• Mary Ann (10/5): - Good service and helpful staff. Me and my family had stayed in Vatican Garden before and we decided to book for it the second time but the place was under refurbishment so the owner relocated us to Zeus Inn which is under the same umbrella and the property was closed to each other. Cristina was helpful to organise things for us and facilitate the taxi to pick us up at the Fiumicino Airport. I can't thank enough our good taxi driver "Frido" who offered to wait for 3 hrs for my delayed luggage just to save me from coming back for it. The place was very clean, spacious and conveniently close to Vatican Garden, St Peter Square, St Peter Basilica and shops. The place is safe, comfortable and well equipped for basic needs in a self catering apartment. It does have an elevator to the apartment from the ground floor no need to use the stairs. The place is spacious for a bigger group. The overall experience was exceptional and highly recommended.👍 None

• federica (9/5): Posizione ottima e presenza di ascensore. - La posizione dell’appartamento è ottima. Veramente a due passi da San Pietro e dalla Metro. Le dimensioni delle camere, la presenza di due bagni. Il pavimento era sporco.

Appartamento molto grande e pulito, completo di tutto e con ascensore (5° piano). 2 camere molto spaziose con 2 letti matrimoniali in ciascuna + divano letto matrimoniale in una delle 2. Cucina completa di tutto e 2 bagni. Adatto ad ospitare fino a 10 persone Dei 2 bagni presenti solo 1 con doccia usufruibile per presenza di una sola caldaia in comune ai 2 bagni, e in uno dei 2 bagni box doccia incompleto (mancava parte del vetro da chiudere con fuoriuscita completa di acqua). Nel complesso appartamento favoloso. Se tornassi a Roma in famiglia/gruppo lo affitterei ancora
• GONZALO (10/5): Estancia agradable y confortable - La localización, el edificio, la amabilidad con la que nos trataron ya que nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora a dejar el equipaje, la amplitud del alojamiento Tienen dos baños pero en uno de ellos no tienen mampara de ducha por lo que todo el agua se sale y empapa todo el suelo cuando te duchas. Además los cerrojos de las puertas del baño no funcionan.

• Geraldo (5/5): I would not stay at this place again. - Location was great and the apart was decent and spacious. The host is not responsive and they never answered my questions or helped me with anything. Their instructions to get in the apartment don’t work! It took us 1.5h to find the key. The host only cares about getting their city tax fee as they asked me to pay online rather than cash at check in. Also, you need a key to turn on the AC, if you need to leave at night and take the key with you, then the family stays without AC. I asked them to separate the keys and they ignored my request.
• Helena (7/5): Reasonably priced accommodation - We where 5 siblings with our elder mother taking her back to her home land,so we all fitted in the rooms well and the prices was very good.close to St Peter's square. It's a bit dated and the kettle didn't work.
• Annemieke (7/5): Convenient location - The location is great, close to good restaurants and attractions. The apartment has large bedrooms. Agent from a real estate was responsive once we connected by phone. Not through booking.com There were a few things which need rectification for this apartment to have a 4 star rating. The apartment should have enough glassware and cups (matching would be nice also) for the number of guests which can be up to 8. The A/C’s filters must be cleaned regularly for them to cool effectively. The washing machine must be working during an extended stay. Second bathroom shower screen is missing/broken and we could not use this shower, it should be replaced.

• Natalie (10/5): Ideal apartment in a secure complex - Great location. The apartment was huge, so ideal for our family if four.Although there is no lounge area, this did not bother us as we were out all day. There is a sofa in one of the bedrooms which was adequate. Both bedrooms have 2 large beds in so plenty of room. The apartment was clean and in a nice area, which is very secure. Communication could have been better. I was worried as no one was replying to my messages, but it all worked out fine.

Quite hard to reach the host, I booked months in advance had several messages but host only replied to me a day or 2 before booking which was quite stressful on my end. Wifi was quite slow and low.

• Pia (9/5): Great location - It was very close to the Vatican Museum. The apartment has 2 big rooms with 2 queen beds in each room. The person who cleaned our room was very thorough with his work. He met us at 11am for bag drop off, he let us in so we can leave our belongings while he cleaned it. When we came back at 330pm the place was very clean. There were air conditioning in the rooms and dining area. There's a coffee shop just outside the complex and they let us bring their coffee cups up in our apartments on their tray and said that we can just return it when we're finished. Such a good gesture for them to let us enjoy our coffee. There's plenty of small shops to buy food/groceries. The room is in the last floor (5th) but there is a lift anyway, not an issue. Double glazing windows, kept the noise out at night.
• Charl (8/5): Enjoyable stay in Rome - Location. Spacious bedrooms. The washing machine didn't work. The safe had no batteries and therefor didn't work. The one toilet kept giving problems when flushing and had missing parts.

