. The apartment was clean, warm and cosy when we arrived, and the beds were comfortable. The shower controls were difficult to operate (toilet attached to bedroom near the kitchen). The water could come out too hot, there is risk of scalding. Once you get it, it’s a comfortable hot shower. There is a smell of sewage pipe in the passage leading to the 2 bedrooms at the back. I don’t think this is the property’s fault. It’s a problem usually with buildings that are quite old.

• AlviPrincipe (10/5): Ottimo appartamento, con tre camere e tre bagni. - Appartamento in pieno centro in vie di negozi. Le foto del sito rispettano la realtà. Non c'è l'ascensore ma ci sono scale comode. Bel salotto ampio. Tre vere camere matrimoniali, ampie con letti comodi, ben isolate con bagno privato in camera, con asciugacapelli e saponi. Contatto con chi gestisce la struttura pronto e veloce! Da qui si raggiungono i principali monumenti, negozi, locali o ristoranti. Prenotato a una buona tariffa. Appartamento trovato fresco e pulito. Sicuramente consigliato Semplificare la procedura di check in che si fa in un portale, un po macchinoso.

• TOMOKI (10/5): ローマの休日 - ポポロ広場とスペイン広場の中間に位置し、立地が最高に良いです。周辺にレストラン、バー、スーパーマーケットがあるため、食事にも困りません。Babuino通りにはハイブランドが立ち並び、ショッピングを楽しみたい人にも最適な立地です。 非常に親切なオーナーで、滞在中もこまめに連絡(What’s up)を入れてくれます。滞在中に困ることは何もありませんでした。部屋も清潔に保たれていて、快適に過ごすことができます。今回は家族4人で利用しましたが、皆満足しています。次回、ローマに来る時はまた泊まりたい場所です。 大きな問題ではありませんが、何点か改善点はあります。主寝室のシャワールームの排水とドアの開閉、洗濯機のカビ臭さの改善。

The only thing that was a bit annoying , the air condition wasn’t up to the heat outside , maybe because I came on heat wave that hit Europe early July 25 . No elevator , I came with a family of six , with young kids , no elevator was struggle moving luggage up and down .

The apartment fit 5 of us comfortably, and is in a safe and secure building. It is beautifully decorated, and the beds are comfortable. We appreciated the large space in every room. The host was very accommodating with friendly and quick responses to our questions or requests. We highly recommend this apartment!
• Melissa (10/5): Roman life at your doorstep. - This apartment was pretty much perfect for my husband and I with 2 small kids as well as my elderly parents. It was so central to fantastic resturants, a little grocery store and pretty easy walk to most attractions. The apartment was like a home away from home and the hosts provided little staples items to help you settle in like pepper, salt, laundry detergent and paper towel. There are a few flights of stairs but they are nice wide steps so seemed easier to climb than we had all through the UK. The host was also extremely helpful! Probably the only negative I can think of was the wi-fi was a little poor at times but honestly that didn’t ruin anything for us as the rest of the stay was great.
• Silvana (9/5): A great family-friendly 3 bedroom apartment! - Great apartment located inside a palazzo. Very spacious in a quiet part of town nestled among high-end shops. My family of four felt very comfortable and safe. You can enter the building and apartment using an app on your phone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The apartment also has a washer and dryer. The unit was fully stocked with kitchen items and toiletries. The host offered excellent communication through WhatsApp. Highly recommended! The unit was located on the third floor and there was no elevator. This was no problem for my family, but could be a challenge for others due to the many steps that need to be climbed, especially when arriving the first time with luggage.

• Lisa (9/5): Superb - Convenient location and responsive host! Was able to open door with code sent to my cell phone. Well designed apartment with nice sized rooms and en-suites set in a courtyard. Many stairs so maybe not the best choice for someone elderly or with mobility challenges. But location is still better than most as it is walking distance from Spanish steps, Trevi, Pantheon, etc. Also within limits of tours that will pick you up if you are staying in Roma Centro.

