• Denise (10/5): Highly recommended! Terrific location, clean & modern apartment in a beautiful old building. - The location was terrific! Centrally located, we had excellent local dining and we did walk to some icons such as the Coliseum and the Pantheon. The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean & modern. The entrance way and courtyard are so beautiful too. The elevator is for one person and a little slow, probably old, but no problems. The neighborhood seemed very safe. There's probably about 4 buildings that share the entrance & courtyard. The apartment building is very old but extremely well cared for. There's huge outer locked doors, then another locked gate, then enter your building, and huge locks on the apartment door. Very secure location. The street Via Nazionale is a very busy street but the courtyard makes the apartment seem quiet and private. We really loved it and were very glad that we stayed there! All good!

• Michael (6/5): pleasant experience at the White House Apartment formerly National Luxury Apartments - Staff was VERY helpful! elevator is very small (holds one person and one suitcase) there's about 30 stastairs to reach the elevator. A challenge for someone with walking issues.

It was 100 stairs to the apartment. It was 20 stairs before the tiny lift Which we did manage to put the luggage in. Not all together of course.
• Ana (8/5): Very good - The comfortable beds were fabulous. The location was great. The communication was excellent. The big spacious apartment was wonderful. Broken wine opener and the washing machine wasn't able to be used as it was broken. The showers were a bit mouldy.

Highly recommend it as it is so central t - The apartment was a great size for our family and loved how central it was in Rome. We walked everywhere and caught taxis to some places as well. The property and owner was extremely helpful and even organised us a cheap taxi to get to the airport end of our stay. Only suggestions I could make is the dishwashing liquid was watered down so washing the pots and pans I felt was not completely clean and having an extra sponge for cleaning the benches would have been good. As we cooked a few times in kitchen …

Apartment is modern and was clean. Host was helpful which check in instructions. The main bedroom has air-conditioning as does the lounge area which was much needed in summer! Spare bed/sofa bed for the 5th person was uncomfortable.

• Vivian (8/5): Very good - The apartment had a lot of space and two bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. I needed to ask for a tea towel and unfortunately there was some mismatched glasses. The internet didn't work but the host came back to replace the modem but it still dropped out a few times.

• Anne (9/5): Great apartment located near Termini station and central Rome. - Located in great location. Very clean and lots of room. Washing machine was a real bonus - pack less! It needs a new kettle and a toaster would be a bonus. There was also only one teaspoon.
