• ZELJKA (6/5): - Apartman je dobro lociran . Vlasnica je vrlo susretljiva i brzo odgovara na poruke . Apartmanu je potrebna renovacija , premalo dnevnog svijetla , rolete se ne mogu otvoriti.

• riadh (1/5): A fuir - Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement. -Je m’attendais à un truc comme un hôtel à ma grande surprise c’était un vieux studio, les photos sont trompeuses en fait y pas de lumière naturelle à l’intérieur j’avais l’impression d’être enfermé , et l’éclairage n’est pas suffisamment. -l’appartement était poussiéreux et pas bien nettoyé, j’avais le nez qui se bouche au moment de se coucher . - la douche était trop petite avec un faible débit d’eau chaude . Le pommeau manuel ne marchait pas . - l’appartement n’est pas insonorisé on entend tout quand les autres habitants rentrent et sortent ou la femme de ménage tôt le matin . - la plaque chauffe très lentement et le micro onde était trop sale quelque chose a été versé et jamais nettoyé. -absence de la machine à laver . -cerise sur le gâteau le dernier jour j’ai enlevé les drap et surprise deux grosses taches je ne sais s’il s’agit de liquide biologique humain ou du sang . La dame dit que les taches n’était jamais la alors que j’ai l’esprit photos des taches . - aussi le rapport qualité prix est vraiment médiocre veux mieux louer dans un hôtel 4 étoiles pour moins cher que cet appartement.

• resurreccion (8/5): - Muy espacioso y cómodo, cocina bien equipada, cama cómoda, buena ubicación. Dejaron algunas cosas para desayuno y pasta y tomate frito, que me pareció un bonito detalle. Supermercado y restaurantes cerca. Zona céntrica y tranquila. Todo bien...igual que solo funcionaba la alcachofa fija de la ducha, la móvil no....pero el agua caliente y salía con bastante potencial

• Odile (10/5): Très confortable et proche des sites touristiques - Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, l'appartement est très confortable, tout y est. L'appartement est calme et proche de Tous les sites touristiques 20 à 30 minutes à pied. Isabella envoie toutes les instructions pour rejoindre l'appartement. Depuis l'aéroport, nous avons pris le bus qui ne coûte que 7€ (réservation en ligne) ou 9€ auprès du contrôleur. Nous demanderons cet appartement à nos proches.

• Anne (9/5): I would have given a 10 if we were properly advised of the shampoo/conditioner/soap situation - as I would have - Location. Expresso maker with coffee pods, pasta and sauce for emergency meal. Was told there would be shampoo/conditioner/soap, only to find there was only sufficient for 1 day - when we stayed 6 nights.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è negativo. l'appartamento, sebbene pulito, ha arredamenti e rifiniture di convenienza, ormai tra l'altro datati e molto utilizzati. Ci aspettavamo di più dato il prezzo e le foto su booking.
• Helena (8/5): Kleine aber feine Unterkunft mit super Lage - Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Die Lage ist unserer Meinung nach perfekt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, in der es nachts nicht laut war. Trotzdem läuft man nur 20 min zum Trevi Brunnen, etc., zum Kolosseum ca. 40 min. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben alles zu Fuß gemacht. Es war sogar Essen vor Ort in der Wohnung, was wirklich sehr nett war! Der Raum ist klein, aber ausreichend für 2 Personen für eine kurze Zeit. Die Klima hat bei uns nicht richtig funktioniert, wodurch es viel zu warm war. Es stand dort dass man sie nicht niedriger als 24 Grad stellen sollte, was wir auch gemacht haben, es war aber von unserem Gefühl her viel wärmer als 24 Grad, was bei dem Wetter wirklich unangenehm war. In der Küche gibt es leider keine wirkliche Arbeitsfläche, was aber für wenige Tage nicht sonderlich schlimm ist. Bei der Dusche ging nach einmaligem Umstellen der normale Duschkopf nicht mehr, sondern nur noch die Regendusche.

