• Montserrat (10/5): Muy cómodo y céntrico para visitar Roma - Ubicación excelente. Apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado tanto para visitar el centro histórico de Roma como para llegar a Termini. Muy buena comunicación con la propietaria. Indicaciones muy claras para el check-in. Muchas gracias! 😊

• Anka (7/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja: do głównych atrakcji (Koloseum, fontanna di Trevi, Panteon itd.) można dojść na pieszo bez żadnego wysiłku. W mieszkaniu było ciepło, są kaloryfery co przy deszczach, które nas spotkały, było bardzo ważne. Bardzo blisko też sklep spożywczy, restauracje i stacja metra. Łóżko w pomieszczeniu z telewizorem jest prawdopodobnie uszkodzone - nawet nie próbowaliśmy na nim siadać. Spała na nim jedna osoba, musiała leżeć w poprzek żeby znaleźć w miarę wygodną pozycję. Ogólnie chyba należałoby je wymienić..
• Rizzo (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Molto apprezzati la posizione, la pulizia generale e il riscaldamento. Tre aspetti fondamentali nel nostro soggiorno ! Invece l'ingresso del palazzo poco accogliente, la colazione inesistente e la mancanza di contatto con la direzione sono stati i punti dolenti . Quest'ultima per via telefonica non ha mai risposto...

• Oleh (9/5): ДУЖЕ чисто - Дуже чисто. Багато сценаріїв освітлення. Чудове місцезнаходження- до Колізею 10 хвилин пішки, до Termini - ще менше. В квартирі є все необхідне. Продавлений матрас. Напір води в душі бажає кращого. Проте найбільше дратував умивальник в ванній кімнаті - кран від якого ти щоразу мокрий.
• ana (9/5): Muy bien, sobre todo la ubicación. - Se sitúa a 10-15 min cerca de la estación, con lo cual puedes organizar rutas. O bien andando ( esta cerca del casco histórico ) o bien coger metro ( desde Termini) para ir al Vaticano o bus ...Trastevere, etc. Lo que no me ha gustado, es que no había bayeta y estropajo en la cocina (hemos cocinado poco pero si vas con niños, siempre surge algo).. Es un inconveniente muy pequeño comparando relacion precio- calidad.
• André (10/5): Excelente - Apartamento limpo, com ótima localização, muito bem cuidado e equipado. Tem um Carrefour express muito próximo, o que nos possibilitou comprar alguns suprimentos facilmente. Wi-Fi deixou a desejar
• Roberto (8/5): Perfetto per ragazzi giovani e senza troppe pretese. Un po' meno per persone più anziane ed esigenti - Per me un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Posizione perfetta a metà tra la stazione Termini e il centro di Roma. In cucina era presente la macchina del caffè e teiera, molto comode per preparare la colazione. Bagno spazioso e comodo. Il letto molto comodo. Da migliorare la pulizia degli ambienti: polvere sotto i letti; alcuni piumoni presentavano macchie gialle, per fortuna ce n'erano diversi; dal bagno usciva odore cattivo e di giorno era necessario tenere le finestre sempre aperte. Il divano letto non è adatto per persone più anziane (scomodo). Il wifi non ha funzionato (ma non ho contattato l'oste per chiedere di risolvere la problematica, per noi non era un problema)

• Deborah (5/5): Good location- but needs some work! - The location is excellent- it’s close to the train station and in walking distance to the main attractions as well as easy metro access. The apartment was modern and clean. Good communication from host. Firstly we had a problem connecting the Wi-Fi it was not very reliable. Next having put on the washing machine over night in the bathroom with the door closed, we woke up to find the washing machine had moved and we were unable to access the bathroom - we then had to run around looking for an establishment which would let us use their toilets at 8am ( luckily hotel down the road saw my desperation and let us use their toilets!). The owner did answer my calls but wasn’t able to fix problem until early evening. When we did finally get in the bathroom there wasn’t enough hot water for more than one person to shower ( it lasted about 2 minutes tops!)
• Damien (7/5): 10/10 location, but the property could use a couple touch ups - You can’t beat the location for the price. Very close to the station. Walk and arrive within 5-10 mins. Quietly situated - no noise at night. 1-2 minute walk to the Pam supermarket. Great caffès and eatery’s You can easily see all the sights by foot. Great heater! Shower very low water pressure and quite cold. Unbearable smell when using water like flushing, laundry and sinks.. smells like sewerage! Stairs entering the property get very slippery when wet and with children it was hard to get in and out without an element of danger. Dishes were dirty and the kettle was filled with mould and limescale. Bed is broken at the foot so it dips down. Property is on a steep gravel hill, so using a stroller was difficult. Also a lot of cars park there so cars were always coming and going or blocking paths for us to push the stroller in or out.

