• maria elena (10/5): - La struttura è situata in centro a pochi passi dal Colosseo e dalla fermata Colosseo della metropolitana . Purtroppo chi ci ha accolto il signor Umar era parecchio scontroso nei nostri confronti e rispondeva in modo non educato.

El bullicio, los locales para desayunar, comer, tomar un cóctel o un café con un dulce... La decoración del apartamento, muy acogedor. La gente de Roma, amable, simpática, llena de energía muy contagiosa. La comida, como siempre, deliciosa. La decoración nocturna de los locales es perfecta. Un 10. Complimenti! Ah! Y el anfitrión nos recomendó varios lugares para comer, y fuimos a la pizzería Sorbillo, en Piazza Augusto Imperatore... Un lugar tranquilo, sin coches, sin ruido, una comida fantástica, estilo napolitano... Una gran recomendación, gracias... Echamos mucho de menos en el apartamento un microondas. Había un pequeño horno, pero estamos acostumbrados desde hace años a calentar la comida en microondas. Por otro lado, después de 5 visitas, pienso que Roma hoy en día es una ciudad atestada de turismo desbocado, difícil de organizar. Es mejor visitarla en épocas más tranquilas, aunque dudo ya que eso exista.

• Roya (10/5): Great location, comfortable and clean accommodation, friendly host, very well organised! - Very friendly host who met us on arrival, the apartment has everything you need and more. The bedroom faces are square, which is very noisy overnight. The loud noise of the rubbish trucks collecting empty glasses from the local bars and restaurants crashing and banging through the night, taxi drivers blowing their horn etc.
• Yurena (6/5): Great location, but cold, poor maintenance and nonexistent customer service - The apartment is spacious and very well located. It would be perfect if the equipment were in good condition. Our experience in this apartment was disappointing for several reasons: - Insufficient heating: The heating only worked in the living room, but it was completely inadequate to warm up the rest of the apartment. In the bedroom and bathroom, the heating was present but not working, so we were very cold. - Poor lighting: Several lamps had burnt-out bulbs, including the one in the exterior hallway leading to the stairs. As a result, we had to use our phone flashlight to unlock the door, which was not only inconvenient but also created a sense of insecurity due to the complete darkness in the hallway. - Poorly equipped kitchen: Although the kitchen is induction-based, almost none of the pots were compatible with this system, and none of the frying pans worked, making cooking difficult. - Intermittent dishwasher malfunction: On multiple occasions, the dishwasher simply wouldn’t turn on when we pressed the power button. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t, with no clear reason why. - Nonexistent customer service: The most serious issue was the total lack of response from the host. During our nine-day stay, we sent multiple messages reporting these problems, but we never received a single reply. - Lost personal item: One of our group members forgot a dress on the last day. We contacted the host to try to recover it, as a friend was traveling to Rome a few days later and could pick it up. Surprisingly, this time they did reply—only to say that no dress had been found in the apartment. For all these reasons, we do not recommend this accommodation.
• Jamie (7/5): Fab location and nice apartment. - Great location and nice decor and easy to deal with host. The lift is teeny tiny but modern and handy for bags in particular as the apartment is on the 4th floor. Had obviously had a busy high season and there were a few small bits and pieces that needed repair and the rainfall shower head was more like a rain dribble but overall good.

• Damiano (9/5): Comfortable well appointed modern apartment - Lovely location, very comfortable, charming and well appointed apartment. Good size for our family of 2 adults and one child. Very secure. Smaĺ lift to assist with getting bags to the 4th floor. Walking distance to lots of cafes, shops and restaurants. Just around the corner from a cute small piazza with a fountain. Could hear noise from the piazza and street below at night and early morning but this can't be helped as the location is in a busy and vibrant area.

• Eric (5/5): A bit disappointing - Attentive welcome with panetone and a good location next to the Colosseo At this pricing rate, the apartment has very irritating defects in use. Located above a square of restaurants, it is very noisy and is only quiet at night between midnight and 5 a.m. Many technical problems to be repaired (towel dryer, ceiling shower head, sockets, unusable wall safe) or changed (stoves which should be induction compatible because they are almost unusable)

• Dan (5/5): Ok, but will not return to this property or this property owner. - The person providing access (Mrs. Domitilla) was very nice and helpful, and very prompt and clear in her communication. Thank you! The property is decent, has some character, and it is ok for 2 people, well equipped, and clean. I was very disappointed by the person managing the property (Fabrizio). He showed no understanding for a particular situation (two of the people supposed to travel getting Covid), and use all kind of excuses to not allow an amendment to the booking ("this is a big company", "cannot change from my dashboard" etc.), while Booking.com clearly confirmed that it is up to the property managers to allow for some leniency if they want to. Then he also misinformed the person who was providing access telling her I am no longer coming, after I clearly confirmed I will keep the full booking (as he gave me no choice). Very unhelpful - I will avoid all his properties in the future. Needs some maintenance: - the AC in the bedroom makes an unusual loud noise (beyond the usual functioning noise), which means you can't sleep (either because of the noise, or if you turn it off, because it is too hot). - rain shower, great, except that it is broken (all the water splashes on the side on the wall rather than coming down). For the price charged, I'd except to not encounter such issues.
