• Petra (8/5): - Die Lage direkt hinter dem Trevibrunnen, in der Wohnung war alles was man brauchte. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und gut. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Kein Lift - Wohnung im dritten Stock (nur wegen der schweren Koffer oder ev. Kinderwagen blöd) Es dürften einige Hausstaubmilben im zweiten Bett (Couch) gewesen sein, da ich mit einem stark geröteten Gesicht reagierte. (eigenen Polster nicht vergessen)

• Sancha Caryl (8/5): Excellent stay. - The host let us checked in earlier as our flight came early. The host was responsive on messages too. And the location is very close to the Trevi Fountain which we loved the most. The charging outlets was not enough and far from beds.

• Sara (3/5): Il nostro soggiorno è stato deludente a causa di vari disservizi e aspettative non rispettate - La posizione Abbiamo fatto un reclamo a Booking venerdì perché la struttura non corrispondeva alla descrizione e ci sono stati diversi problemi.
• Chiara (10/5): A 2 passi da Fontana di TREVI - Posizione top, gentilezza dell’host che ci ha consentito di lasciare i bagagli post checkout per evitare pesi durante il giro. Poca illuminazione, maniglia della finestra che veniva via e il riscaldamento troppo alto
• Laura (3/5): Muy buena ubicación, pero no volvería. - La ubicación. La ropa de cama, las toallas. La bomba de aire funcionaba bien. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio estaba bien. No funcionaba el agua caliente y no lo arreglaron. Había que desenchufar el frigorífico para enchufar el micro. La taza del inodoro se movía. El caudal de agua de la ducha (cuando funcionó) era muy escaso.
• Fabio (6/5): Satisfatório - Localização Terceiro andar, dificuldade de contato inicial com o anfitrião, há um problema com o disjuntor do ar condicionado que é junto com o o do aquecedor e está desarmando..O pass do Wi-Fi não é informado e tem que se pedir. A porta do banheiro não tranca, a maçaneta da janela que é pesada está solta. O exaustor do banheiro faz barulho, Toalhas ficam no corredor em área comum. O colchão da cama de casal tem algum desgaste na mola ou na espuma. Há muitos pertences pessoais nos armários o que dificulta a ideia do que se recebe como hóspede e o que está a de devolver. No mais a localização é muito boa !

• Andrea (7/5): Great location. - The property was centrally located and was easy to get to most of the best of Rome. I felt like I was really living in a Roman Apartment. It is on the third floor and for those of us from the west….europe starts the first floor as 0. There is no elevator. The whole apartment is 2 rooms with a tiny kitchen and bathroom. If you have mobility issues; this is not a good fit for you.
• Akshay (8/5): Great location though... - Perfect location, but the apartment does not have two bedrooms. The living room is converted to a second bedroom with a sofa bed. The facilities like kitchen, dining area and bathroom are inside the bedroom which is disappointing!

• Sandra (5/5): Location is excellent! - Excellent location - suite is large Poor internet connection and did not have internet for 3 days, notified the host and she didn’t do much about it. Water pressure very poor and hot water was limited even for a less than 5 minute shower, some mold in bathrooms. Did not receive the complimentary champagne as per the add. Kitchen fridge doesn’t work very well. Noticed multiple cockroaches in the common hallways and notified the hostess and she asked me to let her know where so she could ask the cleaning lady to get rid of them. We noticed them 2 separate days, someone killed them and the dead ones sat there for days. 4 long flights of stairs, which I didn’t mind, but, if stairs are a chance concern for you, this place may not be a good idea.

• Rosa (4/5): Excellent location, but be prepared to climb stairs. We stayed on level 3 and there were approx 60 steps. If you’re goin - Could not get a better location. Beds very uncomfortable, no water pressure in the shower, air conditioning in bad location. With the extreme heat, the room was very uncomfortable. Two hair dryers, neither worked. Two rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for 6 nights. Undisclosed cleaning charges.

Loved the security door - the wood entry door is beautiful! The bed was amazingly comfortable, wanted to take the pillow home. The washing machine left my white clothes beige and ruined a pair of pants. Some light bulbs need to be changed in the bedroom. The corner of the bathtub where the jet knobs are and also around the base of the toilet in the grout, needs to be cleaned better.

Didn't give us a way to pay by card when we asked Garbage cans were small and dirty No hotub as advertised. (Only a small jetted tub) Washing machine only (no soap) took us an hour to find our own. No dryer for the clothes! So we almost washed our clothes before leaving. Pictures of room looked Bright. Real room looked dark. Lighting wasn't great. Some light bulbs didn't work Suggestions...with very little work to the property and better communication could greatly up the experience. Great location though! We adapted Internet password was hard and long to put in

• Maria (8/5): Very good - Very spacious apartment with all the facilities in the heart of the historical Rome. Had an issue with central heating, had to solve the problem by using the A/C all day. WiFi was very very weak and heating problem.

• Lenny (7/5): We had a great time in the apartment. We were able to experience a quiet night and sleep well. Though our last we alread - It’s close to almost everything a traveller’s need, including the must see tourist spots in Rome. No frying pan, no clean dishwashing sponge, no dish drainer.

• Afshan (3/5): Very disappointing - There was no breakfast. And there were no instructions how to get in. There is gate to building and no way to get in other than begging the neighbors to let you in. Then you get to the appartment where the lockbox is with the key and you don’t have the code unless you call them. And you have to call 10 times before they answer. It was very difficult specially with kids after long travel to try to get in with no help there at property Please see above. And it smelt like dirt and the furniture had dust. I had to call them so many times before I got a hold of anyone and I’m a US citizen with US phone so I was charged for all those calls. Very frustrating experience

• Maria (9/5): Superb - Location! Great place, near to Fontana di Trevi and walking distance to everything. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. Sometimes, it can be a bit loud in the night. But nothing too dramatic. We had an amazing time in Fresh House Trevi and I can only recommend it.
• Angela (3/5): Poor - There is not an elevator, and it's on the third floor, they could write it or warned. The flat is really, really old and had a lot of dust... We had problems with the heating as it was really cold, and it was winter. They did not answer the phone, luckily they did through booking app. There was not enough toilet paper, tissues or utilities for 3 people... The good thing is the location but it is way too expensive for what they propose. It is definitely not 4 stars...
