• Yahel (10/5): i totally enjoyed my stay here, highly recommended! - the property is near a train station which makes it easy to move around, also you can find different restaurants around. Nearby it’s located a Carrefour which is like a little market very complete. i had a difficult time figuring out how to enter the property but the host send me some videos which explain how to enter and it was better. It also has plenty of security which is fine but still had some problems opening the second door.
• Hichem (7/5): ok but wouldn’t do it again - Perfect for airport shuttle. Bed not so comfortable, sofa pretty much useless, place and function wise. bedroom noisy overlooking main street. We had bad luck with transportation as metro was out for service until end of august 2024 which made the logistics quite challenging, and travel time can be very long unless you are taking a cab. Not much around to do, host pretty much absent everything automated yet worked seamlessly. Felt like you were dealing with an Ai

• Lorena (9/5): Superb - Spacious and well equipped apartment with a wonderful host. We found the place easily, and Gianni was very helpful with the indications. It was a wonderful stay, and I am delighted with the apartment, but if there is anything I need to bring for a downside, I'd say that the location is a bit away from the center, but you have the subway really close by. Also, a bit cleaner would be better.

I liked that it was easy to check in at any time, location is right outside the metro and all major sights are easily accessible. It got all the needed dishes, iron, washing machine, so our stay was very comfortable. The owner was super friendly and answered all my questions very quickly.

• Adrian (8/5): Great apartment in Rome - Away from Rome center but near the subway station. Very comfortable, new, clean with all necessary and ready. Not a single complaint. The sofa bed is the most uncomfortable thing so if you are going to use it, be ready. If not, the apartment it’s simply perfect.

• Henriikka (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and modern, quiet in the inside but noisy from the outside (really suggest the ear plugs). The sofa was not so good for sleeping but three nights went ok. The bed was good according to my teenage boy. For me it would have been too soft. If the sofa would have been better to sleep everything would have been perfect.
• Mansour (8/5): Great location with nice restaurants close by. Metro next door and bus to center. Pleanty supermarkets close by, just en - excellent host that is super helpful and kind. As being home, everything in apartment. Laundry &dryer in apartment that is great and detergent provided by host:) Nespresso coffee for free. Water pressure in shower low and hot water on and off. Host ordered new parts to have it fixed by now.
• Julia (7/5): Overall apartment is good and comfortable, but basic repair inside, little more attention to cleaning and cozines will m - The apartment is located very close to metro, there are many small stores and bar around in the neighborhood. In the apartment you can find all basic appliances you need for cooking, working TV. It’s easy to get to the apartment, host gave detailed instructions before arrival. I had a very good internet connection during my 5 days staying. the bedclothes didn’t look clean in the bedroom, which was not nice to discover, but host resolved this very fast, thank you. Also I must admit that heating in the morning was not working and it was chilly, although in the evening everything was great. The mattress on the bed was very soft, which was not very convenient for sleep. And also you should be prepared to hear the noise from outside because the window of bedroom overlooks the street with cars traffic. although it is not crowded but still noisy to get sleep.
• Samantha (8/5): Helpful host, comfortable apartment in a good locations. - The host sent us a link and a video before arrival on how to access the building. This was a great help. The location of the apartment was a little further out of the City Center than we expected but a metro was located just down the road which was so easy to get in and out of Rome. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked great, we had it on a couple of nights. Lots of room in the wardrobe/drawers for clothing. Although we liked the location of the apartment all of Rome is extremely busy at all times so the traffic noise did keep us awake at night. I then purchased some earplugs from the local pharmacy and didn’t have an issue after this. The shower leaked excessively when having a shower across the bathroom floor so we just mopped up each morning after the shower but it meant the bath Matt was not able to be used because it was soaking after the first day.