Gave us more space and location was perfect. We all loved the building and really added to the Roman experience. Plus , having a washing machine in the apartment was very helpful when traveling to several locations. would have prefer better lighting in the apartment

• Şevket (10/5): It was perfect. - Although we didn’t spend much time at the house, it was beautifully furnished. Normally, when visiting Rome, this house was comfortable and stylish enough to spend time in. All the rooms were clean. The street where the house was located had all the world-famous brands, and it was very convenient. It was a 10-minute walk to the Spanish Steps and other tourist attractions. We had a great time. The host, Alla, was incredibly attentive and very sweet. Even before we boarded the plane from Istanbul, she kept asking if we needed anything and took great care of us. She showed excellent hospitality. Actually, there wasn’t anything I disliked about the property. The only thing was that when we entered the house, there wasn’t any bottled water available since they normally drink tap water. It would have been nice to have bottled water in the house. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The three bedrooms, each with their own en-suite are situated so everyone has their own privacy and are quiet. The hosts are awesome- easy and prompt communication along with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The stairs - they are wide and easy to walk, but there are 5 flights. Not a problem, just FYI

• Kieran (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was beautifully presented. Air-conditioning was on for our arrival which was needed.! Instructions were easy to follow. Massive space for a family of 5. Location was perfect for all the tourist attractions to walk or short taxi/Uber/Bus. Nothing really, WIFI was slow at times but no negative feedback as far as we are concerned.

Three bathrooms - excelent for us, who were 3 families. Excelent location: only 200 m from Spanish Steps. The host supported us in all our requests. The price. A little more than we can permite. But I agree that it is in accordance with what it is offered. Not coffe, and I like coffe ! ! !

Not only is it located in a wonderful area, it is also spacious, clean, comes with all the essentials, and has some nice touches that you don’t expect. We were able to walk for most of our tours, and we found many cafés, shops, and markets very close by. It was also convenient to the taxi and metro areas to get to longer distances quickly. But, by far the best part of our stay was our host. For our first trip to Rome, Alla helped with so many little things…filling out gov’t required info before our stay, a “black book” with all essentials for apt, how to operate the remote controlled A/C unit, and simply answering all our “tourist” concerned questions promptly, professionally, and with care! Alla was so responsive and informative that it made our trip easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place and particularly this host to anyone visiting Rome.

The apartment is on one of the main shopping streets, plenty of good restaurants nearby and a supermarket for any groceries. Alla our host was very attentive, very informative and replied to any queries straight away, she gave us lots of great hints and tips for our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped, couldn't fault it. The only downside to our stay was that it had to come to an end.

• Kristen (10/5): Amazing home away from home in Rome! - The location is perfect, the apartment is close to many attractions (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Borghese Gardens and the metro station). Each room has it's own attached bathroom, which makes it very convenient for a party of 5 people traveling together. Checking in is a breeze, all paperwork can be completed online prior to arrival. First time travelers to Italy should know that you must provide your passport information when you check in. The home owners are required to report it to the police for safety reasons. Once you arrive, you just click on the links in an app to gain access to the building and the apartment. This apartment is fully equipped allowing you to feel at home even in a foreign country. The AC worked perfectly as did the washer and dryer. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. They even provided a short video so guests know exactly where to go and what to do when checking in. I would highly recommend this apartment. The internet in the living room works, but it does not reach the bedrooms. There was a box in one of the bedrooms that may have been an extender or router but it had a red light. We could have reached out to management but we were too busy having fun. Most of the TV is in Italian and I do not believe the TVs provided access to Netflix but I am not sure as we were not really concerned about watching television.
• Bonnie (10/5): If you want a big, upscale, centrally located apartment, BOOK THIS PLACE NOW! - The location cannot be beat. This apartment is on the BEST SHOPPING street in Rome. The hostess was beyond accommodating. We got in a bit early and she made sure I was able to park my luggage and start experiencing Rome! The apartment itself is clean, huge, and upscale. We did not lack for anything! We threw our coins into the Trevi, so when we return we will rent this apartment for our stay! Washing machine didn't work at first. It was Easter weekend, so it understandably took a bit longer to get maintenance. Hostess was very responsive about getting help.

The area the apartment is in felt safe and we were were able to walk pretty much to all of the sites we wanted to visit. Alla was very prompt responding to any concerns. The AC didn’t quite seem to work. we opened the windows at night any that seemed to help.