• Harriet (10/5): Perfect host! Ideal location! 10/10 - This is one of the best properties we have stayed. Looks like the pictures! Isabella was so lovely to deal with. Attentive and quick responses. Had left us croissants, sweets, pasta, olive oil, sauce, fresh cold water and coffee. Located near the Vatican. We did the Vatican on our 1st day. Second day, Spanish steps, Trevi, colosseum, Trastevere for dinner then back to apartment. Ideal location! So many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacists nearby. Honestly couldn’t pick a better spot! Beautiful apartment with slippers supplied, olive oil toiletries. Hairdryer and hair curlers if needed. Isabella really has thought of everything hence the top ratings given on here. Will be returning for sure later in the year! N/A

Definitely recommend booking this apartment! We would have liked a little bit more natural light coming in through the shutters, but that’s absolutely not a dealbreaker!
• Sally (10/5): Perfect! - The property is in such a nice, safe location and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The room was clean and had everything you could possibly need. So much more personal than staying in a hotel. The air con was great which was needed for 2 Scottish girls visiting Rome while it was 38 degrees c. Host was so easy to contact and so so helpful. Honestly couldn’t fault our stay at all only complaint is that we weren’t there longer. Would go back in a heartbeat 100% recommend.
• Klavdija (10/5): The stay exceeded our expectations. - The location was top. All sights are within walking distance (15 minutes). The apartment offers everything a tourist needs for 6 days. Nearby are restaurants, bars, shops. Upon arrival, coffee, water, snack were waiting for us. :)
• Heidi (10/5): Perfect little apartment in Rome near the Vatican! - We loved the location of this beautiful apartment ! Super clean, had all the amenities you would need. Super quiet at night time and we felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The lovely host was easy to communicate with :) we wish we had more time here and in Rome!
• Lydia (1/5): Bad - There is nothing I like When we arrived the door, we realized we had rent a storage room instead of an apartment, the room was furnished from storage room to make it looks good on photos but on reality, the room is full of moldy smell, especially the bathroom shower wall/tiles full of black molds. We decided to check out earlier after 1 night (originally booking 3 nights) because both got allergy on our skins (rash) & eyes after only 1 night & had to find replacement accommodation for next 2 nights and eventually we both went to doctors when return home. The room was moldy and very humided, as it was NOT suppose to live but store things, we had been charge EUR200+/night + extra cleaning charge, not value to money. It was truly the worse experience with booking com, it isn't our first time to Rome, travel to Rome 2-3 times/year for past 10 years, it is definitely the worse. I will not trust booking com No more!

The apartment is super arranged with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay for several days. Isabella is an excellent host, she loves her job, she is always at your service and ready to help you. Whenever we come to Rome, we will rent this apartment again.

The apartment is very cute and it has everything you need, such as a stove, microwave, washer, etc. There was nothing not to like.

• Prashant (10/5): Roman style high celing apartment with everything you need - High ceiling, everything that a traveler needs was in there. Isabella is a beautiful host who is available for any suggestion on whatspp with her excellent local knowledge. Located 10-12 minutes from Flaminio and lapento train station. All the historic attractions can be accessed on foot from this accommodation.
• Diarmaid (10/5): Great apartment, great location, great host. - The apartment was perfect for a couple, plenty of space and excellent facilities. The location was outstanding, with just a short walk we could easily access every major attraction that the city had to offer. The main highlight was Isabella. She was a wonderful host, very accommodating of any requests that we had, very communicative throughout and very helpful with tips for our stay. We would recommend to anyone to stay here.
• Flor (10/5): Lovely appartment, super cozy stay - Isabella was attentive and super friendly. When we arrived she not only gave us the key but also a folder with loads of info about restaurants and places we could visit in the area. The place was really clean and had everything we needed. The room is bigger than what it looks like in the pictures and we felt comfortable and happy. Great value for money and a 15 minute walk from the centre and the Vatican. The area is nice and quiet, with a few supermarkets around. The bed is comfy, we slept really well. All in all Isabella was super nice, and also she let us leave the luggage in the appartment once we checked out, so we could enjoy our last day without carrying our bags around. Thank you so much, we loved it!!

• Anonymous (8/5): Quiet and comfortable place in the heart of the Rome - Thé host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very neat, clean and comfortable. well equipped with coffee-machine, washing machine, iron and so on. The location is great. quite neighborhood in the center of the Rome. Nice restaurants and store around. We hardly ever use a bus. Thé only thing it takes time for AC to cool down the room, plus it is a bit noisy. But not too bad.
