• Maria (9/5): Una muy buena opción para quedarse en Roma - Está muy cerca de la estación de Termini, lo cual es muy cómodo si llegas o te vas desde ahí. La habitación es cómoda, estaba muy limpio todo y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días visitando Roma. Está a 15 min caminando del coliseo y se puede recorrer todo Roma desde ahí. Está muy bien equipado con heladera, microondas, caldera, había café y agua al llegar. Tiene un pequeño balcón que es muy lindo y cómodo. La zona está bien, hay otros lugares más cerca de Termini que parecen más inseguros, pero este lugar está muy bien. La ducha es un poco chica aunque funciona perfectamente. El principal tema a tener en cuenta es la forma de acceso al departamento ya que se accede desde el teléfono con acceso a internet. Si llegas a quedarte sin baterías o sin acceso a internet se complica. Sería bueno contar con otra opción. Tener en cuenta que antes de llegar hay que hacer el chekin on line y pagar el impuesto turístico.

Chicineta bine echipată, cuptor cu microunde, aparat de cafea, plită cu inducție, vesela suficienta. Balcon mare, cu măsuță și scaune confortabile. Intrarea în apartament se face relativ ușor, cu cod. Pentru intrarea în clădire dacă aveai telefonul descărcat sau nu aveai internet, trebuia să aștepți un locatar să intre sau să iasă. Poate o cheie ar fi necesară.

• Lenka (10/5): Spokojenost - Poloha, všechny památky dostupné, není nutné používat veřejnou dopravu. K moři stačí vyrazit tramvaji a potom vlakem, za hodinku se koupete. Pokoj i koupelna byla čistá. Balkón super. Hluk z ulice byl sice slyšet, ale nebylo to tak hrozný. Wifi byla dobrá, sice sem tam vypadla, ale po vytaženi ze zásuvky se opět rozběhla. Vybavení kuchyně je opravdu špatné. Chybí prkýnko, vývrtka, otvírák. Přidala bych do pokoje nějakou skříň, kam by se daly dát věci.

• Damian (2/5): Incydent z kluczem w drzwiach i kara jaką mi nałożono to kpina. - Główne udogodnienie to lokalizacja. Sofa była fatalnie niewygodna, klatka schodowa w opłakanym stanie. Klucze do drzwi były w opłakanym stanie - niestety złamały się w zamku, udało mi się je wyciagnąć, jednak za dorobienie klucza zostałem obciążony opłatą 50 euro! Rozumiem, gdybym je zgubił lub uszkodził w inny sposób, jednak uszkodzenie podczas otwierania drzwi nie powinno być płatne w takiej wysokości.

• Alba (7/5): Apartamento bueno para pocos días - Lo que más me gustó fue que el apartamento estaba cerca de todo y, la cama era amplia y cómoda. La calle donde se encontraba y la entrada del edificio.. no estaba en buenas condiciones.

