• Ricardo (8/5): Good stay outside of the center - Overall good experience. They were kind to allow us to drop the bags way earlier than expected. Good space. Pictures represent well. Nothing wrong. It’s not a new building but well maintained.
• Matthias (3/5): Saubere Wohnung und freundliche Vermieterin, jedoch aufgrund falscher Angaben, extremer Lautstärke und der unsicheren Um - Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Wohnung sauber war und grundsätzlich alles vorhanden war, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Außerdem war die Vermieterin freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen erreichbar. Negativ ist jedoch, dass die Unterkunft als Apartmenthotel beschrieben wird, obwohl es sich tatsächlich lediglich um einzelne Mikrowohnungen in einem normalen Wohnblock handelt. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht. Zudem liegt die Unterkunft direkt an Bahngleisen, wodurch zwischen etwa 5:30 Uhr morgens und 1:30 Uhr nachts im Abstand von wenigen Minuten Züge vorbeifahren und eine erhebliche Lärmbelastung entsteht. Mehrere Angaben der Unterkunftsbeschreibung stimmen außerdem nicht mit der Realität überein. Das angegebene Parkhaus existiert nicht, ein barrierefreier Zugang ist ebenfalls nicht vorhanden und die beworbene tägliche Reinigung findet nicht statt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur auf öffentlichen Straßenparkplätzen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde unser Auto über Nacht aufgebrochen. Die Umgebung wirkte auf uns insgesamt unsicher und ungepflegt. Auch die Lage war weniger praktisch als beschrieben, da sowohl die Metrostation als auch der nächste Supermarkt etwa einen Kilometer entfernt liegen. Aufgrund der Sicherheitslage und des gesamten Eindrucks haben wir uns letztlich entschieden, einen Tag früher abzureisen und kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft zu buchen. Insgesamt vergeben wir daher lediglich 3 von 10 Punkten.

• Giacomo Luca (7/5): Per i prezzi che ci sono, abbiamo trovato un compromesso.. - Appartamentino completo di tutto il necessario per una famiglia Troppi profumatori per ambiente che rendevano l’aria irrespirabile, sembrava volessero ricoprire il tanfo delle tende, il divano letto abbastanza scomodo con la rete e materasso che si affossano, il rumore dei treni dietro la stanza da letto, posto auto difficile nel fine settimana e quando ci sono eventi nel locale adiacente.

• Kinga (9/5): - Nocleg tutaj był bardzo komfortowy. Jest czysto i nowocześnie. Właściciele są bardzo mili i pomocni. Na miejscu czekały na nas przekąski i woda, co było bardzo miłe i niespotykane. Blisko do metra, a jeszcze bliżej do autobusu. Bardzo polecam to miejsce na zatrzymanie się na kilka dni w Rzymie, byliśmy z dziećmi i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

• Alex (7/5): Appartamento comodo zona San Paolo - Ottima posizione, appartamento curato con tutto il necessario per una breve permanenza a Roma. Il locale adiacente all'appartamento nel fine settimana è molto rumoroso, gli host forniscono un kit con i tappi per le orecchie, ma non sempre sono la soluzione migliore.

• Joan (8/5): Apartamento con todo lo necesario para unos días. - Apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, se encuentra un poco apartado, pero bien comunicado, el bus 23 a dos minutos, te lleva a Trastevere y te comunica con el metro en la parada de Pirámide, por otro lado el metro no está demasiado lejos 12 minutos aprox. Las indicaciones para ir han sido perfectas, incluso nos han enviado un vídeo, que facilita mucho las cosas, también puedo decir que nos han guardado las maletas hasta las 15 h. Toda la comunicación por WhatsApp. Un poco de ruido por los trenes, pero al llegar te encuentras tapones.
• Estela (8/5): Muy buena y comoda - Estaba muy bien tenía de todo, en la cocina, en el baño tenía secador, plancha del pelo, muy limpio, muy buen contacto con la propietaria respuesta muy rápida y nos dejaron que dejáramos las maletas antes de tiempo y que teníamos excursiones programadas por la mañana y nos dejaron poner las maletas antes.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e comoda, perfetta per muoversi facilmente con i mezzi e raggiungere il centro di Roma senza difficoltà. Nonostante la metro passi nelle vicinanze, si dorme benissimo e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema di rumore. L’appartamento era molto pulito, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità dei proprietari, che sono stati gentili e attenti, lasciandoci persino qualcosa per la colazione. Una soluzione comoda, accogliente e assolutamente consigliata.