The toilet didn’t flush properly in the small shower room. The toilet seat in the larger shower room wasn’t fitted properly. Could have done with some spare towels.

• Carol (9/5): Would stay again. Am recommending to friends. - The location with many sidewalk cafes outside the building. The building was very safe. The neighborhood was very nice for walking and safe. Very clean. The quiet. So nice to sleep in quiet. The comfy beds. Large bedrooms. Lot’s of towels. The beautiful bathrooms and the tiny lights on the bathroom ceiling in red that were soft light and I want some! Showers were wonderful. Washer The air conditioning worked excellent. Price very good for this apartment. Wifi did not work for us. We used our home country phone plan. Someone else had same issue in comment section.
• O'meara (8/5): Spacious clean apartment by the Vatican - This apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms and clean and very close to the Vatican Museum entrance. It is also close to the subway station so it was convenient to hop on the subway and go to other parts of Rome. We had a little hiccup during check-in. There was a miscommunication about the check in time and the key was not in the lock box. When I called the number listed on booking.com nobody answered which caused me some anxiety. The keys were also not labeled and it wasn’t clear which key opened which door. Once we got in the rest of the stay was very comfortable. When I booked the apartment a few months earlier, washer was listed as one of the amenities, but the washer was not usable when we got there. On the listing Q&A, the host said there is an microwave, but there isn’t one when we were there.
• Julie (5/5): Vatican experience - Location was fabulous. Walking distance to Vatican. Many good restaurants in area. Run down, washing machine not working and staff didnt help with issue. Staff ignored requests to get it fixed. 2nd bathroom is wasted space and needs many repairs. Airconditioning very noisy.
• Stephanie (9/5): Superb - We loved the location and it was a beautiful apartment with lots of amenities. We had a little difficulty with check in, but other than that it was a wonderful stay.
• Saurav (9/5): Superb - Very close to Vatican City. Metro and bus stop very near. Apartment is very big and clean. All facilities available in the apartment. Lot of lights which I liked a lot. Check in could be smooth if someone meets you in the apartment. The keys are put is box and locked with a code at the entrance.
• Marika (10/5): Amazing flat and the best location. - Fantastic location, couldn't be better. An amazing flat with spacious and comfortable rooms and plenty of space for us four - the beds allowed up to eight people. One big bathroom with a shower and one small, also with a shower, so no need to queue. It was tidy and well kept. The kitchen faces the inner garden, so you have your morning coffee accompanied by beautiful birdsong. The Vatican is literally next door, from the balcony you can overlook the queue to the Vatican Museums. Can't think of anything we found wanting.

• Maniwmg (8/5): Large apartment close to Vatican City and Museum, well suited for 2 families ! - Very large apartment close to Vatican City, equipped with 2 bed rooms and 4 beds to accomodate comfortably 2 families with 3 to 4 kids. Free wifi, well equiped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, with 3 large smart TVs. Entire lighting was amazing !! Too expensive for the value offered, no bottled water, beds could have been much better, even though free wi-fi - speed was super slow. One of the bathroom was not able to lock and we could not use at all ! Apartment is in the 5th floor and the lift to reach was too lousy.
• Ralitsa (10/5): Exceptional - We had an amazing stay in this apartment. It is very spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and decorated. The location couldn't be better - next to the Vatican, and in are full of shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend it and will be happy to visit it again!
• Mandy (9/5): Superb - Very good location. Very clean apartment. We asked for more towels and they were given to us as soon as possible, which was great. However, the staff tend to take a while before answering your messages. Also, we couldn’t leave the luggage longer than 1pm during our checkout, which was a downer. Other than that, great service!!
• Edina (9/5): Perfect for 5-6 person - Perfect location, very safe and nice surrondings, close to shops, restaurants, cafes, public transport, and of course the Vatican. Spacious home, with elevator. Noting really. Maybe some more knives would make it more convenient.

• Andrew (10/5): Spacious, Comfortable Stay 5 Minutes From the Vatican - Large, airy, very clean: the photos don't do it justice! The balcony was lovely for a morning coffee. We stayed in August with temperatures in the 30s and the aircon was extremely effective. Three TVs, all Netflix capable, when it's time to chill out. Two showers with rainfall shower heads.The complex is very quiet. The location was incredible for access to the Vatican and transport (metro just 5 min walk away). Plenty of places to eat nearby, and lots of convenience stores. Just excellent: would definitely stay again. Wifi could be a bit patchy and slow. Also there were only two knifes in the cutlery drawer. And that's about it for negative.