• C. Fdez (10/5): Apartamento acogedor y céntrico en Roma - La ubicación, al lado de la parada de Manzoni ( Linea A) y a 15’ caminando al Coliseo. Ubicado en una calle con restaurantes y supermercados. El apartamento está muy bien, limpio, cómodo, baño y cocina equipados, además, cuenta con una minihabitación que hace de “guarda ropa” (tiene una barra con sillas para comer / que nosotros usamos para colocar la ropa)y tiene nevera. También tiene un balcón que da a la calle principal y el wifi funcionó perfectamente. Por poner una pega, quizás le falta un armario donde guardar ropa y neceseres, solo había un par de mesitas y el mueble del baño es pequeño y muy bajo como para andar agachándote cada vez que necesites algo. En realidad no fue ningún inconveniente, lo digo como aspecto a mejorar, estuvimos muy bien, repetiríamos sin duda.
• Antoine (4/5): L'appartement est très inconfortable, sauf si vous êtes sourds. - > L'emplacement est top quant à la proximité avec le métro et le site du Colisée. Le métro (à 1min à pied) dessert les principaux sites touristiques (place d'Espagne, Trevi, Vatican, ...) et le bus (1min à pied également) desservent les zones non-déservies par le métro (Trastevere par exemple, 25min en bus). > La salle de bain a été récemment rénovée, et était très propre à notre arrivée. > L'hôte est très réactif par message > LE BRUIT, LE BRUIT, LE BRUIT. Pour moi, c'est un véritable "deal breaker", un point négatif qui ruine votre repos durant tout votre séjour. L'appartement est situé sur un des principaux axes routiers de la ville. Ceci n'est pas si grave, en soit. Sauf que les châssis de la fenêtre sont complètement explosés, et c'est un simple (et très vieux) vitrage. La porte vitrée qui donne sur la rue ne possède pas de cache, aucune isolation sonore, et laisse un léger écart d'ouverture qui laisse passer l'ENTIÉRETÉ des bruits de la rue (et elle est extrêmement bruyante; klaxons, camions, bus, ambulances y passent toute la nuit). Il est IMPOSSIBLE D'Y DORMIR sans bouchons d'oreilles, c'est réellement scandaleux que le propriétaire ne rénove pas cette porte vitrée, qui est le défaut majeur de l'appartement et qui, selon moi, ruine entièrement la qualité de celui-ci. Le volet, qui pourrait être le seul élément qui protège très faiblement du son, ne se ferme même pas complètement et laisse les interstices ouverts, car c'est une corde qui est utilisée pour l'abaisser et le remonter, et cette corde est rafistolée à coup de scotch (c.f. photo), empêchant ainsi, au moment où le scotch arrive dans la poulie, de fermer le volet (il se bloque au moment ou le scotch entre dans la poulie). Il est également impossible de l'ouvrir complètement. Quand on paie plus de 1000€ la semaine, c'est un véritable scandale que cette bête porte fenêtre ne soit pas remplacée par du double / triple vitrage, car en vue de sa situation géographique, c'est un must. Un point extrêmement négatif qui m'a fait réellement regretter le choix de l'appartement, bien que j'ai acheté des bouchons d'oreilles pour pouvoir enfin fermer l'œil.

• Alexandra (9/5): Wohl fühlen abseits vom Trubel... - Für einen Romaufenthalt sehr gute Lage, 2 U-Bahn-Stationen vom Roma Termini entfernt. Die Vorverständigung via WhatsApp hat nach Anfangsschwierigkeiten gut funktioniert, die notwendigen Erklärungen für die Wohnung auch. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, alles was in einer Ferienwohnung notwendig ist, war vorhanden und darüber hinaus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch den Balkon genossen...

• Kurt Walter (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen, sofern man auf Wlan und Fernsehen verzichten kann und ruhige Nachbarn hat. - Ausgezeichnete Lage. Metro, Straßenbahn und Bus um die Ecke. Bahnhof Termini, Kolosseum und Lateran in 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Geräumiger Balkon. Das Zimmer im 2. Stock ist über Lift erreichbar und nett eingerichtet. Wlan und Fernseher (wie üblich nur italienische Programme) haben schlechten Empfang. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - aber wir hatten Glück und keine störenden Nachbarn.

• Verdejo (1/5): Mal ambiente - el alojamiento como tal estaba bien y la persona que nos recibió también. Aunque la ubicación del alojamiento está bien por cercanía a los lugares de interés y a un metro el ambiente de la zona era pésimo, no pasamos ni la primera noche, nos buscamos otro alojamiento. Nos sentíamos muy inseguros, había una manifestación anarquista y por otras calles varias peleas. Zona demasiado sucia y muy solitaria. Sobretodo destacar la inseguridad, fue el principal motivo para que nos fuéramos de allí. Hicimos una petición para algún tipo de devolución ya que no pasamos ni una hora allí y nos la denegaron.
