- Greer (7/5): Good, but could be improved with some maintenance - - great size, really spacious for 2 people.
- nice vibe suburban 'local Rome' location.
- light and bright rooms
- well equipped kitchen
- great corner outlook over bustling street
- close to supermarket, local restaurants, bars and cafes (all well priced places too)
- about 20 minutes walk to Trastevere - terrible smell from the bathroom drain the whole week like sulfur/rotten eggs. filled up the entire apartment. (we complained to management but the plumber never came, committed to keeping bathroom door closed and windows open at all times to combat)
- leak in pipe under bathroom sink. evidently someone knew about the leak as there was an overflowing bowl in the cupboard underneath trying to catch the water.
- extreme black mould inside washing machine soap dispenser, (not there anymore as it took me an hour to clean it with baking soda and a toothbrush.)
- shower is a pretty uncomfortable experience - cramped, tight and water going everywhere but mostly the bathroom floor, this has been mentioned by previous guests I see.
- sofa and living room walls are looking pretty worn (stains and scratches)
- needs all new pillows for the beds. the existing pillows were like a bag of packing peanuts.
- Πετρος (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing neighborhood. All you need is around. Busses just one -two minutes away.
- Matheus (4/5): Staff doesn't care about guests comfort - The apartment looks lovely and the neighborhood is very safe. There are caffés and supermarkets nearby. It's also close to the Quatro Venti train station and to several bus lines. It was easy to move around. The attitude and lack of care of the staff. We stayed there in July, with temperatures up to 36° C. On the second night (out of 4) one of the air conditioners broke. I reached out to them in the evening and they just recommended trying to switch it on and off. That night we had a terrible night and barely slept. The next day I reached out to them again in the morning asking for them to come fix the air conditioner and, if they couldn't fix it, for them to at least provide a fan so that we could sleep better. They took a long time to reply and in the end, they said the AC technician could only come the next day (which would be after we left) and they said they couldn't provide a fan because they didn't have one. They also cited their office being far from the apartment as one of the reasons they couldn't come. I found the way the staff handled this situation quite unprofessional. They said that I must have messed up the air conditioner, because it was working the first 2 nights. And they did not seem to care that we were not able to sleep properly in their apartment.

- Amanda (9/5): What a fantastic apartment! Beautiful, clean, more spacious than I expected! - I arrived in Rome substantially earlier than the usual check-in time, and Anita graciously arranged for Gabriele to meet me at the apartment to give me the keys a couple of hours early. It was easy to arrange through messages on the Booking.com app. The apartment is located in a lovely building with an interior courtyard. There is a bar on the corner below and an alimentari across the street. Everything you need is very close by, and it's easy to access other areas of Rome via ATAC buses, especially the 44 and 75. There are cab stands in the neighborhood, too, and a train station a few blocks down the street. The apartment itself is a true one bedroom, with the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom all opening onto a central hallway. The living room has its own door and a comfy fold-out couch, so it could truly be used as a second bedroom. I appreciated having a table to work at in the living room and also in the kitchen, in addition to a desk in the main bedroom, Best of all was the abundant natural light in every room, and the sounds of the neighborhood floating up from the street below. I loved reading the story of Clementina, for whom the apartment was named, and I hope to stay there again. I have two very minor suggestions. First, the shower door did not close tightly, so it was difficult to shower without causing a minor flood of the bathroom floor. (I got better at managing this over the course of my stay.) Second, I would appreciate a dish towel in the kitchen.

- Oliver (9/5): Overall we had a great stay, loved it - A decent block of flats, it was nice to have a good cafe directly below and a quality deli across the road. Via Vento is a busy street but it creates quite a vibrant buzz. Great to be able to walk through the Janiculum gardens with great views over Rome en route to St Peters. WC seat needs to be tightened. A couple of loose floor tiles. If you are ubering around town the location is not a problem at all. If you are using the bus service, the no: 44 and 75 don't run as often as we would have liked but not a major problem when you are on holiday.
