• aolivieri (7/5): Bene per una visita di qualche giorno a Roma - Bene ma non benissimo, Buona sistemazione e accoglienza e assistenza pre soggiorno ottima. Manca un pò di attenzione ai dettagli che potrebbe far fare un salto di qualità generale con costi minimi. Alcune critiche costruttive, ma in generale tutto bene e tutto come da descrizione. Consiglio la prenotazione a gruppi o famiglie con bambini. La zona poi è ottimamente servita e facilmente raggiungibile sia con i mezzi che in auto. Il problema più evidente è il bagno: la mancanza di riscaldamento si sente nei periodi freddi (basterebbe un termosifone elettrico a parete) ma quello principale sono gli odori (provenienti forse dallo scarico doccia) da cui l'impossibilità di tenere la porta aperta per riscaldare il locale. Il divano letto è un pò piccolo anche per degli adolescenti.

Ci ha fornito tante informazioni logistiche per affrontare una vacanza al meglio. Gentilissima, competente e molto simpatica. Ottimo Un po' scomodi i divano letti due piazze. Soprattutto per il fatto che una delle due persone per entrare nel letto doveva scavalcare l'altra.

• Roxanne (10/5): The place is big, clean, and nice location in Rome - Me and my friends loved the location specially it is just a walking distance to Vatican, supermarkets, restaurants, Metro, and easy to get a taxi. The apartment is big and clean and we can also cook. The host Paola was very helpful, gave us tips and answered immediately to our questions during our stay in Rome. Thank you very much Paola, I definitely come back and book again your place. I recommended your place to our family and friends who are planning to go to Rome. My friends was expecting a kitchen inside the Roomas shown in the picture but it's in the common area. Glad the other guests were not cooking so we were free to use the kitchen and cooking utensils were there.

• Jarosław (7/5): - Lokalizacja (cicha, spokojna i bezpieczna) bliskość sklepów i restauracji oraz stacji metra. W połowie pobytu lokal został posprzątany, wymieniona pościel i ręczniki. Znakomitay kontakt z właścicielem, który był bardzo pomocny w kwestiach związanych z pobytem. Świetnie działająca klimatyzacja. Niestety apartament wymaga drobnych inwestycji i napraw oraz doposażenia np. kuchni. Generalnie kuchnia na tyle mała, że trudno coś przygotować poza śniadaniami - ale to nie jest problem jeśli stołujemy się na mieście.
• Roman Protsak (6/5): - I didn't like the additional charges that were above the cost of accommodation and were not included in the price. The host demanded payment through a website that my antivirus identified as phishing. It was not possible to pay by card at the reception. It is very strange that Booking.com allows payments outside the platform and does not automatically charge taxes, and you have to pay additional taxes to a private account through an obscure website.
• Bartosz (10/5): Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Rzymie – wygodnie, czysto i blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji. - Spędziliśmy tu 6 nocy w czwórkę i wszystko było super. W połowie pobytu wymieniono pościel i ręczniki. W pokoju była klimatyzacja, lodówka i mikrofala, a do tego ogólnodostępna kuchnia. Łazienka czysta i zadbana. Lokalizacja świetna – 15 minut pieszo do Bazyliki św. Piotra, 10 minut do Muzeów Watykańskich, blisko metro i autobusy. Świetny kontakt z Panią Paolą, która poleciła nam fajne miejsca na jedzenie. Jedyny minus to prysznic z samą deszczownicą – przy dłuższych włosach trudno je dokładnie umyć.
• Lourdes Marie (10/5): Pleasant, accessible, enjoyable - The property was located in between two metro stations. It can be accessed throug Cipro and Valle Aurelia. I personally think that it is nearer via Valle Aurelia Metro. It is also near Aura mall which has a good food court and supermarket. The property itself is opposite a tiger market. Carrefour (open 24 hours) is walking distance as well as Conrad city supermarket. The property has a common kitchen area which you can cook meals and eat in if you dont want to eat in the room. The room has a big fridge, microwave and kettle. The room also has AC and an iron. It is a walking distance to vatican museum and vatican city itself. Paula was such a gem. She gave us a run down on the restaurants and places that was accessible to us. She was communicative, acommodating, and approachable. None