• Ortika (7/5): Week end a Roma - Appartamento carino, fornito di tutto, con 7 posti letto, due bagni, lavatrice, occorrente per la colazione e anche della pasta e del sugo per preparare un pranzo. Posizione comoda, vicino alla metro Garbatella, circondata da locali e trattorie. Divani-letto scomodissimi ( anche se chi ha dormito nei letti ha riferito che almeno quelli non lo erano ), luce che entra all'alba svegliandoti....e soprattutto appartamento attaccato ai binari della metro, che ad ogni passaggio ti sveglia con un rumore infernale! I proprietari infatti forniscono tappi per le orecchie!

Le propriétaire qui rentre dans l’appartement pendant votre absence SANS VOUS PRÉVENIR !!! Équipement listé dans l’annonce incomplet, pas de machine à café ni grille pain… Mais comme le loueur ne perd pas le nord, il vous précise la veille de votre départ, que si problème il y a, d’avoir la gentillesse de lui en faire part en privé !!! • Alfred (8/5): Jedem zu empfehlen, etwas länger - Es gibt in der Unterkunft alles, was man braucht (Waschmaschine etc. steht ja in der Beschreibung). Günstig, wenn man etwas länger in Rom bleiben möchte. Die Gastgeber sind sozusagen "Sempre pronto a tutto" immer für sie da, freundlich, verbindlich und zuverlässig. Man kann es gut aushalten dort. Wir haben es geliebt. Sie sollten allerdings nicht zur Gruppe der von Hyperakusis Geplagten gehören. ./.

• Milán (9/5): - Ár érték arányban rendben. Ajánlom ha csak rövid tartózkodás, és csak alvásra kell olcsó szállás. Lokáció kompromisszumos, de a metro legalább közel van. Tisztaság ok. 2 fürdő van ami pozitív, 8 főre indokolt. Zajos, egymást is folyamatosan halljuk az egy légtér miatt, illetve folyamatos vonatforgalon az ajtó előtt.

• Paul (9/5): - Betreuung des Gastgebers per Chat war perfekt. Im Vorfeld und während dem Aufenthalt hat es nie an Unterstützung gemangelt. Top! Die Unterkunft liegt zwar an einem Bahnknotenpunkt, die (schlaf-)Zimmer liegen allerdings auf der Rückseite. Es wunderte mich, dass dem Schlüssel Ohrenstöpel beigelegt waren (was mich ein wenig misstrauisch machte), aber die Lage ist total ruhig. Man hört die Züge im Schlafzimmer nicht. Gar kein Problem :)

• Daniel (8/5): Great Value, as Long as You Know What to Expect - The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The shower was good, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was spacious, well equipped, and fully functional, with all necessary utensils available for cooking. There was also a thoughtful selection of complimentary items such as pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, and various treats, which was much appreciated. Additionally, the apartment included a microwave, induction cooktop, and washing machine, all of which worked perfectly. I stayed in room #5 and wanted to share some feedback about my experience. The building is located behind a nightclub and directly in front of the subway railway, which made the room quite noisy. In addition, the refrigerator was loud and repeatedly turned on and off during the night, which was disruptive. The bed appeared to be two single beds pushed together rather than a queen bed as advertised, and the beds frequently separated during use. Lastly, the couch was uncomfortable, as it did not have back-support pillows and only a metal bar for support.

L'appartamento è confortevole e pulito. La vicinanza della metropolitana è molto comoda ma al mattino il rumore si percepisce e sei costretto a svegliati presto.