• Vladimir (9/5): Great location and value! - Location is quite good, near Termini station, walking distance from Colosseum and Forum Romanum. There is huge Penny store near Maria Maggiore and Pam Local Supermarket just the street below, 2min walk. There is indoor AC unit. Keys were super easy to collect! The apartment is in the old building, can be a bit renovated to look exactly as in pictures. Toaster didn't worked!

• Andrew (8/5): Great value for money in central Rome - The apartment is very comfortable and suits a short stay in Rome. It is located close to the train & metro stations. There are plenty of good restaurants within 10 minutes walk and a mini supermarket closeby (which opens at 8:00). Paola was very responsive and communicated well. The entrance is in a scruffy alley and the stairs to the apartment were dirty, which was not a good first impression. We struggled with wifi, but Paola says she will fix this.
• Leonie (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is very close to the main train station and some of the main attractions. The Wi-Fi didn’t work the entire time we were there and the hot water in the shower didn’t work well.
• Virginie (1/5): Scandalous, especially regarding the behaviour of the landlord - So easy to get the keys and the location of the appartement IS just so great Cold shower !!!!!!! The water pressure of the shower was unacceptable!! The bed was not particularly confortable. This is the least WE Can Say. Finally, toiletry bag short, t-shirt, dress, and dental splints have been stolen by the cleaning guys. I insist that it has been stolen!!!!
• Michelle (8/5): Very good - That it was self contained with the facilities to dine in if you wished. Proximity to the Colloseum. Restaurants near by and the train station not far. The outside of the building could do with some paint. The actual street was littered with broken glass and rubbish.
• Olena (10/5): Exceptional - It was a great trip and a wonderful apartment. The apartment is situated absolutely perfect! 5 minutes on feet to Coliseum, 10 minutes to Forum, 20 minutes to Trevi Fountain. We stayed there 4 nights and managed to explore the main sights on feet. The service here was great. We got the detailed instructions how to get to the apartment from the airport and had no stress to get into the house. In the apartment we found all we needed for the comfortable stay. Air conditioner was really helpful in a daytime. Bed and sofa are comfortable. Its really clean there. The kitchen is fully equipped. When we come to Rome, we'll stay here one more time. • Charlene (9/5): Convenience - The apartment was so spacious and comfortable. Contained most amenities. Also contained a lot of household appliances that helped us plan out our holiday better during a heatwave. Unfortunately it had about 6 types of salt and no sugar. Only sweetener. I also think a second wine glass would have been useful and maybe a second set of sheets as we had to use the sofa bed to sleep comfortably in the heat.
• Louise (10/5): Best Apartment I've ever stayed in - A beautiful apartment right in the heart of Rome, close to bus stops restaurants the best ice cream shop in Rome and all of the sights and attractions. Paola was amazing and kept us informed on everything and even arranged airport transfers for us. Nothing it was perfect.
• Paul (7/5): A great place to stay for exploring Rome, easy access to transport & supermarkets. Easy entry & exit - Location very good, 8 minute walk Roma Termini, 6 minute to supermarket, some buses 2 minute, 20 walk minute to colosseum. Quite area, washing machine a good bonus. Cold showers, bathroom basin tap broken restricted water flow, lukewarm water to kitchen sink. Cook top maybe faulty or clear instructions needed. Clear instructions for washing machine would be helpful.
• Andrew (3/5): Terrible customer service - I emailed & called numerous times leading up to arrival after the message with the key box code was cut short and the link to the full message lead to a blank page. I spent hours walking around Rome with my pregnant wife and luggage, trying to find another stay, after not hearing anything back from the host at 10pm. I had to pay an additional $240 for a stay elsewhere when I paid for two nights at Urbana already. I sent several messages and have still not heard any response back as of 4 days later. I went to Urbana the next morning and after many attempts to guess the remaining digits to the code box, I got lucky and was able to get in and stay there the 2nd night. The place is great but host and booking.com customer service have still not responded
• Alexis (8/5): Great location, clean, functional apartment with helpful hosts. Great value for money! - Good location, easy to find, had everything we needed in the apartment. The hot water didn't last for long enough for 3 of us to have a shower in the morning although it seemed better in the evenings (problem solved)
• Rhys (9/5): Comfortable and well located apartment - A well located, comfortable and affordable apartment with all expected amenities. Many restaurants in the vicinity and we felt safe walking in the area at night. The only real problem we experienced was that the wifi had no internet access for the duration of our visit. Hopefully that would be resolved for subsequent visitors. The shower leaks onto the floor, but that was easily wiped up. Otherwise a great little apartment!
• Julie (9/5): Easy, cheap and convenient. We could walk everywhere and did ! - Amazing location for a great price! It does what it says on the tin! I honestly don’t think you could get a better price to stay in this location in Rome. We were a family of 4 (youngest 16)and we found it perfect for us. For the price it was all good ! Yes we have stayed in more exclusive places but we enjoyed saving our money on the accommodation to spend on food