• Robert (8/5): Very good - Paola is a wonderful host. We booked a room without kitchen (I wasn't aware of that) and Paola changed the room for us without any problems. Thanks a lot! Location is very good - close to local shops, restaurant and 15 minute walking from Vatican walls. We had a very comfortable stay.
• Ovheypogi (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Clean, quiet, 5 mins to metro, 15 mins walk to the Vatican. The apartments have: kettle, microwave, fridge and common kitchen. And also has hair blower! Big space! None.
• Indre (8/5): Overall, a good experience. - A great stay in a convenient location close to metro. Good and very pleasant communication. Enough space. One thing to note for those who prioritize this: there is no daily room cleaning service. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we don’t prefer it, but it might be important to others. While this wasn’t a major issue for us, but it would have been more convenient for longer stay if there were basic kitchenware (plates, spoons and forks).
• Yawen (6/5): Clean place, great location. - Convenient walking distance to closest tourist sites and metro stations. Room was clean and decent size. They included coffee machine, coffee capsules and a bottle of water in the fridge, which was very nice. Heater takes a looong time to warm up the room. We are staying in the basement so it is kind of cold in winter time. No washer. It would be nice if there is one especially if you are traveling. No cutleries. They provide and microwave but no extra plates or cutleries in case we bring back food.
• Dzenana (4/5): Overall you can get much better apartments in the price range. Do not expeto get the room from the images. - Location was convenient. Our room was located on the -2 floor with no view, though it did have a balcony. The A/C didn’t work well, and the small heater wasn’t sufficient, making it very cold at night. We were advised to get extra blankets from another room. The tiled floors lacked carpets, so bring slippers if you don’t want to walk in shoes. On the second night, the situation didn’t improve, so we had to switch rooms. The new room had a functional A/C and a smart TV, while the first room only had a basic TV with local channels. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with just a few spoons, one knife, some glasses, and cups—no plates or essentials like salt or sugar. It’s not practical for having breakfast or preparing meals. Sound insulation was poor, and we could hear neighbors talking and watching TV.
• Ani (4/5): The first night was an unpleasant night, the second one a better stay. - The second apartment where we were relocated had heating and the bathrooms were okay. Also the apartment has a great location, close to Vatican and the metro station which makes it easy to connect with the city. The apartment we stayed at first, on Friday, had a broken AC, it was cold and the only option we were given was a small electric heater which could not warm up the room and of course we had to unplug it during the night. We contacted the host and the contact who was supposed to assist us in case of any inconvenience regarding the property asking for at least another heater to help us warm up the apartment and they did not respond at all. This is very irresponsible and unexpected. The next day the host replied and relocated us to another apartment which did have AC.

• Jasper (7/5): Decent location, but no good value for money. - Location was OK- right across from a small supermarket, next to a pharmacy and in the vicinity of some decent enough eateries. Twenty minutes walk from Vatican. Place itself was clean, and the staff was very nice. The value for money just wasn’t there. The one bedroom apartment has no real separate bedroom, just some sliding wooden panels that barely give privacy. There’s no TV in the living room, and all furniture looks cheap. The shower has only the high overhead rain shower. For nearly €400 per night I was expecting way better.

• Nicola (10/5): Amazing stay and very comfortable. - We liked that we were close to many restaurants and cafe’s. The Vatican is very close and we were close to Metro station. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. It was clean and inviting with all the amenities we required and more. Aldo was very nice and communicated with us upon our arrival and throughout our trip. He had a map and brochures and made recommendations for cafe’s, restaurants and shopping. There wasn’t anything in particular that we did not enjoy about the property.

• Kate (8/5): really good place to base yourself in Rome - the property was new, super clean with a lovely balcony…. Great location - really near to the metro…. good restaurants really near…. because it was so new then it perhaps wasn’t so well equip - a sharp knife would have been good!

• Jayashanger (5/5): not worth the money - location almost everything else. Old, smoking rooms, facilities were outdated.

• Dragisa (4/5): Modest stay with very polite host - Location is ok. this flat is in the basement.
• Feras (6/5): Pleasant - Mr Aldo was very kind and welcoming Location is excellent and near to the metro station Good amenities and clean Fast and easy check in Wifi was Ok A security code required to enter, which let us feel more secure Parking was near but costed us 175 for a week stay Very early checkout at 10 No good isolation, we were ablento here even the steps of anyone entering the building above us Conditioner filters were very dirty and blocked, seems to be not cleaned for months, we had to do it by ourselves We had to keep bath room door open, otherwise there's a very bad smell in the apartment when we comeback. No planned room cleaning service and when we requested it we had to wait 2 days. Price is somehow expensive