• Eulàlia (8/5): Ha estat una estada agradable. Si tornem a Roma podríem repetir el lloc d'allotjament - El tracte amb les persones que ens han atès. L'apartament està bé i és acollidor. Poder disposar d'una plaça d'aparcament. El metro queda a 10/12 minuts caminant. Per anar a buscar el metro a "Garbatella" havíem de passar per carrers i carrerons lamentablement bruts. Vam preferir anar a buscar el metro a la parada de "Basilica St. Paolo"

In oltre trent’anni di viaggi in tutta Italia, non mi era mai capitato di incontrare una gestione così rigida nei confronti della clientela. Tutto è iniziato quando, per un mio errore, ho chiesto di modificare le date della prenotazione dal periodo 8 -11 dicembre 2025 al periodo 1-4. La vostra risposta è stata la seguente:Buonasera, le confermo che siamo stati noi a non accettare la sua richiesta di cambio data visto le date molto vicine e la prenotazione che non aveva la possibilità di cambi o cancellazione senza penale. Una risposta che avrei potuto comprendere se non ci fosse stata disponibilità. Tuttavia, proprio la mattina del 1° dicembre, giorno in cui ho richiesto il cambio, avevo effettuato un’altra prenotazione per il periodo 1-5 dicembre, che mi è stata regolarmente confermata dalla struttura.Dopo vari tentativi per conoscere l’importo della penale, non sono riuscito a ottenere alcuna risposta chiara. A quel punto ho deciso di non procedere con la cancellazione, e la prenotazione risulta tuttora attiva.Ciò che però mi ha definitivamente convinto a lasciare questa recensione è stato il messaggio ricevuto via WhatsApp: 🥰Se il soggiorno è stato piacevole, una recensione positiva su Booking e su Google sarebbe per noi un grande regalo: ci aiuta a crescere e a far conoscere il nostro impegno.⭐😊Se invece qualcosa non è andato come ti aspettavi, ti chiediamo di scrivercelo in privato: per noi è fondamentale ascoltare chi ci sceglie. Una recensione negativa, purtroppo, può penalizzarci molto, anche quando si tratta di piccoli disagi.😊👍 - Avviso per i futuri ospiti: la porta scorrevole della doccia, durante la chiusura, esce dal binario, con il rischio concreti di farsi male. • Xia (10/5): - Walking distance to Garbatella station, there are two drinking places nearby. Good sounds proofing even the bar and station are nearby. The hosts are really nice and friendly, even the helpers unable to talk in English, but she is really friendly using the translator and trying to understand what we need. They even provide use light food, welcome drink and some guides. Overall, it’s good place to stay. Highly recommended!

• Garcia Peña (10/5): Muy buena experiencia - El recibimiento con detalles de bienvenida fueron una linda sorpresa. Luego todo está pensado en hacerte sentir cómodo y en vasa. La comunicación con el alojamiento es muy buena y responden cualquier situación en minutos. El transporte en Roma es muy sencillo y económico. Volvería sin duda. Por decir algo, si llegas en metro el acceso es un poco confuso por las instrucciones que te va dando google maps. Solo te pasa la primera vez, ya luego aprendes por donde es la entrada y listo.

• Diego Giovanni (8/5): Una estadía muy buena, nos encantaron los detalles que nos obsequiaron! - Nos recibieron con regalos como un panettone para celebrar Navidad y algunas otras cosas más, detalle que nos gustó y agradecemos mucho como familia. El lugar es acogedor, tenía cocina lo cual fue muy útil! La atención por whattsapp muy bien. Todo estuvo muy bien, lo único que no nos gustó mucho fue la zona, un poco oscura y daba una pequeña sensación de inseguridad en las noches. Pero en el día muy tranquila y tenía una estación de metro cerca.

Besonders möchten wir die praktische Parkmöglichkeit sowie die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kaffee und Tee hervorheben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend: Alle Fragen wurden schnell, freundlich und professionell beantwortet. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut betreut. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese positive Erfahrung und können die Apartments uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
