- Fopfww (8/5): Good location - Big in size, has two bathrooms that good for family. Location is good, quiet and walkable distance to Vatican and bus stops. Lots of good restaurant nearby and there is supermarket in next block The drainage system in bathroom is not good. The bath water stays n takes half an hour to go away.

- Kathleen (7/5): Perfect location to St Peter’s Square and multiple bus stops however apartment could do with a little refresh - - Excellent location - close to cafes and bus stops - Very useful having 2 bathrooms - AC was great to have during the peak summer days and returning back after a long day out - loved having lots of of bedding sheets and towels to use - Washing machine was easy to use and also great to have and the clothes line to hang clothes was greatly appreciated - Communication with property management was ok. I had asked for train/airport transfers but was just directed to contacting Uber/taxis. I had also asked about confirmation of address as it was coming up under a different name when booking a transfer but I was just given the same address and not really confirming or answering my question. Not overly helpful or friendly and was a bit frustrating. - There is a TV but it doesn’t work (not sure why it can’t be fixed) - Fridge was leaking and I did msg the property however they advised to send photos via email which was hard to do as we were gone for most of the day and returned late at night when it was hard to take photos under the fridge - Shower in main bathroom would partially flood, not sure why but it would take a while to drain - Floor felt dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned/mopped. Useful to have a vacuum/mop for guests to clean up

- Pavlína (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious apartment, clean and nice! 5 minutes from Vatican. Definitely would stay there again. We were surprised how nice the apartment was. Great location and good comu with the owner.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb - Superb location. Nice comfortable apartment. Had everything you would need, very well equipped. Wifi poor, the wifi also effects the opening and locking of the apartment, which caused us a problem, but it was quickly rectified by the owner.
- Renee (7/5): Overall great place in great location - Clean apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Really good location convenient to the Vatican and food options. One of our showers was unusable due to a clogged drain. Notified owners, never received a response. The wifi didn't allow our devices to connect to it and we had to disconnect and use the spare key instead of the electronic lock process for 24 hours until we could sort it out. Location is tricky to find as Google maps directs you to behind the building. Owners provided great videos those so that helped immensely.

- Anonymous (9/5): If there are other options, take a closer look at them. - Location. Building. Balcony. Waste bags and kettle were missing. This despite the fact that there were six of us with two children and we were here for six nights. When we asked for trash bags, we were told "you can buy". When we asked for a kettle, we were told that there was definitely one somewhere. It was dirty, especially under the beds. The boiler did not work well, we were promised that someone would come to fix it, but no one came. We specifically chose an apartment with a washing machine, but there were no laundry facilities. All cleaning products were empty except dishwashing detergent. I do not recommend. For that kind of money, you can put a kettle on, put a couple of garbage bags and laundry capsules.
- Flavius (5/5): Passable - Nice location, easy and fast communication. We got helped in booking transfer for our arrival and departure. We arrived at 21:15 ( limit was 21:00), because our flight got delayed 1h. We needed to pay 30 euros as late check in, but you don't receive any receipt for it. The blankets smelled really odd. A lot of hidden fees once you book. You get 1 bed linnen and 1 towel per stay ( no matter how long) if you need a 2nd, you pay.
